CRM CMPB_MAP Exchange Status

Hi gurus,
I would like to know what the field exchange status is for. what changes the values of this field? when campaigns are transferred to ERP from CRM, are values for this field also included with the transfer from CRM, or is this field changed in the ERP system? if this is changed in the ERP system, what triggers the change? if the value is transferred from CRM, what field in CRM determines the value (A,B,D)

  • CRM(TPM): Promotion status to released -- update to which R/3 table?

    Hello experts,
    we have a CRM (with TPM) 5.2 and a connected R/3 (4.6c).
    The saved promotion (CRM) triggers an entering of a rebate agreement on R/3 side.
    If I set the promotion status to "released", where can I see this on R/3 side?? Entry in which DB-table?? After a release I have to trigger a process with the "released" rebate agreements.

    thanks for your answer!
    Unfortunaltely the table CMPB_MAP will be filled immediatley after creating a new rebate agreement from CRM side - with status "created".
    That means, there is no change any more, when the promotion status is changed to "released"!
    Maybe there exists an other DB-table for that purpose??

  • PeopleSoft CS SAIP Announce Status Issue in Bulk Data Exchange Status

    XML is generated in the provided Directory Path under SAIP “Web Service Targets” but “Announce Status” is blank under Bulk Data Exchange Status, Even the “Event Message Monitor” shows nothing!
    We have activated all SAIP service operations and their delivered routings on our side.
    The Transaction status under Bulk Data Exchange Status page says Announced but but “Announce Status” is blank on the same page.
    Announce status should have any of these possible values per PeopleBooks (Connector Error,Failure,Processing,Success,Unsupported)
    What could be wrong? Please help. Thank You...

    You are welcome. I'm glad you got it back up.
    (1) You say you did the symbolic link. I will assume this is set correctly; it's very important that it is.
    (2) I don't know what you mean by "Been feeding the [email protected] for several weeks now, 700 emails each day at least." After the initial training period, SpamAssassin doesn't learn from mail it has already processed correctly. At this point, you only need to teach SpamAssassin when it is wrong. [email protected] should only be getting spam that is being passed as clean. Likewise, [email protected] should only be getting legitimate mail that is being flagged as junk. You are redirecting mail to both [email protected] and [email protected] ... right? SpamAssassin needs both.
    (3) Next, as I said before, you need to implement those "Frontline spam defense for Mac OS X Server." Once you have that done and issue "postfix reload" you can look at your SMTP log in Server Admin and watch as Postfix blocks one piece of junk mail after another. It's kind of cool.
    (4) Add some SARE rules:

    There are other things you can do, and you'll find differing opinions about such things. In general, I think implementing the "Frontline spam defense for Mac OS X Server" and adding the SARE rules will help a lot. Good luck!

  • CRM Contract with Status "Completed" Not Replicated

    Dear CRM experts,
    We've noticed that, when we create a CRM Contract in the CRM system and changed its status to "Completed" before saving it, the Contract does not get replicated to the back-end R3 systems. However, when we create a CRM Contract with status "Open", it gets replicated immediately.
    Is this a standard CRM function? Is it because, when the status is "Completed", there will not be followup documents, therefore replication does not occurd?
    However, in SMW01, after we saved the CRM Contract with status "Completed", we can still see BDocs created. The BDocs are created with NO error, but just that in R3 it does not get created.
    Any idea?

    Just check in the status profile of the contract, if you have set the forbidden option for business transaction 'To be distributed' for the status 'Completed'.
    If yes, just delete that.

  • Filtering My Open Task in SAP CRM based on Status, Transaction & Partner Function

    Hello
    Whenever i create a Task in SAP CRM, it displays that transaction in the My Open Task of all Business Partners involved in that Transaction.
    I want to restrict the My Open Tasks based on Transaction Type, Status and Partner Function.
    1) The system should work as it is for all other Tasks but for my Custom Transaction Type the logic should be based on status of the Transaction
    2) When My Open Task component is prepared the system should consider the Status and Partner Function as well i.e. if the status is Approval of Manager, the system should show the Open Task only to the Manager and not other parties.
    3) if the status of the Transaction is Open, the system should only display this Transaction / Task only to Employee Responsible and not to Manager and other people involved in their My Open Tasks.

    I have implemented the method DO_PREPARE_OUTPUT as per the post but it does not do anything. When i redefine the method GET_QUERY_RESULT and remove everything,it does not prepare any list.
    If possible please specify which method needs to be redefined in the component/view CRMCMP_GS_WC/TodaysTasks & if possible please share the code that needs to be maintained in that method.

    Method DO_INIT_CONTEXT should be redefined
    This should be redifined to get the collections with your required filter criteria.
    * get the collection of entities for the tasks
       lr_col      = get_query_result( gc_status-open ).
    If this does not help, Delete the collections which are not required after above selection but before this code.
       me->typed_context->resultnew->collection_wrapper->set_collection( lr_col ).

    Currently we are working on CRM 5.0 now the problem is when we create a service order then the sytem is throwing an error stating that
    Diagnosis
    Some system statuses cannot be set manually, but can only be set internally by the system. This is the case for status Contains Errors.
    Technical Note
    The maintainability of the system status is specified by SAP in the system table CRMC_STATUS_PROC. Every change to this table is a modification - SAP cannot take over maintenance for errors that result from changes made to this system table

  • CRM line item status not updated when delivery is deleted in ECC

    Hi All,
    When order is created in CRM it gets replicated to ECC.When delivery is created in ECC, the System Status in CRM  at the line item level is changed to completed and also Delivery completed status is created in CRm..
    Now when we delete the delivery, the Delivery completed status is deleted in CRM but the Completed status is not changed to In Process.It remains as Completed.This used to work fine before we applied support packs last weekend.We are currently at support pack level 10 for CRM.

    In ISA, when  we click on the sales order in change mode, want to display the userstaus value for item status.(right now its showing the system status and its non editable). requirement is to display all the available status values in combo box and user can change the value from the combo. can someone can suggest me, how can i get this?

    I am not able to see the status values in CRM DS , 0CRM_OPPT_H.
    BWSTONEOPPT is with no values.
    Is there any settings to be done to see the status values.
    I did the below, but still not able to see the status values.

  • Issue while configuring email router with ms crm 2013 exchange 2007

    Outgoing emails are working fine however when we try to configure incoming emails we get foolowing error:-
    Incoming Status: Failure - The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel. The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.

  • CRM Claim Submission Status Profile

    Dear Experts,
    We have a system which has gone live already. As part of an enhancement, we need to refine the status profile of Claims Submission documents.
    This as you know is fairly simple. We had to add a new status which we did and for any newly created document it works perfect. But the major reason for this status change was for better tracking of the existing claim submissions. The existing ones as you know still have the old status profile(We had to create a new status profile for this since standard was used).
    So around this I have 2 questions:
    a) What is the best way to change the status profile for existing documents? Can a change to the table CRM_JSTO suffice?
    b) Assume we do point a) what are the adverse effects. Note there are no Actions or Workflows on the old status profile.
    Any suggestions?

  • Shipping and delivery status from R/3 to CRM

    Hi all,
    we are creating sales orders in CRM and replicating it to R/3. CRM is the owner of the document.
    Now whenever changes are done to sales order in CRM, the changes are replicated to R/3.
    Let's say the shipping status is updated in R/3. Now the requirement is the changes need to be replicated
    back to CRM.
    I can use the scenario X + Y or X alone. But with X or X + y scenario Once I make changes in R/3 then the
    document owner changes to R/3.  this means any further changes in CRM will not be replicated back to R/3.
    I require all changes from CRM to be replicated to R/3, but from R/3 I require the shipping and delivery status to be replicated back to CRM. How could this be achieved.
    It would be great if you could share the experiences.

    I have a similar requirement. Can you please tell me how to go with it?
    The requirement is to send the user status from CRM (where the request is generated) to R3 (where the material is processed).
    The user status of the return order in CRM should be sent real-time to R3. Any updates to the user status in CRM should result in a corresponding change in the user status in R3.  Any updates to the user status in R3 should trigger a corresponding change to the user status in CRM.  All user statuses must be available in BI/BW for reporting and analytical requirements.
    <b>From R3 to CRM</b> – Standard R3-CRM middleware exchanges information between the two systems any time a transaction is created or changed.  At this point the order information is exchanged between the two systems depending on whether the item or the header level data is changed in R3. The development should be able to download the user status at the header & the line item level when the middleware brings down R3 sales transaction data to CRM. For the sake of simplicity the status profile in R3 and CRM will be defined exactly the same therefore we do not need a mapping table between the two systems. This information should also be exchanged in case the line item is deleted / cancelled / rejected.
    <b>The same from CRM to R/3.</b>
    <b>Processing restrictions :</b>
    This should not be transaction, item category or status profile specific so that as and when a new transaction type, item category or a status profile is added it should still be allowed to transfer between the two systems.
    Should be developed as an enhancement to the standard middleware data stream between R3 and CRM.
