CRM_DNO_MONITOR not showing any records

CRM_DNO_MONITOR shows all the records if using the userid used in the configuration of the service desk but does not show any records if using any other user. We even gave SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW but still does not show any records. We've gone through all the threads in SDN related to this issue but no help.
Please provide any suggestions.

Check the following
1. If the user has a Business Partner (BP) number
2. If yes, whether his User name has been configured in Identification tab for the BP under Employee role
You can try this in CRM_DNO_MONITOR
1. Change the Status to "All"
2. Change the Layout

    you must first execute the transaction VF42, remove all fields marked (seems to do nothing, but it makes when you run the VF44 has data)

  • Server 2008R2 with AD DNS Panel not showing any records only shows the zone name

    Hi All new to the Form.  We have had this new domain controller running dns for a few years now and recently I went to edit some DNS records and found them missing in the DNS console the zone names are there but nothing is under the zones just one record
    for the server under our AD domain. If i do a nslookup to this server it still displays the records as it should. It is also setup to forward the zones to a secondary server which is only pulling info from this Master 2008R2 server. Any ideas where i can try
    and recover the records for my Zones.

    According to your description, there are several possible reasons resulting in the DNS records disappearing.
    1. If the aging and scavenging was configured in the DNS server, scavenging can cause records to disappear. Even Windows-based computers that have statically assigned servers register their records every 24 hours. Verify if the
    No-refresh and Refresh intervals are too low. For example, if these values are both less than 24 hours, then we will lose DNS records. To view the settings, right-click the zone in the DC, click
    Properties, click Aging.
    2. Is there a DHCP server in your environment? DNS Dynamic Update Protocol updates to existing records fail can also cause them to be deleted by the scavenging process as aged records.
    Also, event logs are helpful to isolating the issues. Is there any event logs in your computer?

  • R12 Invoice Concurrent LOV not showing any Invoice after upgrade from 11i

    Hi All,
    We had 11i instance and then we upgraded to 12i.
    Now one seeded program named "Invoice Print Selected Invoices" has a parameter called "Transaction Number Low"
    , having LOV AR_RAXINV_TRX_NUMBER ,
    does not show any record in R12.
    When i opened LOV i could see following tables:
    1. RA_CUSTOMER_TRX
    2. RA_CUST_TRX_TYPES
    3.AR_LOOKUPS L1
    We are using this value set for one of our custom object too.
    I was wondering if it is not pulling any data for seeded how it could it pull for custom objects.
    I am a newbie in R12.
    Any one has any idea why is it so , i can speed up my work and learn from your experties.

    I have a similar problem with Selected Invoice Print where the Transaction Type parameter lov doesn't show any values. The seeded value set uses ra_cust_trx_types which (in R12) is a synonym for ra_cust_trx_types_all.
    There is data on ra_cust_trx_types_all.

  • ALV GRID Report is not showing all records which is in internal table

    have one doubt. please clarify me. ALV Report is working fine since long tiem. But suddenly this report is showing few records only for the given input.   Example:   it_main table have 50 records, but output is showing only 10 records only. (we have not made any modifications in this report).
    temporarily i have given excel output file from it_main table. excel file is showing all records.
    here it_main have all the records. but output is showing few records only. it is not showing any error. i have tested with REUSE_ALV_LIST_DISPLAY function also. but it also showing same results(few records only.)

  • FDM for PBCS - Drill Thru does not return any records in landing page

    This is referring to the Data Management functionality in PBCS, not on-premise FDMEE.
    I loaded in a file, for example:
    Region|Product|Account|Amount
    10|100|1000|9,000
    10|100|1000|1,000
    In FDM, I am using a multi dimensional map to derive another field. For example, if Region is 10 and Product is 100, than Department = 555.
    so in FDM, I would end up with
    10|100|1000|555|9,000
    10|100|1000|555|1,000
    Once loaded to PBCS, that loads in as:
    10|100|1000|555|10,000
    I built a form that shows this intersection, and then 'drilled to source'. When I get to the FDM landing page, there are no records shown. Is this because the derived field (department) does not exist in the source, or am I doing something wrong?
    Appreciate any help.

    Do you have access to the server logs by any chance?
    Can you check the dimension class for your Scenario dimension in your target application? is it set to SCENARIO?
    not showing source records is typically related to FDMEE not finding values in TDATASEG table.

    We are facing very critical issue on Production Server.
    We have two Id's for which Team calendar, My trainings is not showing any DATA .
    We observed that this is happening to both the users who had MSS role previously..
    now for your information we have check the following things already .
    1. RFC PT_ARQ_TEAMCALE_GET is showing DATA correctly .
    2. The authorization. Is correct..
    3. We got help from SAP..But not solved problem.
    Here we copied same data in the Quality system and the Team calendar, My trainings working fine ..
    I donu2019t know why Team calendar, My trainings is not showing any data in the Production system

    -> Organizational Structure Views -> Group Organizational Structure vieMSS_LTV_EE (Team: Employee selection): the two organizational

    MSS_LEA_EE (Leave Request: Employee Selection) the two
    organizational views MSS_LEA_EE_ALL and MSS_LEA_EE_DIR are assigned

    the problem is.. at the time of reading data from .txt file.at the step of Display Read Data it showing only 50 records, rest are not displaying.. but not showing any error.. so my question to our expert that is their any limitations for reading data... if their.. then how could it be elasticated...

    the read step has a selection screen where you can define from which to which record you want read.
    make sure this selection is empty for a test.
    Further check if your source file has more than 50 records.
    then make sure that you really read this source file and not any other version  (check path and file name in step 7 of LSMW)

    There is a hardware problem.  Whether it's worth it to you to have no working phone for 2 months until you can update vs paying for replacement/repair now is a question only you can answer.

    I have found a fix after doing additional research through this forum. Tech Note #328730 addresses this problem and it works for Photoshop Album 3.2 even though it was written for release 1.0.

    When using this fix the Tech Note indicates:
    "Imported image data and tags are lost when you re-create the My Catalog.psa file, so you need to reimport images and reapply any tags"
    however it did retain the captions (at least it did for me).

Save a copy of that installer to your Downloads folder because the installer deletes itself at the end of the installation.

  • Search Item drop-down does not show any data for Advanced Search.

    Hi,
    I have a requirement to add a new criteria to the existing Advanced Search region of 'My Employee Information' in Manager Self Service responsibility. I substituted the AdvancedSearchVO to include the new column. Using personalization i did the below steps to show the new column in the page,
    1) Created a 'Message Styled Text' item under Table Layout region to display the result. I associated the View Instance (AdvancedSearchVO1) and View Attribute (AttrColumn).
    2) In Advanced Search Panel created a new CriteriaRow and set the 'Search Allowed' property to True.
    3) In Advanced Search Mappings i tried to create the new mapping but the Search Item drop-down does not show any of the CriteriaRow item. But Results Item shows the 'Message Styled Text' item created in step 1 above.
    Any idea what i would be missing becasue of which 'Search Item' property does not show any data?
    I am using OAF version 12.1.1.

    I faced the same situation but i still waiting for the solution.. this is my problem's thread..
    Addition of LOV Search Filter using Personalization
    But when i tried to create a new custom page with advanced table and created a new LOV column via personalization. i was able to create new search mapping.. but this is not happening in the seeded page case :(.
    I m also looking for solution...if any one can provide some inputs on it , will be highly appreciated.

    It sounds like there may be some confusion on your system about what application should be associated with PDF files. You can reset filename associations by following the steps in these articles (depending on your operating system):
