CRM_IC error

Dear All,
I am facing a major problem in our CRM 5.0 system. When I run tranasaction CRM_IC I am getting an error Calling the BSP Page terminated due to an error : "BSP Exception:the application name:sam_session_queue_cntrler.do" in URL is invalid.
What could be the reason. Proper setting has been done in SICF transaction.
Please help me in getting this issue solved.

CRM_IC default.htm gives error when executed from SE80

Hi Everyone,
When I execute CRM_IC BSP application from SE80, "default.htm" (SAP CRM), then it gives me the HTTP 500 - Internal server error. On that page only when i click the hyperlink "Open the mycompanydomainname.com:8000 home page" It says the error is " BSP Exception: the BSP URL / Does Not Contain Any Namespace Entries."
I feel this error should not come at the first place. I have executed this same BSP earlier on diff CRM systems and it works fine. infact you can use much of the functionality of IC webclient without actually using portal. Is there anything i need to maintain? I tried debugging it. Few things which are observed are as follows:
1) there is no entry in the table TCPDB
2) As soon as i execute the default.htm it should prompt me to login, but it does not, and the error is for namespace hence does it mean that it is not able to find any name value pair like , userid?

Error in executing CRM_IC

Hello All,
When I am trying to open the IC Webclient using the transaction code CRM_IC, I am getting the following error message in the browser.
Exception condition "SINGLE_EXIT_MULTIPLY_ACTIVE" raised.

Sorry for the delay in reply.
I found the BADI name as CRM_IC_PRCSCTRL_BADI.
And there are two active implementations for the BADI.
Implementation names are : CRM_IST_PRCSCTRL and FICA_CRM_IC_PRCSCTRL.
Both are SAP standard implementations. I don't know if I can de-activate any one of these or not and also I am not sure which one I need to de-activate.
Do you have any suggestions?

CRM_IC BSP error

i did search for this issue in SDN but could not find any relevant one, hence this question.
When i bring up the Main.htm of BSP application of CRM_IC, i get the below pop-up:
"IC Webclient Messaging Service was unable to connect to the server; Contact your system administartor"
followed by the below error:
The runtime repository could not be interpreted
An Exception OccurredException Class CX_BSP_WD_HTTP_RESPONSE_ERROR

WebClient Error - Failed to log on to the comm. mgmt. software

Hi, following the CR410 i have created a webclient profile/ framework, and assigned the profile to an org unit.
now when try to open the webclient using crm_ic, i am getting the above error on the IDES system.
"Failed to log on to the communication management software system"

Have you configured CTI with IC WebClient? If yes under IC WebCLient profile look for CONTACTCENTER function profile and enter correct profile.
If you do not have CTI in place make sure that CONTACTCENTER entry is blank under IC WebClient profile.

Hello Shankar,
You get this dump probably because you have duplicate entries in one of your Design Time (DT) or RunTime (RT) XML files.
The XML files are used to define all navigational links, views, viewsets and so on.
Check those files for duplicate entries (e.g. A navigational link was declared twice).
Check your runtimeprofile and see the starting point of your RT definition (by default this is in CRM_IC_RT_REP BSP application, file CRM_IC.XML) and run through all the XML includes and look for duplicates.
I had exactly the same problem a while ago, I do remember finding the name of the incorrect XML file through debug. (Check the dump file to find a location from where to start debugging)

The importance of the termination types as part of error processing in the Internet Communication Framework is not clear.
Reason:
When a HTTP/HTTPS request is being processed in the Internet Communication Framework (ICF), the errors that occur are categorized in the form of a termination type.Each termination type describes the way the processed error is analyzed.
RABAX_STATE
either the application or an ABAP runtime has processed an ABAP runtime error.Either the "X" message category was used in the ABAP language element application or an ABAP runtime has generated this error.
Solution:
RABAX_STATE (as well as LEAVE_TO_TX_SPACE, LEAVE_TO_TX)
Additional information on the cause of the termination and, where necessary, the ABAP report involved, is logged in the APAP runtime errors transaction with transaction code ST22.
To reduce workload and improve response times, the ABAP runtime errors are not logged as standard in transaction ST22 in the case of HTTP/HTTPS/SMTP. This behavior is using the profile parameter "rdisp/verbose_level". The initial value of the parameter is "short" (rdisp/verbose_level = short)". To activate the logging of ABAP runtime errors, the profile parameter "rdisp/verbose_level" must be initialized with the value "full" ("rdisp/verbose_level = full"). This profile parameter is a dynamic parameter. It can be maintained in transaction RZ11.

After modifying the system parameters in the IC Web Client administration, the IC Web Client can no longer be started.
The browser displays the following error message:

Program error and wrong setup of the system parameters in the IC Web Client administration.

CRM 5.0 - IC WebClient - BSP Error due to no Escape Character

Hi Gurus
I'm working through the Consultants Cookbook for Interaction Center (IC) Webclient CRM 5.0 SP03.
I'm having a huge problem with the CRM_IC.xml in my customers namespace.
My customers namespace is /XYZ/.
Therefore when I try to modify the CRM_IC/xml file I'm hitting errors because the replacement Include file name is being determined incorrectly.
<%@include file="..//XYZ/CRM_IC_DT_REP/CRM_IC_All_Viewsets.xml" %>
/XYZ/CRM_IC_DT_REP needs to be viewed as one value.
What escape characters should I use to resolve this.
An example would be appreciated greatly

Hello Kumar,
We encountered exactly the same problem a while ago.
We have found no solution for this since the /cust_name/ is considered as a physical directory path rather that a customer namespace definition.
We had to recreate everything in the Z/Y namespace...
