CRM ISA B2C payment method

Back In CRM 3.0 I implemented badi CRM_RISK_MGMT_BADI to remove the "Invoice" and "Cash" method of payment and propose "Credit card" as a payment method.
That badi does not work well in CRM 5.0. It does remove the the "Invoice" and "Cash" method of payment but the Credit card becomes useless because it can't be selected.
How can we eliminate Invoice and Cash payment method and keep only Credit Card on CRM 5.0?

Hi Jamie,
Suggest creating the order on CRM online to see if it works there first. Use the customer you are using in internet sales. You could have problems with the IPC or the actual customer you are using. You could een have missing config issues i.e. transaction, partner determination etc...

Hi gurus !
I need to debug FM 'CRM_ISA_BASKET_ORDER' to monitor some values in a CRM ISA 4.0 B2C application. The FM is stateful and I have set the necessary parameters in modification-config.xml file. However, when running the CRM ISA 4.0 B2C application from a remote client, I do not get the SAPGUI popping up as given in the SAP_ISA4DevExtG10.pdf documentation. Have I missed any setting ? Is there anything else that I need to complete to get the SAPGUI to popup to debug the FM ?

- Did you set an external break point or just a session break point?
- Did you set the RFC-user in SAPGUI as debug user? Utilities -> Settings -> ABAP Editor -> Debugging -> External Debugging: Here should be the RFC user of the B2C application.

Change language settings via URL in CRM ISA B2C

Hi experts,
I have external product catalog, and I use the following format of URL to access ISA B2C in English:
http://<server>:<port>/b2c/display/(xcm=B2C_B2CCRMSTANDARD&cpgsize=5&layout=5.1-6_1_56_58_5_8_2&uiarea=2&carea=4B6F49098864241BE10000000ABF0F17&cpgnum=1)/.do?rf=y
Now I need to access the Spanish version of the site. I know I can do it via this URL, http://<server>:<port>/b2c/b2c/init.do?language=es. However, instead of going to init.do, is there a way to use the format of the first URL and in Spanish flavor? It does not work if I simply append &language=es after the first URL.
Appreciated if giving out step by step guide. Thanks.

try to run the report "rscpinst" in tx se38. Just "ADD" the entry "DE - German" to this table.
The first entry in this table should be the default value for the Logon Screen.

Outgoing payment methods in CRM 7 webUI is not inline with CRMC_BUAG_PAYM

Hi,
We have requirement to set up outgoing payment at FICA document level for refund purpose.
Currently this is feasible using FPE2 transaction in ISU.
However, we have the requirement to have this option in CRM 7.
In CRM 7, the navigation of setting up outgoing payment at document level is :
Account Balance -> Account Balance Overview -> item display -> More -> Outgoing Payment.
But, in the dropdown of payment method in that screen, I am getting only below options.
Outgoing Payment via Bank
Outgoing Payment via Payt Card
I checked the configuration of payment methods in my Country code both in CRM and ISU and there EFT, CCard and Cheque refunds are already configured as outgoing payment method. This is the configuration of CRMC_BUAG_PAYM.
Any suggestion as how I can populate those details in this CRM 7 WebUI dropdown ?

Found this configuration in ISU.
Also, refreshed the shared memory area for FICA in CRM SPRO. Now the issue is resolved and it is displaying correctly in CRM 7.

"Payment Methods" field mapping from R/3 to CRM

Hello Experts,
In R/3 BP we have a field " Payment Methods" the means of payment like DD, Cheque, Direct Cheque and E-Payment as a radio button field with these four options.Thats a mandatory field there. Here we need the same info to be downloaded to the CRM system and we couldnt find the same field in CRM BP.So how can I go with this?
If suppose the ABAP people create the field in CRM BP, how can i map it with R/3 field to get the same data?
What I need is the same payment method option should come and sit here in CRM BP master.

you activate encryption of the payment card number. In Customizing, choose Customer Relationship Management -> Basic Functions -> Payment Cards -> Maintain Payment Card Type.
You have assigned the payment plan type Payment card to the transaction types you use.
In Customizing, choose Customer Relationship Management -> Basic Functions -> Payment Cards -> Settings for Transactions -> Assign Payment Card Plan Type to Transaction.

Due to some requirement, new Payment methods customised in ECC so have to download from ECC to CRM. How it download through delta download. Hi Sri,
Payment methods maintained in ECC can be replicated to CRM via CRM download object DNL_CUST_PAYM in transaction R3AS in CRM. This updates the associated CRM table CRMC_BUAG_PAYM and CRMC_BUAG_PAYM_T.
If you wish to create payment methods directly in CRM, then you can do so via customizing in CRM through transaction SPRO >
Customer Relationship Management > Master Data > Business Partner > Business Agreement >Define parameters for Business Agreement > Define Payment Methods.

Maintain payment method in CRM

Hi,
due to some organisational restrictions most customer master data is maintained in CRM.
Payment terms can be maintained in the sales area.
Also the payment methods should be maintained here but the financial data is not available.
Is there a way besides EEWB to include the payment methods.

Payment Method in Business Agreement - CRM

While creating Business agreement through business partner or while replicating Business Agreement in CRM is giving error that payment method X does not exist, although that payment method is maintained in FI-CA, AP-AR, and CRM as well.
Does anybody has any idea...whereelse it has to be maintained so that it can be refered in CRM.

Except for the application error pages you should also keep in mind that some error pages are generated by SAP Webdispatcher - presuming you are using one in front of your J2EE-Engine

ISA Payment method types

I have a B2B scenario and when I am creating an order in my webshop, in Additional Order Data, I have the Payment Method information, but the collumn type is empty. I am not able to choose any payment method.

Payment methods on sales orders

Dear all,
In CRM 5.0, I've a problem with payment methods on my sales order (billing tab): the value list is not activated (is empty) in my sales order type whereas with a standard sales order it works. It seems it is because the field Tax destination country is not determined automatically. The BP used is the same in both cases, so it is not a problem of master data.
I don't know what to change in my customizing as I've compared 2 sales order types and it is the same; For information we don't use neither tax determination nor billing, only pricing.

I've already managed entries for the corresponding country. The problem is the Tax destination country is not filled automatically when I select a BP with my sales order, but with standard SO it works. I don't know what custo is missing in the sales order to recover this value...

SAP_J2EECLUSTER = ITG is not in Repository.
It looks like that some parameter setting is missing. Do you have any idea where I can set "SAP_J2EECLUSTER" Parameter.

Payment Methods

I am using SAP Business one Ecommerce and Web CRM 6 version 2007.1.652.2. I getting an error while try to make billing through Ecommerce site. when I click on Continue button in billing .aspx page am getting object reference error. I hope the error is due to not selecting the Payment method in the billing page.
When I click the payments method dropdown list in billing.aspx no payments method were displayed.
How to get the values in the Payment method dropdown list.
Please tell me the steps to make a successful order.

Go to the admin ... Setup / Expenses and click the folder icon on the right for "paymentmethod".
now click the edit icon for VISA ... in the provider dropdown you can choose "NoAuthorization" for internal testing. This will make VISA appear as a payment method but it won't actually communicate with a payment gateway. If you have a gateyway configured you can instead choose "AuthorizeNetGateway" and this will trigger the checkout process to communicae with the Authorize.NET gateway.
To configure a specific gateway, go to Setup / Credit Card Gateways and choose the appropiate gateway in the dropdown and enter the appropriate information.

Actually I would like to use the Catalog Area Type (maintained in trx COMM_PCAT_ADM on Catalog Area Header level). This field doesn't seem to be available in J2EE webshop. (The field documentation says it is for documentation purposes only so I don't expect it to be transferred).
As this field is not readily available, I would like to add is as an attribute to the Catalog Area. BADI's PCAT_IMS_FEED_ATT and PCAT_IMS_FEED_VAL seem to indicate that it should be possible to add additional fields not only on product level, but also on Area level:

In the ABAP debugger, I can see that my code is touched during initial and delta replications, however, after replication, the fields do not show up in the Java debugger.
