CRM materials extended and in R/3 - not visible in CRM

Materials extended in masterfile maintainence, materials showing in PRD in R/3.
Products not visible in the CRM online system using /ncommpr01 to view the materials.
Any help on this issue would be most apprectiated.

Hi , I went into transaction /nsmw01 and there are bdocs there on the date in question that have a bdoc validation error for each material. Bdoc type - PRODUCT_MAT.
The bdocs state is E04. The flow context description is mBDoc Validate.The flow context is MI0
The DDIC type of extension part of BDoc is: COMT_PROD_MATERIAL_BDOC_TAB
In relation to these bdocs that have the validation error, how would I go about getting eradicating this issue, and getting the materials into CRM.
The materials are visible in R/3 production but now in CRM at the moment.
Any further help would be most appreciated.

Some updates and clarifications:
1. I already have my 2.4 channel fixed.
2. Wireless network name is 8 alphanumeric characters; no spaces
3. Already using WPA2 security with a 10 alphanumeric key (again, no spaces)
4. I am running Airport Utility 6.0, Mac OS version 10.7.4
I should also say that these problems started happening less than a month ago...prior to that all devices where working normally.
An added update: My two e-readers (nook ST and Kindle 3) are also refusing to connect...perhaps confirming that I have 2.4 GHz issues?

ZPRS- Cost(data source H) condition type is not visible in CRM sales order

Hi Colleagues,
I created a sales order in ERP. In the sales order the condition type ZPRS- Cost(data source H) is available. I downloaded the this sales order to CRM i can able to see the ZPRS condition type in sales order.
But when i create a new sales order with the same data (BP, Material,Sales organization) the condition ZPRS is not visible in the sales order. When i checked the PRC_TRACE it is showing the error as "Condition with external datasource has not be found".
Can any body help me in this issue.

Could you please confirm If we post a returns document in CRM system directly the "ZPRS or VPRS - Cost" Condition type will not appear in the return document condition types.
Untill and unless it is a billing document in CRM system the "cost" condtion wont appear rt?

Configuration tab not visible in CRM ORDER

Hi,
When I use the CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN function module to create the CRM ORDER, the configuration tab is not visible and when I use the same data to create the CRM ORDER manually through CRMD_ORDER, i can see the configuration tab. What could be the problem?
Infact I am using CRMXIF_ORDER_SAVE FM to create the order.

CRM 2007 Upgrade - Std Comm. Method not visible in "More Fields"

Hi Gurus
We recently upgraded from CRM 5.0 to CRM 2007.
I'm verifying the Identify Account views, when I compare the "More Fields" view between CRM 5.0 and CRM 2007, the "Std Comm. Method field is not there.
I though I could add this via configuration mode but the only Comm Method field I can find does not have a drop down list associated with it which doesn't make sense.
Has anyone else had this same issue and how resolved.

The Comm Type field is supplied but without a drop down list as it did in CRM 5.0
We have to modify the field to include the drop down.

New item category not visible in CRM WebUI

Hi,
I am working on CRM 7.0, Leasing Contracts component BT114H_LAM.
I created a new item category for the contract however this is not visible in the WebUI screen. the moment i enter the item it dissappears from the screen. It is available in the item details.
Same item is visible in the Backeng SAP GUI.
Can anyone suggest some solution for the same.
I have done all the customizing required for the new item category in SPRO-Financial Services->Basic Functions->User Interfaces->CRM Web client UI

BP from R3 to CRM - Sales Area not visible in CRM

Hi Forum,
I have done middleware setup for data replication between R3 --> CRM and its working fine.I can see the Customers in CRM that was created in R3 as Sold-to party(Iam downloading only Sold-to party).Iam encountering 2 problems :
1.Iam unable to see all the Sold-to Party from R3.Only few Sold-to party are visible, say out of 450 only 30 are visible in CRM.I have done initial load of Customer_Main and other customizing objects(Delta load is also working fine).
2.And Iam unable to see the Sales area of BP(have assigned Co.code and sales area to Sold-to Party in R3) in CRM.

The 30 sold-to party that are coming from R3 have the No.30xxx as their id.But there are other sold-to party with the same No.i.e 30xxx.Other sold-to party have id 10xxx and 20xxx.
I have maintained the number range in CRM according to the number range for the account group 001(sold-to party in R3) as exterbal num range.Below I have shown the Num ranges in R3 and CRM

Sales Area is not visible in CRM for the products downloaded from R/3

Hi Experts,
Our client is using CRM 2007 and R/3 4.7.
connectivity was established via Middleware.
Before downloading the materials from R/3 we have done the following things
1. Following customizing objects were downloaded
DNL_CUST_PROD0
DNL_CUST_PROD1
DNL_CUST_PROD3
DNL_CUST_SALES
DNL_CUST_S_AREA
2. Org structure was copied from R/3 using the Tcode - CRMC_R3_ORG_GENERATE.
3. All the required sales are were correctly maintained( Downloaded ) in the org structure and under attributes tab " Object permitted for determination was selected".
4. Executed the report HRBCI_ATTRIBUTES_BUFFER_UPDATE.
After down loading the materials also we have executed the above report.
But the sales area details are not coming with the product.
Not: If I try to create a product in CRM I was not able to assign Sales area, ASSIGN button was in disabled mode.
Could you please guide me to solve this issue.

Can you please check if all the condition tables are replicated correctly from R/3 to CRM. Eg ZDNL_COND_A805 and DNL_COND_A191.
I hope the initial download for the same would be completed.
Because there might be some fields relating to Material and Sales Area in these condition tables, which might not have moved to CRM.
Thats the reason I am asking to check.

ERP Sales Orders Types are not visible in CRM WebUI ! ! ! !

I am working on CRM 7.0 IDES, I am trying to create an ERP sales order but when I chose create ERP sales order a popup menu with no document types so I am not able to chose the Sales order document type, the CRM and ERP are integrated and the ERP sales Profile is maintained and assigned is there more settings should be done to make them visible?

Hi Jacopo Francoise,
Check for the customization in Tr. SPRO path IMG-> CRM->Transactions->Settings for ERP Transactions maintained via CRM.
You should define the ERP sales order profile with your ECC system RFC details. Also read the documents available there.

I have configured the Date Types and assigned them to the Date profile
The Date profile i have assigned it to the Transaction Type
But when creating the new Service Request Transaction Type the dates are not appearing

Hi,
check if you have set the screen assignments in the date profile. When you assign the date type, in the left navigation area, one level below, you have to set the visibility of the date type.

Planned cost for int labour and non stockable material not visible

Hey gurus,
While creating an order with a material, ext service, non stock material, I am able to see the planned cost for materials in stock and ext services procured. But i'm not able to see the planned cost for non stock material and int labour. However i'm able to see the actual cost for all the items. I think I have missed some config. Please help.

Hi,
As said by Pithan there is a problem in costing variant for planned cost which you have assigned to prder type at plant level.
Problem underlies within valuation variant assigned to costing variant.PM01 is your costing variant here.Check diiferent heads within valuation variant for this costing variant.There under activities tab what is calculation parameter you have selected.If it is blank you will not get any internal activity cost.You need to select at least one from dropdown like cost from previous period or avaerage cost etc.Then you will get planned cost for internal activities.SAmething applies to non stock material.
Check in OKP6 for all these and make sure that you have selected at least one cost calculation schema there for activities and material and external.

Crucial M4 SSD shows in BIOS and runs, but is not visible to firmware updater

I recently upgraded an older computer to Windows 10, and while everything worked, it takes a very long time for the operating system to load. Once the login screen appears and I log in to the system, however, everything is quick and works as intended. The Crucial M4 CT256M4SSD2 SSD I'm using is running in IDE mode, since this older machine doesn't have AHCI. I found that a firmware update was available (070H) and thought it might help with the slow loading times, so I downloaded the Windows 8 firmware updater and tried to run it. It detected the drive and identified the firmware as 040H. When I ran the updater, however, it spun for a long time, and then said "Not Responding" and threw up an "End Process" button. I terminated the process and rebooted the system. It took several minutes to load, as it did previously, and when it loaded, I started the firmware updater again, only to find that the drive was no longer detected. I downloaded the manual updater file, burned the ISO to a CD, and rebooted the system. I tried to run the manual updater, but it told me it couldn't find an eligible device. I rebooted and let the system take its usual long time to load, and now I'm back to where I was before the attempted firmware update, but with no way to update the firmware. Can anyone offer me a solution that will enable the firmware to be updated once again? Thanks in advance for your help!
