CRM order pricing is gets overwritten
Dear SDN team,
I need your help on the below CRM pricing issue
We see that the Gross value in CRM order gets determined correctly in CRM system during order creation . Once the order flows into SAP R/3 system the Pricing is getting re-determined as per standard.
But when the same order flows to back to SAP CRM 5.0 system , the Gross value gets overwritten and it becomes ZERO.
Why is this happening ??
So far , we have downloaded all Pricing procedure , Pricing Routines from SAP R/3 system . But still the Order Gross value pricing gets overwritten .
Are we missing some setup in CRM system ??

Dear dinesh,
Check that whether you are using any customized pricing routine in ECC.
If you r using any customized routines in ECC for pricing you have to replicate that logic in java userexit in CRM. Otherwise the order will throw the error.

You need to check in ECC if the customer master has the payment terms maitained or not. This could be the reason for the payment terms not being populated into the ECC billing documents.

So while creating sales order the pricing procedure is determined but when invoice is created the pricing doesnt refelect in the invoice.How to over come this problemHi
Please check the in OVKK, weather you have maintained correctly or not.Also check in the Billing document type details what is the Document pricing procedure that has been maintained.

CRM Header data not getting refreshed in BADI when clicked in New order
We have used a ORDERADM_H BADI, header badi to populate some custom field values.
Step 1) While creating sales order in CRM(CRMD_ORDER), we are giving inputs such as sold to party , material etc.
Step 2) Before actually saving the order, we found that we dont need this order to be created and again click on create new button in the transaction. In order header BADI, order data for the previous order is not getting refreshed. The previous GUID is still there and function module CRM_ORDER_READ still retrieves the old order values which was cancelled in the previous step. It is causing lot of issues and finally giving dump.
basically the previous GUID is not getting refreshed. Please suggestPls send the code that you have in the Badi. Did you actually compare the GUIDs manually ? Instead of CRM_ORDER_READ have you tried using CRM_ORDER_READ_OW ?

BAPi/call function that calculates the pricing condition in CRM order
Hello Experts,
Can anybody suggest me which BAPI to be used in order to recalculate the pricing condition that is already maintained in the CRM order.
I'm trying to upload .txt file which contains basic price value ( condition type ZPR0 ) to update in the order. This new value should over write the existing one in the CRM order & recaluclate the tax & other condition types in the pricing procedure. Can anybody suggest me how to go abt.

Error occurred when processing Java programs (CRM ORDER READ is called)
Hi,
We are facing a problem while running a batch job.Its a batch job which reads order data from crm system by using crm order read and generates fur files on application server.
But the problem is, after executing or generating lets say 10000 records in file the batch job is automatically closed.
When we tried to analyse it from SM37 we got the error message saying,
" An error occurred while executing a Java program in the VM container"
So what could be the reason of this problem.And what is the solution.

PGThis is the error we get when we read Pricing condition or Variant Config from the ORDER.
I think you are not initalizing the order after you have the read the data.Pass the guid to ti_guis_to_init.

Hello All,
I have created a Trade promotion in CRM, and maintained the determination condition and Discount condition for the combination of
Customer /Sales org /Product.
I have maintained settings for CO-PA in connected SAP ECC
When i create a sales order in CRM , trade promotion is determined in the order and also discount is considered in the order pricing.
When i save the order in CRM, an entry in the outbound queue of CRM is created with destination pointing to ECC, which is having the status: SYSFAIL.
The description of the error is :" Error occurred during determination of profitability segment "
Suppose when if i remove the trade promotion which was determined in the order and then save the order i dont get this error.
Hence could you please help me providing additional settings which should be done if we want to have TPM also.

I followed your suggestions and implemented in the Development and moved the changes in to Quality Server. I tested it thoroughly by creating New Customer and maintained Credit Limit. I come to know that Problem is in all Servers. I made 3 changes.
1. In Pricing Procedure Sub Total A it was not maintained against Net value. I placed it.
2. Removed Credit groups for Delivery Type.
3. In OVA8 i maintained Max. Doc Value :99,999,999.00 before it was with 1.00
I checked the OMO1 Settings it was Asynchronous. As SAP Notes Suggesting to use Synchronous but here it's a client setting. So, It's Can't possible to change. Changes will affect other Company Codes.
Tested both in DVP and QTY Dynamic Credit Check is working Perfectly and Status in FD33 Sales Value field getting update.
If i move these changes in to Production, Will i need to run the reports again or not? How it will affect on Old Cusomer Billing and Credit Limit data. For few of the Customers the Credit Limit data it was exceeded. Please provide me advice. The issue need to be Solved immediately.

Run time error while closing the CRM Order using BAPI

Need your invaluable suggestions here.Apologies for the lengthy mail, intention is to give clear idea of the issue.
I am facing an issue while closing the CRM orders. According to our business process, when an issue is solved we will keep the order in resolved status only. We will not directly close the order from the CRM tool, instead we have created a custom program for the same purpose.
For the custom program we will give input as the order number and execute it, this will close the order.
Here close the order means assigning it to Close status as well assign the reason code.
We have created some reason codes for closed status.
So when the program is run the Order moves from resolved status to closed status along with reason code.
But of late we are facing some problems with this program, it is giving run time error for some CRM orders.
Run time error message : The ABAP/4 Open SQL array insert results in duplicate database records.
The exception, which is assigned to class 'CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB', was not caught in procedure "CRM_SERVICE_OS_UPD_OST_DU" "(FUNCTION)", nor was it propagated by a RAISING clause.

When I analyzed the run time error I have found that it trying to insert the record in CRMD_SRV_OSSET for that CRM order, but already one record is present in the table for the same CRM order number.
For most of the CRM orders there is no entry in this table so they are closing successfully but for a few orders for which there is an entry we are getting the above run time error.
There is nothing wrong with the orders which have an entry already in the table CRMD_SRV_OSSET, I need to close these kind of orders with out run time error.

Sales Order Pricing User Exit Problem

I am facing a problem related to coding in Sales Order pricing user exits. Scenario is as mentioned below:
Based on Material Entered and Sold To in Sales Order, auto determination of a manual pricing condition happens. For doing this, coding has been done in USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP by changing XKOMV table. Auto determination of the manual price is happening properly.
From Sales Overview Screen when user goes to the Conditions tab, Net Value is not getting calculated. When we navigate away to Schedule line tab and then come back to COnditions tab, Net Value is automatically getting calculated.
AM i missing something in the coding part? As the data is getting populated automatically I guess some piece of code needs to be triggered. Can anyone shed some light into this.

On doing this, the Sales Pricing is getting calculated but even then net value of order at header i.e VBAK-NETWR is not getting populated when we are in Sales Overview screen. When, I am getting into Conditions tab and coming back to Sales Overview screen, Net value is getting populated correctly. This portion of everything not getting populated at the same time is bothering me. The pricing conditon that I am filling is a manual pricing condition.
I put a breakpoint after FM PRICING which correctly populates XKOMV structure. How do I properly update Order Net Value in Sales Overview screen wihtout having to navigate to any other tab?
Nicklas: I am looping at Order line within the user exit USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP and determining price. Once all line items are processed, I am using the FM PRICING for calculating Sales Prices.

Error in Action when CRM Order is updated as Error from R/3 update

Currently we are in CRM 6.0 SP04 and R/3 4.7 SP14
Process:
1) B2B user places order through ISA
2) Order gets replicated R/3 from CRM through middleware (Scenario A setting)
3) If there are any changes in order on either side, changes gets replicated.
Requirement:
We have a requirement from business to trigger workflow in CRM if order is in error. Following are the possible scenarios
1) Error while saving order in CRM
2) No errors in CRM. However, Order will get error in R/3 because of inconsistent configuration or master data between CRM and R/3. The BDOC will be green while replicating to R/3 and acknowledgement to CRM.
3) BDOC status is in error
Solution approach:
We created an action to trigger event when order status set to "Contains error". The condition for Action trigger are Order have error free flag NE X(BUS 2000115 ) OR Status = I1030 OR status = I1056.
Issues:
1) Scenario : Order is successfully create in CRM without any error. Order gets replicated to R/3 u2013 BDOC is green. However, the order gets error status in R/3 because of inconsistent configuration or master data. The acknowledgement BDOC updates the error status in CRM. However, Action does not get trigger when the order is updated as Error from R/3.
Pls advise possible solution and also suggest any other way to achieve the required functionality to generate workflow for CRM order updated as Error from R/3.

Try this, implement ORDER_SAVE BAdI. This BAdI is triggered every time an order is saved, you could put in your logic to see if the order has errors, if yes trigger your workflow.
I haven't tested but this should work for your case when the crm order is set to error status after the replication to R/3(the BDOC scenario).
This may not be the most efficient method of doing, but this would definitely work.
Make sure you use proper checks at the beginning of your order_save BAdI implementation as this badi would get executed on save of every 1-order object.

I am not getting the Excise Amount [CIN] i.e BED + ECS + SHE Cess in Tax field of Sales Order Pricing Procedure. only Sales Tax amount is showing.

What you have said is correct with regards to condition record creation, excise rate picking and its calculation.
On clicking the "analysis" button in pricing screen (Sales item details --> condition -->) try to analyse for each condition type
we can resolve it
Check within the condition type whether you have entered condition category = D, it must be like this
Cond. class = D Taxes
Calculat.type = A Percentage
Cond.category = D Tax
In Pricing Procedure Activate "Statistical" Indicator, it will definitely appear in the tax field.

When we create a order in Weshop and open the same order in CRM GUI.We are getting this error.IPC:internal error: java.lang.NullPointerException .But if we open the order and simply save that the error will go off. Just wanted to know what could be the cause of the error.
