CRM Questionnaire Preparation

Dear all,
In a CRM Survey, how can we maintain each question and relevant answers in a different page.
Similar to an Online Survey, our client wants to run a customer satisfaction survey whcih consists of around 10 questions. but we want to display each question and relevant answers in a single page instead of displaying all questions in single page.
Each next level question is dependent on the previous question.
How can we address this requirement in CRM_SURVEY_SUITE.
Please help me to resolve the issue successfully. Your help will be highly appreciated.

Hi Raghu - The above response is right I guess..not possible but try changing the survey in the XML mode and insert page breaks there??? Anyone in your team who knows XML....I am a functional and I can't help with that but it was one of the things that ran across my mind looking at your post...

Could I get any kind of config documents or ppts on CRM_SURVEY_SUITE and Questionnaire preparation?
I am working on CRM 5.2 CRM_SURVEY_SUITE and able to create questions and answers.
My issue now is, in the below model question our client requires all the given answers with Single Radio Button or Multiple selection Radio Buttons and when the fourth option is chosen, then only the "Please specify" text box should be active to enter some text.

As Dipesh suggested, I have done the same already.But the problem here is, you can select any option and at the same time you can specify something in that text box too.
In this way, we could probably get some wrong results.
Could you help me, how can I upload the survey into IC Web front-end ?
Our's is completely a Call Centre Survey handle by agents. After they save all the survey results, how can I get the complete scoring & answers list?

Survey not found(CRM QUESTIONNAIRE)

we have added a questionnaire in CRM. it works fine in SAP GUI.But when i try to see it in PCUI screen it says the survey is not assigned to a object.Can anyone suggest the possible causes.

you can lookup my E-Mail ID via my SDN Business card. But please provide us the Application name of the PC-UI Application. You can identify the Application when you set the User Parameter CRM_BSP_TRACELEVEL = 2222 and then start the application again.

CRM Questionnaire Results Edit In-House Repair Fields

I am new to CRM and I want to make the results of a questionnaire automatically edit the fields of an in-house repair on the WebGUI in SAP CRM 7.0. After looking into this issue I think I have to work with the BADI CRM_MKTCA_SVY_PAI and the IMG path Customer Relationship Management -> Transactions-> Settings for Activities -> Questionnaires -> Define Determination for Questionnaires: Business Activity to trigger a Workflow when the WebGUI questionnaire is saved, but I don't know the steps to trigger the workflow or set the workflow up. Also, in order to edit the fields of the in-house repair, I don't know what table I should be editing.

I stopped the browser hang by suppressing the ProtectDoubleSubmit functionality using the onClientClick attribute of my Excel button definition and the following javascript code (borrowed from another SDN post on the BSP forum):

I am still using the CSV (vice XLS) format because of the added javascript problem. According to one of our Microsoft developers, based on a registry setting, Excel normally looks at the first 8 rows to determine how to render the content. Our setting here forces Excel to look at all rows, and the added javascript code is forcing all content into one cell for XLS. Though I will eventually track down where the javascript text is being added to the response, I'm not too concerened about it at this point. The users can ignore it or delete it.

Msa/crm upgrade from 50sp06 to sp11: smq1 be empty ?

we upgrade our crm/msa from 50sp06 to sp11.
Now I want to know if the clients must have replicated
all data from msa to crm before upgrade or is this
also after upgrade possible ?
The same question is for crm-server, outbound-queue:
must this be empty before upgrade ?

Hi,
only in case of sBDocs which have been enhanced since SP06 there could occur some problems when replicating data with a not fitting structure.
But for my understanding only then there would be a problem when BDocs with the new structure are imported in a DB still holding the old structure.
In other words data from Mobile still holding the old structure should be imported in the CRM system which already holds the new structures without any problems.
As it cannot be guaranteed that the CRM outbound queues (smq1) are empty at a particular point of time the following steps need to be performed:
- stop all the queues (smqr)
- run upgrade in CRM system
- prepare and send Mobile upgrade package (including new TPS.NET file) via middleware (upgrade console)
- restart all queues (smqr)
==> running conntrans on the Mobile clients will result in importing the data with old structure (which still was in the CRM outbound queue), then replacing the MSA application with the new version, and finally importing new data from CRM in the new structure

Questionnaires tables and reporting in CRM

we have defied the Questionnaires in CRM for activites, after entering the values in to the Questionnaires and saved.
in which tables we can find the values for the Questionnaires whcih we have enterd, and how can we use the values in reporting.

Hello,
The value are saved in table CRM_SVY_DB_SVS as an XML string. If you want to use it, it's beter to flag the BI export (Data storage and evaluation section in CRM_SURVEY_SUITE) so the information will be stored in CRM_SVY_DB_SV.

We have got a project in WM.
Now as a begining we are planning to prepare a questionnaire. Since I have just started to learn WM dont have much idea in the WM questionnaire part.
Hence if anyone can provide all the valuable inputs & useful SAP links (such as what are things to be included or which are the areas to be covered etc in WM) for the same will be highly appreciated.

CRM 2007 Upgrade - RDDIT006 Phase is failing in Prepare --

I 'm upgrading from CRM 5.0 to CRM 2007 . One of the phase is failing in modification support in PREPARE (RUN_RDDIT006_PRE) .
The fix provided by SAP did not work , the phase keeps on failing .
Looks like this job runs again in actual upgrade . Did someone come across same problem before ??

Hi,
According to your post, my understanding is that the 'Upload.aspx' page was missing or corrupted from many document libraries after migration to 2010 from 2007.
Per my knowleadge, the upgrade process sets the SPWeb.CustomUploadPage property for upgraded sites to a custom upload page titled
uploadex.aspx, as opposed to upload.aspx which is the default page for file uploads. And this custom upload page contains the “Destination Folder” field.
To removes the custom upload page (uploadex.aspx) from SPWeb, and reverts back to the default upload page (upload.aspx), we can use PowerShell script to loop through all Web sites that are contained within the site collection, including the top-level site
and its subsites, and checks to see if the SPWeb.CustomUploadPage property is not equal to blank. If true, then it sets the SPWeb.CustomUploadPage property to blank.

Instead of triggering a Server-Event to validate the fields which is nothing but aligning the numeric data with teh correct decimal separator at the right position, i am thinkin of using Client-Side scripting using JS functions.
