  • Multi-part related query reports

    http://download-east.oracle.com/docs/html/B10310_01/orbr_concepts1.htm#1012365
    Can someone provide me better info about 'Multi-part related query reports '

    Hi,
    yes you can have multiple query in your report. So you have multiple groups in your data model. Then you must put multiple repeating frames in your layout in order to extract data from your queries, selecting the desired group in the source property of your repeating frame.

  • SAP BI Report Publication on CRM Web UI Reports

    Hi Experts,
    Im required to post a BI report on Web UI.
    I did the customization for the same in the path.
    SproCRMUI FrameworkUI Framework DefinationDisplay SAP NetWeaver BI Report in CRM..
    Then I created a Logical Link id with the BI Report assigned to the Navigation Bar Profile and made the link visible in the define business role
    It works fine in development, but when i transport the request to quality for testing I recieve an RFC error that the client cannot be reached, This is because the RFC i assigned to the report is also getting transported to Quality and causing the error. Usually RFC's are not transported but they are assigned client specific in the system that it is transported.
    So can anyone help me to find out a soultion to the problem so that RFC is not transported in the transport request.
    Plz help...

    Hi  Aravind,
    please be aware in CRM 7.0 there are two different options for analysis:
    1. CRM Interactive Reporting (see Building Block C41)
    2. CRM Analytics (Using a complete BI-System)
    In your case you followed BB41, so you can use Interactive Reports.
    The error you get in WEB UI is for the BI reports (option 2). This option needs a whole BI-System.
    The links to these reports were delivered by default. So if you want to use these reports you need a BI consultant for setting a up new BI-System and the neccessary configuration for the ETL-Process.
    If you dont want to use B reports, you can simply make them invisible in your web-ui configuration.
    Kind regards
    Hannes

  • How to secure CRM and BW reports thro Portal

    The requirement as below
    inputs....
    1. CRM & BI 7 which will be accessed via portal.
    2. User is created via portal and simultaneously backend CRM system
         also get updated with User details.
    3. The users are assigned to Business Partners.
    4. Business partner relationships maintained in CRM for a) bill to
    party
         b poster
    5. There will be using SSO to access the SAP CRM & BW.
    BW Design
         a. Bw reports will be built on Authorization relevant
    Characteristics
                   i. bill to party
                ii. poster
         b. Web templates will be designed with respective queries attached
    to them
         c. web templates will be launched via I views in the portal
    Requirement........
    a. when a user access the BW reports based on Authorization relevant
       characteristics, he should be able to view report values only for
    the allowed
       business partner.
    b. more no of users will be access these reports simultaneously
    c. BEST method (sap security) to restrict users in BW to View only
         valid Business Partner reporting.

    What always can be done is to develop a custom portlet which doesn't display anything but just does a call to wwlog_api.some_proc.
    This portlet would be quite simple to make.

  • How to relate a report page to a tabular form?

    I have a table called PRODUCT
    SQL> desc product
    Name                                      Null?    Type
    PRODUCTNUMBER                             NOT NULL VARCHAR2(15 CHAR)
    PRODUCTDESCRIPTION                                 VARCHAR2(30 CHAR)
    LOCATION                                           VARCHAR2(10 CHAR)
    WARRANTY                                           NUMBER(4)
    PRODUCTSN                                 NOT NULL VARCHAR2(25 CHAR)
    STATUS                                             VARCHAR2(20 CHAR)Now I create a view, and based on this view I create a report page
    CREATE OR REPLACE VIEW V_PRODUCT_OVERVIEW AS
    SELECT PRODUCTNUMBER, PRODUCTDESCRIPTION, LOCATION, WARRANTY, COUNT(PRODUCTSN) QUANTITY
    FROM PRODUCT
    GROUP BY PRODUCTNUMBER, PRODUCTDESCRIPTION, LOCATION, WARRANTY;For each type of product (identified by PRODUCTNUMBER), there may be many instances (identified by PRODUCTSN). I want to put an edit button beside each record on the report page. After clicking the edit button, it will redirect to a detail page, which is based on the specific PRODUCTNUMBER, where I can add or modify products.
    SELECT PRODUCTSN, PRODUCTSTATUS
    FROM PRODUCT
    WHERE PRODUCTNUMBER = #THE_PRODUCTNUMBER_OF_LAST_PAGE#I don't know how to accomplish this, especially how to relate these two pages, and how to pass the PRODUCTNUMBER from the first page to the second. Any idea is appreciated! Thanks!

  • CRM - BI Interactive Reports in CRM

    Hi,
    I have some questions regarding BI Interactive Reports. Can anyone help me?
    1. Can we access the BI Interactive reports in the CRM client itself through CRM_UI transaction or do we need to login into the
        BI client separately?
    2. If we don't maintain the users in the Central User Administration, What will be the impact?
    Thanks

  • SAP CRM Incomplete Orders Report

    Hi,
    What is the standard SAP CRM incomplete or open order report in SAP CRM 7.0 ?
    Thanks
    Andy

    I don't think there is any standard report for that. But you can make your own report or view or query in which you display all orders that have system status I1030 (errors).
    Regards.

  • Call CRM UI from report ecc

    Hi all,
    i have to call crm ui component BT115QS_SLSQ   from custom report ecc passing quotation number .
    I  run the standard report BSP_WD_APPL_STARTER  with   param :
    BSP Application =   BT115QS_SLSQ
    In Client              = '001'
    but i have an error with : "impossible find file  ?sap-accessibility=X' .
    Can you help me ?
    Thanks in advance .
    Laura.

    Hi,
    one other option is to create the CRM Webclient UI URL in your ABAP report and call afterwards:
    CALL METHOD cl_gui_frontend_services=>execute
            EXPORTING
              document               = lv_url.
    I use a table to create the lv_url with:
    <SERVERNAME>
    <URL_BEFORE_ID>
    <ID>
    <URL_AFTER_ID>
    Kind regards

  • CRM on Demand Reporting; Action Links in Pivot Tables

    Hi All
    I have a problem with Action Links for Oracle CRM on Demand. When I click on an action link to navigate to an account detail page, I get the following error:
    The record you are trying to access has been deleted or has been assigned a new owner and you no longer have access to it. If you deleted the record, it may be accessed in Deleted Items. If you continue to have problems contact your Oracle CRM On Demand Administrator.
    Browsing the forums brought up this thread: Can't access a record with an ActionLink
    In this thread it's said to place the Account ID column right next to the Account Name column. This solution works for regular tables, but not for pivot tables.
    Is it possible to link to an account detail page from pivot links?

    For pivot tables you will have to use this method in order to be able to drill down to the detail page:
    On you Report-
    Define Criteria: Add the Account ID (Record ID field is a must)
    - Click on the Properties icon on this column--> Data Format Tab --> uncheck Override Default Data Format and select Plain Text from the Treat Text as drop down.
    Add the below code in the text area.
    "http://"@[html]"<a target=_top
    href=https://*secure-ausomxXXX*.crmondemand.com/OnDemand/user/AccountDetail?OMTGT=AccountDetailForm&OMTHD=AccountDetailNav&AccountDetailForm.Id="@">View Account</a>"
    Add this column on the Rows section of the pivot table.
    Hope this helps!
    Royston
