Hello All,
Iam trying to replicate CRM In House Repair order
to R/3 the Usage is RSUB for the Repair Request.
R/3 Repai Order has R101. And when i transfer the
the CRM Repair to R/3. R/3 says no item category found.
Iam not able to map RSUB in R/3... If i do then
the R/3 Repair Order is not created.
Please Advice!!!
Regards
Bhuvan
Hello Pratik/All,
I did that but as of iam only able to replicate the Return for Repair item
RSUB to R/3. How do i replicate the OUtbound Delivery Item and also
the Billing Item.
Becuase the Standard R/3 RA Order has a Rapair procedure assigned to it
and it gives 4 line items Repair Request,Return for Reapir, OUtbound Delivery
and Biling as items.
In CRM if you see the Standard Repair Order REPA it has only
two Buttons Return for Repair and Daignosis Item...
Do i have to replicate all the 4 items to R/3 for this Scenario to work ???
Iam only able to replicate Return for Repair (RSUB) with the Standard
Order... Please Advice!!!

CRM Sales Order Replication CRM to R3 (complaint) Pb
Hi Guys,
My problem is that when i create an CRM Complaint in CRM 4, and i change the plant on my delivery item, when the order is replicated in R3, the Shipping point doesn't get updated to use the new shipping point used for the new plant...
I tried to debug but cannot hit User Exit in R3, then i read in there that the R3 user Exits such as: MV45AFZZ is not called at all...
Can anyone could tell me how to find out how to get to the shipping point determination when the order is created from CRM...
I succeeded to be in R3 in my debug session by:
Stopping the BDOC with the following:
Set a breakpoint in the FM on the save of the document in CRM:
CRM_UPLOAD_BTMBDOC_START_FLOW then set ls_header-dbg_mode to X.
Then i reprocessed the BDOC with /h and then set breakpoint in FM:
SMOF_READ_SMOFERPSH to set my RFC-Dest to be valid for my debug session.
Then put a breakpoint CRM_R3_SALESDOCUMENT_UPLOAD and set gv_synchronous_call to X ... Now after F5 i am in R/3...
I tried to find out where my shipping point is set or determined but impossible (VBAK - VSTEL)?
Please help...
Thanks
AurelienHi Aurelien,
I believe there is no problem in replication of CRM Sales Order to ECC. Shipping point determination settings are properly maintained in ECC.
In SD Sales Order (VA01 / 2) Shipping points get determined by 3 factors for each line item.
1. The shipping conditions from the customer master record (Shipping screen)
2.The loading group from the material master record (Sales/Plant Data screen)
3.The delivering plant
Now in your case you are creating order in CRM. So download the plants from ECC to CRM with Transaction code R3AS (Initial D/L) DNL_PLANT. This plant you can assign in a Sales Order as a Business Partner for each line item.
Plant is called as Vendor partner function in CRM.
When CRM sales order with plant will replicate to ECC then automatically the shipping point will be determined.

CRM sales Order Replication to R/3
Hi ,
Can anyone tell me what are the configuration that we need to do CRM to R/3 replication for sales orders apart from site and subscription creation(SMOEAC) and CRMCONSUM maintenance.
I am mainly looking on what are middleware parameter that we need to set. How custom process type of CRM mapped with custom order type of R/3.
It will be appreciated if you give me documentation of middleware parameter and their tables.
Thanks in AdvanceHi Pradeep,
The Business transaction Replication from CRM to R3 is mainly based on the "Transaction Type" / "Process Type" (both are same) of the particular transaction - whether its a standard one or a custom one. It doesnt matter whether the mapping is Order to Order or Contract to Contract. Also, you need proper external-internal number ranges in order to make the mapping error free (even without the number ranges, the mapping will happen and the contract will flow).
For documentation on Middleware settiing, check the following document.
Best Practice C71 - connectivity.
http://help.sap.com/bp_crmv250/CRM_DE/BBLibrary/Documentation/C71_BB_ConfigGuide_EN_US.doc
For Business Transaction mapping Configuration, refer , "C03: CRM Master and Transaction Data Replication":
http://help.sap.com/bp_crmv250/CRM_DE/BBLibrary/Documentation/C03_BB_ConfigGuide_EN_US.doc
If you want full Middleware setup, in best practice, follow the documentation - B01, C71, B09, C03 in that order. You can get those from http://help.sap.com/bp_crmv250/CRM_DE .

Custom fields mapping issue of sales order replication from R/3 to CRM
Hello Experts,
I have to replicate sales orders from R/3 to CRM system (Initial and Delta)
The issue is I have custome fields in R/3 which are maintained in custom table(Z table) in R/3.
We added those custom fields in CRM customer_i table to synchronise with R/3 data.
To MAP R/3 custom fields to CRM custom fields, i have the following customization.
1. Added the custom function module in the event CRMO_200 and moved all the custom fields into interal table IT_OTHER_INFO.
2. The intrnal table IT_OTHER_INFO with data is passed into CRM standard function modules.
3. But in CRM the BADI 'CRM_DATAEXCHG_BADI' implementation does not have the input parameter of internal table TI_OTHER_INFO.
All my custom data is in internal table TI_OTHER_INFO.
Please suggest where can i map this data to CRM enhanced fields.
Regards,
Umashankar.Hello Vanessa,
Thank you so much for your reply.
I went through the Note (1053817). It is good. I understand that the custom fields should enhance in the BAPE_VBAP in R/3.
My Scenario:
Goal: Orders replication from R/3 to CRM along with Custom fields.
In R/3, all the custom fields are maintained in Z table (Not VBAK or VBAP).
All these custom fields are belongs to Item level.
In CRM, The custom fields are maintained in CRMD_CUSTOMER_I table though AET.
I need to MAP these custom fields to CRM while order replication from R/3 to CRM.

CRM 7.0 Repair Order: goods receipt against order stock
Hi gurús,
We are implementing CRM 7.0 Service and one of our business processes is Repair Order. We have done almost all customizing following Note 806768.
We have our repair orders replicated in ERP, where logistics processes take place without problems as far as we do not set special stock indicator to order stock at level item, therefore receiving and issuing products to be repaired into unrestricted stock. Processes are correctly updated in CRM.
The problem comes when we try to use order stock, as mentioned in SAP Help. Return to repair enters into unrestricted stock, even though it is supposed to entry order stock, with movement 653-E (Schedule categ. IR). When we try to deliver repaired product, movement 601-E (Schedule categ. IA), we are getting errors, since there is no order stock, and return and deliver are managed with two different item positions.
I suppose this is a logistics issue, not a CRM problem, but I would like any advice in case anybody has already dealt with it.
thanks in advance and take care.
PabloWhat resolution did you get for this issue? Did you do an enhancement?

Still i am getting above errors.
Please suggest me any solutions for above issues
Regards
kishore kumarHi,
You need to enter Plant as a partner function in the In House Repair Order to rectify this error.
Maintain partner function 00000035 and assign a Plant BP number which is mapped to ECC plant.

CRM Service: Demand replication in R/3
Hi,
This is a case of a firm engaged in carrying out after market service for various OEM products through 3rd party agents (Channel Partners). Replacement Parts required for Service by these Channel Partners are supplied by the parent company. I have a few queries w.r.t. replication between CRM and R/3.
Service Order is created based on end customer request. To perform the requested service, replacement components are required. Identified components are thus specified in 'Spare Parts' tab page. Inventory is maintained in SAP R/3 in a Storage Location assigned to each Channel Partner.
(a) In what form does 'demand for components' (identified under Spare Parts) get replicated in the respective Storage Location in R/3 so that if there is any shortfall in availability, Planning can trigger procurement proposals?
(b) If there is an 'Alternate component' available in place of the requested one, how can we issue it? Where exactly in CRM do we maintain 'Alternate Parts' at a component level for a Product (similar to BOM maintenance in R/3)? Or,
(c) How does BOM in R/3 get replicated in CRM Relationship along with Alternate Part grouping?
(d) Does Service Confirmation (created as a follow-up document to Service Order) post goods issue automatically in the background?
Thanks.
RajHi Bobby,
It is very much possible to upload CRM service orders to SAP R/3 or SAP ECC via standard CRM middleware.
Please refer to the below SAP help document for complete list of configuration activities for service order upload.

Change Higher Level Item of the Sub-Item in Repair Order
Hello
We have a in-house-Repair order created from Compliant.
This repair order has main Line Item of type 'Repair Request' having Item no 1000.
From this Line, we are creating new main lines 'Return for Repair' 1001
and 'Diagonsis' lines 1002 through Actions(appearing as buttons on the Items Assignment Block).
Both these lines have Higher Level Item as 1000.
From the Diagonsis 1002 line, we are generating new Debit Memo line 1003(higher as 1002 ) by selecting a new button . This is billable and to be charged to the Customer in ECC.
How do I change the Parent/Higher Level Item value from 1002 to 1001(Return for Repair) for charging the Customer.
I found an action used for generating the Debit Line in CRM.
Please advice on how to achive this functionality.. Is this possible ?
Cheers
RJ
Note: I am new Tech Guy in Service area.
Edited by: Remo J on Jul 30, 2011 11:00 PMHi Remo,
Did you implement the in-house repairs completely?
Did you also work on ECC billing and controlling integrations?
would really appreciate your response on this.

Unable to view Spare Part Components in SAP CRM Service Order
Hello All,
We are implementing CRM 7.0 Ehp 2.0
As per the following video it is now possible to integrate the spare part components in the CRM Service Order, using the BOM replication and Product Proposal functionality in SAP CRM
SAP CRM 7.0 - Integration of ERP BOM Information in the CRM Product Proposal
However in our case we are not able to achieve the desired results.
Following configurations are done
1) The BOM is replicated from ECC to CRM the same can be viewed in commpr01
Material 4561 is the main product and 4562 is the component
2) The item category for the main product is YRVS where the customization for structure scope is done
3) For the Product Proposal customization's, I have created a new method schema
4) The transaction type and the sales org are assigned to the method schema
5) However now when I am creating the service order, I enter the sold to party, the product id
6) Next I go to the line item to click on product proposal.
7) The system issues the below message
Please advice if I am missing on any configurations.
Kind Regards
AtulHi Raghavendra,
Thanks for your reply, appreciate the same, I have now added the relationship objects as per your post above in comm_hierarchy for the particular category
Now in the product master , I am now able to view the tabs(screen shot attached)
Next I create my BOM in ECC with BOM Usage 5 and save the same
Next I run the initial download for the adaptor object BOM in SAP CRM
When I check in commpr01 for the material 4561 the component and the main material have not come.
Can you please advice further.
Kind Regards

Return Delivery for In-House Repair Order
When I create an In-House Repair order in CRM and replicate it to ECC, the return delivery does contain the special stock indicator "E", hence the stock is posted to unrestricted. This only happens with replicated orders.
Any ideas?Hello Peter,
Regarding Posting of Goods Issue for Spare Parts in SAP R/3 Materials Management,
The data posted depends on the logistics scenario(s) that you use. The system therefore first determines the logistics scenario defined for the combination of transaction type, item category, service organization, and other relevant information required for the scenario (for example, movement type or special stock indicator in SAP R/3).
Availability information informs you whether the service parts are currently in stock. Each service part item generates a reservation in the back end system, which can be used to trigger an early procurement process.
To know more about the same refer the below link:

Sales order replication with reference a quotation
Hi Experts,
Iu2019m having problem with sales order replication when it is a quotation subsequent document.
The quotation and sales order replication, CRM to R/3 and R/3 to CRM, its OK if I create the isolate document (without reference), if I create a sales order with reference a quotation, I have the problem:
I can se the error in SMW01:
Document <quotation number> doesn't have document category C but <blank>
The document is note replicate to R/3.
If I create the document in R/3 the replication to CRM it's OK.
I'm working withCRM 4.0
Thanks
AlexHI Ramesh,
Question:
Could you please tell me which segment do i need to use fill the reference document number (quotation) at header level.
Sol: use segment E1EDK02
Segment type E1EDK02 IDoc: Document header reference data
QUALF 011 : Referenced Document Number
BELNR XXXXX IDOC document number
DATUM 20100121 IDOC: Date'
what i've used in my program
I'm using the E1EDK02 segment as you mentioned above.
le1edk02-qualf = '011'.
e1edk02-belnr = Quotes-vbeln.
Question:
Here my problem is i'm able to create the sales order with the custom program, but if i made any changes to the quotation Header
(Ship-to party address) before creating the sales order, it is not reflecting into the sales order header level (ship-to party address).
Sol: Check you custom code .. whether you are bringing write address to segement or not
(if you change any address in Quotation then Address master is added with new entry with new address no )
In my program..
I'm passing the partner numbers and partner types (WE & AG) to the segment "E1EDKA1". (Ship-to & Sold-to).
What i was thinking is the above segment is causing the problems, because if we reference the Quotation, we should not pass the Ship-to and sold-to numbers, it should take all those from quotation.
I've tried to comment the code which we have written for that segment "E1EDKA1", it is giving me the error saying that
Customer numbers can't be determined for the document number..
Please guide me how to solve this problem..
Thanks,
Adi. -
Significance of Inboun and Outbound queue in sales order replication
Hi CRM Leads,
What is the significance of Inbound Queue and Outbound queue in saleas order replication from CRM to ECC.
What exactly happens in Outbound Queue and Inbound Queue.
Thanks,
Sandeep
WhatInbound - Tcode: SMQ2 : Inbound in the context of CRM and this queue shows the business transaction, master data and configuration data that are coming from ECC into CRM .
Naming Convention for Queues
The names of queues for data transfers from an ERP back end to the CRM server are made up as follows:
R3A (from ERP back end to CRM)
I for the initial data transfer / for Data Synchronization
D for the delta data transfer
U for loading to the ERP back end
R for Defining Requests
<Object> Name or part of object name, or the name of the higher-level independent object
<Key> Only delta queues are subdivided by keys
Outbound - Tcode SMQ1 - Outbound in the context of CRM and this queue shows the transactions and data that are going from CRM to ECC
