CRM report with Crsytal report.

Dear all expert.
i have the following situation. i what is the key for me to link CRMD_LINK to SCAPPT tables in CRM? i had link CRMD_PARTNER, CRMD_LINK, CRMD_ORDERADM_H, CRMD_JEST, BUT000, CRMV_BP_FRG0140, SCAPPT, CRM_JEST and TJ30T. but when i put the field from the table SCAPPT to the report, there is nothing appear in the report.
i link it by using CRMD_LINK.GUID_SET -> SCAPPT.APPL_GUID,

What version of CR are you using?
Any CR patches installed?
What database driver are you using?
How are you connecting, ODBC, OLE DB, Native or some other option?

Hi Geetha,
Create new CRM business role by copying standard SERVICEPRO or SALESPRO
Even u can assign business roles SERVICEPRO or SALESPRO to Oraganization units.
Goto Org assginement and assign these business roles (Goto-Detail Object-click on business roles (Z or standard)-Save it.
Assign your BP to org position
Execute transaction code BSP_WD_CMPWB
Enter CRM_UI_FRAME in test application and click on execute.
select the profile -Left side menu you will find the standard reports.

Stratos, i had try to develop 2 report and had figure out on how to do it soon. but now i have another CRM report that need to be done first for the use of marketing meeting next week. The report is 90% done where there is one field which make my report cant be finish. once i put that field into the report, it return me all the values contain in it. This causing other field follow to duplicate as well. The situation is as below:
without that field, my report goes(A B C D is the field header):

When i try to put the E field into my report:

I had check the linkages, there is only one key linking which is CRM_JEST.ESTAT - > TJ30T.STAT. How to overcome the situation as i mention above?

Dyanmics CRM integrated with sharepoint 2010 foundation - new created account folder can not trigger sharepoint workflow.

I integrated MS CRM 2013 with SharePoint foundation 2010 for document management. integration works.
Now I need to create several subfolders and set proper permission on each folder. So, I created a workflow to do it automatically. It works when I manually create a new folder under SharePoint account, or I manually run it for an account folder. Thus, sharepoint
workflow works as I expected.
However, when I access Account's document from CRM (first time), sharepoint would create an folder for this account. In this case, the workflow doesn't work. and it show error: "Failed on Start(retrying)".
Anyone has experience on similar issues or have clue how to trace this error?

From your description, the issue might be related to the workflow created by visual studio.
Could you please try to locate error message in workflow report or ULS log:

Integrate CRM Cprojects with R/3 PS

Hi All,
i need to integrate CRM cprojects with R/3 PS. there is adapter object available ( CPROJECTS ) for this. but it does not do the initial load of projects through R3AS. can anyone please let me know how i can achieve this.

Multiple CRM system with one R/3 system, possible?

Dear all,
I wanna see if multiple CRM systems can hook up to one R/3 system. My hunch is that this is not possible, because information exists in table such as R/3 CRMKUNNR for BP data would not be able to distinguish which system an entry would need to send to for syncing.
Am I right?

Hi,
Well there is also the MDM (Master Data Management) application with SAP Netweaver. Which actually makes things a lot easier with a number of CRM installations with multiple R/3 instances.

CRM Contract with Status "Completed" Not Replicated

Dear CRM experts,
We've noticed that, when we create a CRM Contract in the CRM system and changed its status to "Completed" before saving it, the Contract does not get replicated to the back-end R3 systems. However, when we create a CRM Contract with status "Open", it gets replicated immediately.
Is this a standard CRM function? Is it because, when the status is "Completed", there will not be followup documents, therefore replication does not occurd?
However, in SMW01, after we saved the CRM Contract with status "Completed", we can still see BDocs created. The BDocs are created with NO error, but just that in R3 it does not get created.
Any idea?

Just check in the status profile of the contract, if you have set the forbidden option for business transaction 'To be distributed' for the status 'Completed'.
If yes, just delete that.

CRM 2011 With SQL 2012 Miroring

Hi, I just installed crm 2011 with 2 noeuds sql server 2012 configured with mirroring,and automatic failover.
when I restart the main noeud ( active) :

Is the deployment pointing at the virtual SQL server name for the cluster, rather than for a single one of the servers?

You can integrate the new crm system with the existing ECC and BI. Just for the sake of integration no need to upgrade the ECC and BI.
But if you think in terms of new functionalities that are provided with CRM 7.0 then we need to see.

According to your description, my understanding is that you want to sync the user between CRM system and SharePoint.
I suggest you can use Client Object Model to add user to group.
For the error message, you need to load the groupcollection firstly before you loop it like below:

After the CRM Outlook Client is installed and configured - there is a button on the Outlook Ribbon CRM area for "Synchronize with CRM" that will trigger the synch.

Can google search B2C catalog details if CRM integrate with portal?

One question:
if CRM integrate with portal, it is possible that search engine(Google) can search catalog details, there is an OSS message and it seems that as long as they make the appropriate settings for web crawling and the page is static they can do that.
However, do you know if a Search Engine would be able to find the B2C catalog information that is sitting within the Portal (as this is framed and I think B2C needs to be non framed to be found)?

Barring other issues you may have with (a) the OSS message that explains how to create the crawler indexes for catalog items and (b) the ability to display catalog in Portal, a solution is theoretically possible.
<li>Give the [PCD (Portal Content Directory) URL navigation|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04s/helpdata/en/2d/91e33edd37de63e10000000a11405a/frameset.htm] for the B2C catalog to the crawler generator. This should theoretically publish the carwler indexes with target to the portal PCD URL link for the particular catalog area or catalog item.
*Gotchas to watch out for*:
<li>Proxy, reverse proxy, firewall etc that may be used in the portal / non-portal scenario for external users. I can't give the details of how to solve such issues, but that would require a good consultant. So, plan to consider these in your project plan.
My advise: first check this in non-portal environment to eliminate any issues around the crawler program itself.
