CRM sales order and APO transaction /n/SAPAPO/AC03

Which sales order is seen in /SAPAPO/AC03 or /SAPAPO/RRP3 when you create an CRM sales order (ATP check is done in APO) and the order is replicated in ECC?
Is the CRM sales order or the ECC sales order item displayed in the APO product availability overview?

Hi Marc,
The ECC sales order display depends on the availability of integration
model and active ATP fields maintained in ECC material master
In APO, the product view display is controlled in Order view
customisation at APO under PPDS

  • CRM sales order and APO ATP check

    Hi!
which steps are done when an ATP check ist triggered in APO by a CRM sales order item?
    - are temporary quantity assignments created in APO?
    - are these delta records deleted when the sales order is saved?
    - are these sales order items transferred via the middle ware to APO?

    Hi,
Find answers below for each of your question.
which steps are done when an ATP check ist triggered in APO by a CRM sales order item?
    - are temporary quantity assignments created in APO?   YES.
    - are these delta records deleted when the sales order is saved? YES. As normal behaviour.
    - are these sales order items transferred via the middle ware to APO? Sales orders are flown from CRM to ERP (Middle ware) and from there we used to CIF to SCM. No idea abt sales order transfer from CRM to SCM.

  • CRM sales order and rules-based ATP

    Case:
CRM sales order calls SCM APO for an ATP check.
    Rules-based ATP is triggered.
CRM sales order is saved and replicated in R/3.
    Question:
Is it possible that the ATP check (wie rules-based) is triggered in CRM again?
Or must the CRM sales order item be cancelled?
Thanks a lot for your help.

  • CRM sales order and data base field in R/3

Where can I see in R/3 that the replicated CRM sales order is created in CRM?
Is there a field e. g. in the data base table VBAK or VBAP?

    Hi,
you can find the information in VBAK table in field LOGSYSB, which is the logical system with which document was created.
Enter the CRM logical system name in this field, and you will find all the orders created in CRM system.

  • Urgent : Availability check in CRM sales order using APO system

    Hi,
When we create sales order in CRM while entering vendor in the line item alongwith product and quantity, it goes for a Quantity Allocation check in APO system. Is there any standard BADI or User Exit to receive the information from APO to CRM system, so that using that we can provide the error msg in case of order quantity is more than with the allocated quantity.
    Thanks in advance.
    Kartavya

    Hi,
You can use BADI CRM_AV_CHECK_APO_01 for the purpose.
You can make use of any of the 2 methods of this badi:
    CHANGE_APO_RESULT_CRM_FORM
    CHANGE_APO_RESULT_NATIVE_FORM

  • Sales Order and WBS transaction

    Hi,
I am working on an automatic process for billing, RRB (Resource Related Billings), this process involves billing in T-code DP91 using a Sales Order. The amounts in the SO gets added by uploading costs in the WBS. There is a direct link between the SO and WBS, once the WBS is created it automatically generates the SO and copies all the details from it ( profit center, customer, vendor etc)
Is there a T-code where I can see what is the WBS for each SO or the other way around but in mass, displaying them all together not individual, or maybe a table to see this link?
    Thanks a lot

We have standard TCode to get this CN54N(Sales Doc) & CN55N(Sales Doc Item). For table, if WBS is assigned at Sales Doc Header and Item, then check field PS_PSP_PNR in tables VBAK and VBAP, respectively.
    Thanks, JP

  • PO Creation after CRM Sales Order Creation

I am creating a CRM Sales Order and the moment I save the CRM Sales Order,
it creates a PO in ECC. I need to find out how PO is getting triggered?
When I open the CRM Sales Order it shows a PO already created for this Sales Order.
Has anyone face this or same kind of scenerio ever? If yes please let me know how can fnd the triggering point of PO creation.
    Thanks in advance!!
    Sachin

    Hi Mathivana,
I had faced these issue several time. As per SAP standard logic whenever you saved order in CRM it replicate immediatly in ERP till that time the order will be locked for any further change in CRM to save transaction data intigrity. The lock gets removed once the CSA queue(notification) from ERP update in CRM than unlocked.
You check the in SMW01 transaction and perform search with order number you will find Bdocs are in Intermediate stage(I can't tell reason as it can be so many reason why Bdocs get stuck) -Select and activate the Bdocs once again if you are lucky and it activated your order till be unlocked.
Or else user report most common for this issue "CRM_CHECK_DISTRIBUTION_STATUS" pass order number number and document type to unlock distribution than you will be able to change order.
100 % sure shot answer. Appriciate if points alloted
    Thanks,
    prem

  • Configurated sales orders and block planning

    Hello
We plan to implement ECC configurated sales orders and APo DP and block planning.
We is the preferable process :
    - create the production orders in ECC at time of sales orders creation and run heuristics in apo to cover forecast with planned orders
    - send sales orders in Apo run heuristic and convert planned orders to production orders to cover sales orders?
thanks in advance for your help
    Patrice

    Hi Patrice,
The second process that you have mentioned,
send sales orders in Apo run heuristic and convert planned orders to production orders to cover sales orders?
is the effective and business advantageous process in which you can get optimised plan output planned through APO.

  • Doubt in CRM sales order Cube and ODS

    Hell Friends,
We have a standard cube '0CSAL_C03' and ODS '0CRM_SALO' for CRM sales order.
ODS is attached with infosurce(datasource) -0CRM_SALES_ORDER_I and 80CRM_SAL2(this is update rules-another sales order items(lean extraction) ODS - 0CRM_SAL2).
we have another ods(lean extraction)- 0CRM_SAL2 and again it is attached with 0CRM_SALES_ORDER_I.
Could anybody explain me why two ods ar coming for sales order- crm.
Can we use two ods or only one ods-0CRM_SALO?
Could you pls. check it the system under- crm  application component and let me know what is the best way for going impls.
    Thanks,
    Mahantesh

    Hi!
actually they definatly use Bdocs because messages bdocs are the main communication elements in CRM.  you will definatly find them in SBDM.  Bdoc are simmilar idoc's  they used to send information between CRM transactions and ERP systems, mobile clients or to BW.  there are 2 types of Bdocs message bdocs(M Bdocs) and synchronization Bdocs (S Bdocs). Sbdocs are used for sycronizing between moblie clients and  CRM online. M bdocs are used for communication within CRM and also for exachange information between R/3 and CRM as well.
So for sales we normally configure our standard Bdocs or we can modell our own bdocs.  lean Bdocs are message bdocs but have only subset of all the fields in a transaction and used for updating only those fields. usage of them can be verified only CRM specialists. it depends on how your organizational sales process is configured in CRM.
in SALES we normally use bdoc  BUS_TRANSACTION_MESSAGE this is used for most of the transactions in CRM. so you got to confirm from your team if they are using any other bdocs for slaes additional to the above mentioned.

  • Error Message"ERP adapter is called" for CRM sales order replicate to ERP

    Hi Kai,
Is there any queue entry on transactions : SMQ1/SMQ2 with SYSFAIL status. If so, what is the error message it is showing?
Are you able to process the order further? Or getting an error message like "Document being distributed" or something?

  • Customer Credit Limit on CRM Sales Order

    Dear All,
Can the customer credit limit be displayed on CRM Sales order(Customer from ECC, we use simple credit check on SAP ECC)
    Regards,
    Ahmed

    Hi,
The standard credit check in SAP CRM calls up the automatic credit check in SAP R/3. You must define an RFC destination, and specify this destination for the credit check.
    ·        To define RFC destinations in CRM Customizing, choose Customer Relationship Management ® CRM Middleware and Related Components ® Communication Setup ® Define RFC Destinations.
    ·        To specify destinations for the credit check, choose Customer Relationship Management ® CRM Middleware and Related Components ® Communication Setup ® Middleware Parameters ® Define Middleware Parameters. Then choose the activity Credit Check and enter an RFC destination for the parameter CRMCREDCHE.
You can also carry out an initial data transfer for credit data. For transactions that are still open for which you are reactivating update of credit data, you can initially transfer the credit data for a reorganization of data in SAP R/3. To do this, start the initial data transfer for object CMDOC_NOTIFY using transaction R3AS.
When setting up credit limit check, refer to SAP Note 568157, 570155 and 619500.

  • Any case study on using ERP sales order vs CRM Sales order in IC WEB UI

    Hi All,
Currently we have a requirement where in agent uses ERP Sales order functionality in IC WEB UI for creating sales order. Incase of any incompleteness in order or any pricing error an activity should get created and should get assinged to Back office guy(CRM User).
My approach is as follows, we will call a custom FM in CRM from the user exit associated with Sales order transaction, This logic gets executed on save of ERP sales order. This custom FM will create an activity in CRM and assing it to back office guy. Other approach is to use the IDOC linked to the VAO1 transaction which inturns calls the custom fm.
Can you please suggest if you have any better approach to this.
Recently we came to know that ERP Sales order has got limited functionalities. If some one has a case study doc on ERP Sales order vs CRM sales order pls give me the ref link.
    Thanks,
    udaya

    Hi Udaya,
Calling a Customer Specific R/3 Transaciton was quite easy in CRM 4.0 / 5.0 in the PC-UI Framework using Object Links. You can do that all by customizing and creating a custom method for a BOR Object in Transaction SWO1.
I think I've used CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN to update the Document Flow. The subsequent activities where created by BAPI_ACTIVITYCRM_CREATEMULTI. I've wrapped all that standard functions in a RFC enabled function module.
It would be possible to provide also a link in the E-Mail to the Manager but the client is using a Citrix environment to provide access to the Portal. But Outlook runs locally. So we decided to use the standard Portal iView to display the Alerts. When you fill the Alert Container with the elements OBJKEY_GUID, OBJKEY_BOR_OBJECT_TYPE, OBJKEY_CRM_OBJECT_TYPE, OBJKEY_METHOD and OBJKEY_LOGICAL_SYSTEM using the Function Module SWC_ELEMENT_SET that provides a direct link to the specific document too.

  • CRM Sales Order Replication CRM to R3 (complaint) Pb

    Hi Guys,
My problem is that when i create an CRM Complaint in CRM 4, and i change the plant on my delivery item, when the order is replicated in R3, the Shipping point doesn't get updated to use the new shipping point used for the new plant...
I tried to debug but cannot hit User Exit in R3, then i read in there that the R3 user Exits such as: MV45AFZZ is not called at all...
Can anyone could tell me how to find out how to get to the shipping point determination when the order is created from CRM...
I succeeded to be in R3 in my debug session by:
Stopping the BDOC with the following:
Set a breakpoint in the FM on the save of the document in CRM:
    CRM_UPLOAD_BTMBDOC_START_FLOW then set ls_header-dbg_mode to X.
Then i reprocessed the BDOC with /h and then set breakpoint in FM:
SMOF_READ_SMOFERPSH to set my RFC-Dest to be valid for my debug session.
    Then put a breakpoint CRM_R3_SALESDOCUMENT_UPLOAD and set gv_synchronous_call to X ... Now after F5 i am in R/3...
I tried to find out where my shipping point is set or determined but impossible (VBAK - VSTEL)?
    Please help...
    Thanks
    Aurelien

    Hi Aurelien,
I believe there is no problem in replication of CRM Sales Order to ECC. Shipping point determination settings are properly maintained in ECC.
In SD Sales Order (VA01 / 2)  Shipping points get determined by 3 factors for each line item.
    1. The shipping conditions from the customer master record (Shipping screen)
2.The loading group from the material master record (Sales/Plant Data screen)
    3.The delivering plant
Now in your case you are creating order in CRM. So download the plants from ECC to CRM with Transaction code R3AS (Initial D/L) DNL_PLANT. This plant you can assign in a Sales Order as a Business Partner for each line item.
Plant is called as Vendor partner function in CRM.
When CRM sales order with plant will replicate to ECC then automatically the shipping point will be determined.
