CRM - Service - Case Management-Problem creating a case survey activity

Question

Hi Guys!
Please, help my!
I am looking for a CRM Resource Planning with SERV_MAN role but when opening the page goes down and displays the following message:

Der Fehler trat auf dem Applikationsserver LLAIMA_CRD_00 und im Workprozess 1 auf.
Die Abbruchart war: RABAX_STATE

Hello,
Please check  this thread http://scn.sap.com/thread/242542 and steps described by Murali Krishna. It works for Solman 7.1 SP4 and SP5. I had an error when I tried to assign response and service profile to Sold-to-party using crm_ui tcode.
HI,
Please check the following customizing settings in IMG.
1. IMG - CRM - Transactions - Settings for service processes - Settings for service resource planning - Select RFC connection
   If you find the RFC connection as 'CRMLRP', please remove that entry
2. IMG - CRM - Transactions - Settings for service processes - Settings for service resource planning - Business Add-In for connecting the sceduling engine - Select scheduling engine
   Here please select the entry CRM_SRV_SDL_WFM
After doing this please restart your RPT once again.
