CRM Survey Suite: Replace Text after submitting the survey

Hi Experts,
i have a question concering crm_survey_suite (I use surveys in web scenario). When I submit a survey I get a message like: "Your request is being processed". Actually I'd like to change this text, but I can't find the coding that is responsible for the message. Any ideas where to find it? Points will be rewarded!

Hi,
The message -Your Request is being processed" is a standard SAP message and is not specific to Survey.
As per standard behaviour everytime you save some data on WebIC or request for some data to be displayed on the UI, it displays this message and after the save is complete or the data is fetched , this messages is replaced by other suitable message.
If you try to change this one it will be change at all places.
Would you still like to proceed with this

Your solution is perfect if the UIX beans on the page do not have BC4J binding with a VO attribute, otherwise, Sumit's soution is appropriate.

ARQ: Manager/Role Owner can modify request details even after submitting the request???

Hi All,
I have noticed that after Submitting (Approving) a request, manager or role owner can still modify the user details (field are editable) like role validity date etc in a request. This is quite weird!
Although, after submitting a request by a requester, all field are disabled.
Has any one encountered with this problem? How can I control this?

Yes, I got it and that is why I got confused.
This EUP I have defined and the desired fields are visible and editable and seems to be working fine.
However, the problem is, even after submitting a request, manager and role owner is able to edit the values in the fields which is incorrect!
Actually, once a request is submitted, I believe request should be only display mode!
You know what, this is working absolutely fine with requester. Meaning, once a requester submits a request, then all fields are disabled and values in them can not be modified any more.
But I am not sure why this is not happening with managers/role owners.

How long after submitting the serial number does it take to receive your Mountain Lion download code?

I bought my new MacBook Air on July 19 and received it on 26 and on that day I followed the steps to apply for the up-to-date program for Mountain Lion.
I finished the process and got to the final page, where upon successful completion of the forms you receive a reference code. I left that page for a few minutes and went back to copy and write down the code but the page had incurred an error and when I tried to refresh I was sent back to the start of the application process.
After completing the same steps, I got to the serial number input window and clicked 'submit' but alas, it stated that 'This is an already claimed serial number.' as I had previously entered it on my first attempt.
Anyway, I didn't receive any kind of confirmation email for my application and as I have mentioned, there is no way for me to recover my reference number for the first time I filled out the form.
Has anyone else had this same issue and/or not received a confirmation email for their successful submissions and how long does it generally take to receive the Mountain Lion redemption code email from Apple?

Creative Cloud apps crashing after finishing the survey.

I've updated every app and have restarted CC and my computer several times but no luck. The apps open but everytime I finish the survey, they crash a few seconds later. Does anyone know what would fix this?

Could you please upload the crash info here or send them to my email [email protected]? You can find the PS/AI/ID crash log files in ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/, type "chflags nohidden ~/Library" in terminal if the folder is hidden.

How do I get rid of pop up ads at bottom of page while doing surveys that block my continuing doing the survey?

I have been doing surveys for a long time online. I just got Windows 8 a couple of weeks ago. This week while on Pinecone Research and Valued Opinions I had pop ups that appeared at the bottom of the page and covered up the next button so you could not continue the survey. I had to go back to the email and and click it to restart the survey and then go question by question to get where I was at. I cannot click these pop up off the screen, there is no x anywhere. They come on with each question I do of the survey. It is taking forever to finish a survey having to start over with each question. It is a real pain. How do I stop these pop ups from coming on while doing surveys? this is a new computer and I have never had a problem like this before. Is this something to do with Windows 8?

Hey Sweeneyword, there is an addon available for firefox called adblock plus:

This should block the ads that are keeping you from continuing. You should also clear your history, cookies, etc and make sure you have malware protection installed.

If the text is live, you can double click on the thumbnail and it will select the text. At that point you can type in the new text.
As for the photo, that depends on the document. It can be as simple as closing the document and opening the next image.
If the image is on its own layer, you could just delete the layer or if you want to preserve the style asociated with it, you could use selection tools and delete the image, then place or paste the new image in its place.
If it is part of a collage, you may want to convert the image(s) to a smart object. Then in the layers submenu, you can choose to replace the image.
The advantage of the smart object is it will remember the scale of the image.

CRM 2007 UI: Blank screen after selecting the profile

Dear all,
we installed CRM 2007 UI with the newest components.
After selecting one of the standard roles just a blank screen appears.
We checked all the notes and questions here:
- The profile parameter in RZ11 are set
- The services according to the notes are active
- We set browser security to low
- All relevant ports are open
- User role and profile is assigned to organizational unit
Still nothing. I know that others had this problem?
Have you come up with a solution?

Our SP is uptodate,
Note 1120400 is obsolete we have CRM 6 SP2 and our patch level is 15.
Besides we have a delta between tables entries:
USOBX     => 103.391
USOBX_C     => 103.389
and
USOBT     => 43.785
USOBT_C     => 43.769
Do these tables have the same number of entries in your system? What could be the impact of this delta?

Surely, when you click the search button, the value in your item is required by the report (as a parameter).
Create a button (RESET) with a branch back to the same page and use the clear cache in the branch

I did the update today and not I am having problems sending and receiving text messages. Has anyone else had this problem?

It was with my imessage. I finally got a hold of someone from Apple Support and she had me log out of my Apple ID login and log back in and that seemed to fix the issue. Something about the update messed it up but luckily there was an easy fix.

I changed all the forms (employee time-cards) and I thought it was fixed, but then I get all these calls from the employees and they said they couldn't get in because it was closed. It is still closing the form and not reloading. What if I select "Redirect to a new website"? What will that do?
I really need these to work immediately. I am having to reload (delete code and re-enter code) every few hours to the employees who are out in the field as we are a heating and Air conditioning company and they are on the road all the time; They need to submit their time card.
Also, they are submitting with their phones and these forms are not mobile friendly. How do I make them Mobile friendly. Is there a check box, I am missing?

How to stay on the same page after submitting the Page to commit the row.

I have a page where I am accepting a ket column from the users , Now I want to have to buttons where user can enter one row and click 'Create & Exit' which would them to the menu. But another button would be 'Create' that would create the row in the table would keep user on the same page , so he/she can enter more rows.
My 'Create & Exit' button has settings in 'Actions when Button Clicked'

Execute Validation - Yes
Database Action - SQL INSERT Action.

When this didn'tr work
I changed
Set This items - All the variable from the table
With These Values - All the variable from the page
Still this doesn't work.
I very new to APEX application.

Here's an approach:
Delete your existing Create button and then redefine it as a copy of Create & Exit.
Then create two Page Branches, one that branches back to your Menu when the Create & Exit is pressed and another Page Branch that remains on your current page when the Create button is pressed.
