CRM system discontinued - Customer Data Subscription wise

Hello,
The CRM system is to be discontinued and a new system Seibel is going to be started.
The salespersons each have a site of thier own. The data from CRM goes to them according to their subscriptions. There is admin console system to manage that.
We need to extract the customer information from CRM for each salesperson. Each salesperson needs one file with all information about their own customers.
We assign each salesperson to a sales group in his or her user master record. We assign each customer to a particular sales group in the customer's master record.
So will it be correct to determine all customers give to a salesperson based on the 'sales group' ?
Or is there any other way by which the customers are assigned to the salespersons ? (The SMOMITAREA Employee Sales Area table has  Sales Group as well as Customer group fields for each employee )
I need this information urgently hence kindly respond soon

I need the  Notes related to customers seen on the mobile application of the sales person. These notes are the details of customer visits.
Should I look for these notes in SMONOTE table ?
If yes, there is a field NOTE in this table 'Attachment Pointer (long text data)'. How can I use the contents of this field ?
