CRM TX(TA) TYPE-- MAPPING TO ECC DOCUMETN (OR)TYPE??????

Hello CRM gurus,
I have defined the transaction type:TA IN CRM. i have defined sales document type:OR in Ecc system
how to map the transaction type (ex: TA) in CRM to transaction type  to  sales document type (Ex: OR) in ECC. if there is any process for this mapping please let me know that process. Ex: If we create sales order (TA) in CRM that will be replicated to ECC, but which transaction type will be assigned to sales order in ECC..
How does the system know that an crm order (Tx type TA ) when it gets replicated to Ecc goes as Standard Order (OR) only and not as a quotation or a contract
Please let me know If any specific settings should be done for this mapping or is this maintained i any table ?
Regards
sai

Please refer to online help
Data Exchange for Sales Transactions: CRM Enterprise– ERP System - Data Exchange for Business Transactions - SAP Library
1, OR is german name for TA in ECC. So in standard, TA in CRM is the same as OR in ECC.
2, If you create a z transaction type, for example ZTA, you need to create ZTA in VOV8 in ECC as well. In another word, you need to have the same process type in both CRM and ECC. There is mapping of process type, unlike the partner function. So you do not have to maintain any mapping table.

  • CRM Service Transaction Types availability in ECC table CRMC_SRV_BILL_PR

    Dear experts
I need to customize ECC IMG object CRM_SRV_BILL_MAP (SPRO -> Integration with Other mySAP.com Components -> Customer Relationship Management -> Settings for Service Processes -> Billing Integration -> Map Transaction Types and Item Categories).
This is to map SAP CRM Service Transactions to SAP ECC Sales Orders for triggering Debit/Credit Memos based on Service Orders. However, the table in which CRM Service Transaction Types are stored is empty (CRMC_SRV_BILL_PR) - how to we get the data in there?
For some reason, we have one client where this info is available, in another one it's not. We are not sure whether this might be a download object, or if customizing on ECC side is required?
Thank you in advance for all helpful replies!
    Christian

    Hi,
As far as my knowledge goes in this area, i have worked on this in my previous project with R/3 version being 4.7. We have had to manually maintain the configuration in the table that you are reffering to. So you would need to maintain the document type to be created and also assign the item categories acordingly. You will ofcourse need to configure the document types and item categories that are relevant to create a debit/credit memo in R/3. Also, you will need to map the CRM item categories to the R/3 credit/debit item categories.
    Hope this helps

  • Creation of sales order in CRM and replicating it to Multiple ECC system.

We have a requirement for creation of sales order in CRM and replicating it to Multiple ECC system.
We have checked the following standard Adapter objects in transaction R3AC1.
    BUS_TRANS_MSG
The initial flow contexts does not support target site type as R/3(SMOF_ ERPSITE). So we are not able to replicate the sales order from CRM
    to ECC.
        2. SALESDOCUMENT
Here the initial flow contexts does not support flow from CRM -> R/3 as we don’t see the target site as CRM.
Please let us know if the standard sap middleware objects don’t support the sales order flow from CRM to multiple ECC or is there any
other adapter object we need to use for this.

  • Why two Sales order created in CRM 7.0 for every 1 ECC 5.0 sales order ?

    Hi all
We had CRM 7.0 system integrated with ECC 5.0 in backend, all related configuration for four document type had been done and following scenarios are working OK
[1] Initial Load of Sales documents from ECC 5.0 does bring correct same sales document in CRM 7.0
[2] Delta Loads (Manual Requests) also brings correct sales document from ECC 5.0
[3] Update of any existing sale document in ECC 5.0 also updated corresponding sales document in CRM 7.0
Only in fourth scenarios, when any new order is created in ECC 5.0 either directly or with reference to Quotation then its bdoc on CRM system create two sales documents of same type in CRM 7.0 system, one in scenario  A A by user RFCCRM (defined in RFC connections) and other in scenario BX by user who created order in ECC 5.0
Now our Question is that is this something generic issue with CRM 7.0 and ECC 6.0\ ECC 5.0 or our landscape specific issue
May I request some one to confirm this for us who have ECC 6.0 \ ECC 5.0 \ ECC EHP4 integrated with CRM 7.0 and confirm if they are also getting similiar issue for fourth scenario ?

Follow below thread . Looks like similar issue but on ECC.

  • Replicate CRM z-fields of BP to ECC

    Hi experts,
We're having a requirement of adding z-fields in CRM BP (for delivering plants in ECC) and transferring these fields to ECC customer master data (KNVV).
Can anybody who have achieved this before provide a suggestion?
    Thanks

  • For CRM 5.0 what is the ECC version supported

    Hi,
Can any one help on this
For CRM 5.0 what is the ECC version supported?

    ECC 5.0 onwards,
lower versions can also be integrated using some plug-ins
    hope this helps
    additional info:
SAP ECC 6.0 and subsequent releases will automatically contain all integration interfaces that so far have been contained in the SAP R/3 Plug-In and that ensured the technical integration with other SAP Components.
Customers who run SAP R/3 4.6C, SAP R/3 Enterprise 47x100 and 47x200, and SAP ECC 5.0 will receive additional integration interfaces in a Support Package for PI 2004.1. The delivery of this Support Package will be synchronized with that of mySAP Business Suite. The 2005 delivery is in November as part of Support Package 10. Information about the delievery from 2006 onwards are take place here
This rule applies only for customers with a SAP R/3 Plug-In release PI 2004.1. Customers with PI 2003.1 or older must first upgrade to PI 2004.1 or SAP ECC 6.0.
No new interfaces will be provided for integration between new SAP component releases and SAP R/3 3.1I to 4.6B.

  • CRM integration possibility with gATP through ECC

    Hey Gurus,
We would like to setup the integration between CRM (731), ECC (606) and gATP.
But I will NOT setup gATP integration directly with CRM. But rather CRM sales order replicated in ECC, ECC should perform the ATP check by calling gATP. Afterwards the ECC sales order replicates back to CRM. Then CRM get the ATP result from gATP indirectly.
And it should not requires performing ATP check manually in VA02 after CRM order replicates to ECC.
Has anyone experience such indirect integration between CRM and APO/gATP?
    Thanks,
    Br,
    Ying

    Hi Bala,
    Thanks for the input.
While we have the RFC and Logical setup between ECC<->SCM.
And data exchange between CRM and ECC has also been established.
Currently we can run ECC-APO gATP integration.
The thing is we want to integrate CRM into this gATP check through ECC.
As you mentioed: RFC and connections between ECC - APO- CRM, do you mean besides ECC <-> SCM/APO connection, we should also setup the RFC and logical system connection in bi-direction between CRM <-> SCM/APO?
From CRM side, there is one customization about ATP check - "ATP Profile", it can be set as "ECC ATP check" or "No ATP check". (we do not want to use "APO ATP check" profile in CRM).
Based on your experience, which one of the scenario/ATP check possibility would work out for the delayed ATP check scenario?
Looking forward to your further input.
    Thanks,
    Best regards,
    Ying

  • CRM R12.0.6  Map Type does not exist in the value set

    Hi Everyone
When attempting to access Service Request Types in our CRM UAT Release 12.0.6 environment an error message appears referring to 'Value General for the flexfield segment does not exist in the value set'.
Checked the flexfields for the value set but did not set up a value for MAP_TYPES
Checked our PROD environment but no value set up as above.
Currently in progress of mapping service requests to responsibilites in UAT, could this be the cause and how to resolve? No mapping as yet for service requests set up in PROD. Has anyone else experienced this?
    Thanks very much, Louise

    Hi IWolbers,
    >>I have a recurring problem where all of a sudden I can no longer see the values of my variables when I debug my unit tests. I cannot find a pattern as to when this happens but I experience this across one of every 20 tests that I write. Occasionally
this has also happened during normal debbuging of running code on my machine.
So you mean that it worked well before, am I right?
If you debug the same app in other VS machine, does it work well? So we could make sure that whether it is related to the VS IDE.
Please disable all add-ins in your VS IDE, and then reset your VS settings, debug it again.
    https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms247075(v=vs.100).aspx
Or you could run your VS in safe mode, debug it again, at least, we could know that whether it is the add-in's issue.
    https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms241278.aspx
To make sure that it is not the project files' issue, create a new blank solution, copy the project files to the new solution, clean and rebuild the solution, check the result.
    >>Once I step over this to the next line (screen shot 2) I get the error message 'The name '[variable name]' does not exist in the current context'
How about debugging it with "Step Into" instead of "Step Over"? Or you could add breakpoints between 234 line to 241 line, after the breakpoint is hit, check the watch window again. How about the result?
In addition, do you check other debugger window like local or others?

  • CRM WEBUI/IC - Linked Object in ECC

    Hi Gurus
We have a requirement whereby processes on SAP ECC (Example PSCD Contract) result in a Service Request or Business Activity getting created on CRM.
We want to attach a reference to the PSCD Contract in the CRM One Order Object. Sort of like the Relation Transactions or Reference Object concept.
Is there then anyway that we can click on the related hyperlink in CRM and that navigates to the SAP ECC Object.
I'm assuming we could use some sort of Transaction Launcher Scenario??? Are there any nicer solutions than Transaction Launcher???

  • CRM: IDOC Message Type: CRMXIF_PARTNER_REL_SAVE_M

    Hi,
I'm currently working on a CRM data migration project. I'm using the IDOC Message Type: <b>CRMXIF_PARTNER_REL_SAVE_M</b> to map data into contact relationship structures.
The problem I am having is the above interface works with SAP standard <b>BUR001</b> type contact relationships. But a copy was taken of <b>BUR001(is contact person for) => ZUR001 (former contact person of)</b>. This allows you to add a date range: <b>DATE_TO - DATE_FROM</b>. Using the above interface I am able to map these dates to the <b>ZUR001</b> type relationships.
All the other data I try and map  i.e Function, Telephone No, Fax No ect.. will not map. I'm at a loss as to why not?
    note: running CRM 4.0
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Saquib, the OSS note was very informative.
Do you know where I can find <b>" In addition, you can find DXWB/LSMW examples under service.sap.com/CRM-Integration which you can install in a CRM system and use as models."?</b>
I've looked under the new link <b>"service.sap.com/crm-netweaver"</b>. But have been unable to find any examples.
    I've awarded points as promised.

  • Step for Ibase creation in CRM 7.0 using equipments from ECC 6.0

    Hi all,
I would request you guys to share the steps which I need to follow for the download of equipments from ECC to CRM 7.0 and automatic creation of Ibase  with equiqment as Indivdual object and with details like partner etc.
I would be happy if you guys canb share any document with steps.
    Regards
    BABU

    Hi,
Refer the following to get the understanding the Equipment download to CRM.
You define the default settings for replicating equipment in the IMG activity: Customer Relationship
Management -> Master Data -> Installed Base -> Replication of Equipment from SAP R/3 Customer
Service -> Define Default Settings for the Equipment Replication.
For more information about the integration of different systems, see the SAP Library under mySAP
Customer Relationship Management -> Architecture and Technology -> Business Integration -> CRM
    Middleware.
The Business Add-In : Business Add-In: Equipment Upload (CRM_EQUI_LOAD) can be used to
flexibly enhance the data transfer and validation in SAP CRM. The Add-In offers comprehensive options
for influencing the mapping between equipment and individual objects
Also refer to the following notes:
    1. Note 627279 - Serial number & configuration download
    2. Note 637173 - Equipment download/delta synchronization
    Hope it helps.

  • Credit Management in CRM - transfer of blocked documents to ECC

    Hi,
we want to implement credit check in CRM using CRM.
    Our client requirements are:
    - Sales order is created in CRM
    - Credit check is executed in CRM, using information from ECC
    - If result is negative, sales order credit status must be updated to "no Ok"
    - User continue processing sales order in CRM until he decides it can be transferred to ECC
    - Sales Order is transferred to ECC, where ECC users initiate credit release.
After reading Credit Management SAP documentation, we have an important doubt:
    - If we want that ECC sends correct information about credit check, we need to have a "B" or "D" in column reaction in ECC.
    - Documentation says that CRM can transfer a sales order with credit status to No Ok because it is not considered as an error
But if we have a B or D in ECC, it implies that ECC won't save a new document with credit check no ok. So if CRM sales order sends a slaes order that has been updated to "credit checK no Ok" by RFC user, it won't be transferred to ECC: Bdoc will error.
So, it seems as it was something that is not consistence
Does anybody can help me to clear this up?
    Thanks and regards

    Hi Sana,
Since CRM using R/3 credit check functions (thru RFC), have you
check that this credit check properly run in R/3?
You need to make sure this first.
Assume you already maintain RFC in CRM to call credit check function in R/3,
Then try to check whethere your transaction type for Service and Sales
already check / set the Credit Check is active?
    Hope this could helps.
    Gun.
