CRM Upgrade from 7.0 to EhP1 Error - The requested resource does not exist

Hello All,
We have recently upgrade our pilot system in CRM from CRM 7.0 to Ehp1. The upgrade was successful.
However, when I login into the WebUI, I get an error message as follows:
404 Not Found
The requested resource does not exist
Details: Go to main page of this application
I got in touch with the Basis team and tried to activate some services through SICF that were deactivated because of the upgrade. But we still encounter the above error everytime I tried logging into WebUI.
I kindly request to provide some pointers towards the resolution of the same.
Thanks and regards,
VSK.

Hi,
please try to activate all SICF services under sap->bc->bsp.
If needed deactivate them and activate afterwards again to be sure all services are active.
Good luck
Kind regards
Manfred

    Hi all,
When I try to access VC with the http://localhost:50400/vc where 04 is the CE1 instance, it returns the following error:
    404 Not Found
Error: The requested resource does not exist.
Any clues. Just to add that the CE1 servers are running green and nwa is accessible on same url.
    Regards.

    Hi
Try with following link (VC should be in Caps) -
    http://localhost:50400/VC/default.jsp
Also check whether you have proper admin roles assigned to your user id.

    is ADS working correctly?
    1.  Use transaction SA38 to execute the program FP_TEST_00.
Detailed information about this test program and about how you
should then proceed is given in the Adobe Document Services
Configuration Guide in the Help Portal under:
           http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/37/504b8cbc2848a4
           94facfdc09a359b1/frameset.htm -> Adobe Document Services
Configuration Guide -> Configuring the Web Service -> Securing
Access to the Web Service ->Configuration Check -> Configuration
Check for PDF-Based Forms in ABAP
           -  If the FP_TEST_00 form is displayed in the print preview, the
              ADS configuration is correct.
-> If you use scenarios with an interactive PDF, proceed with
point 5. Otherwise, proceed with the test under point 6.
           -  If the system displays an error message instead of a form, the
              configuration of ADS is incorrect.
-> Carry out the additional tests from point 2 onwards.
    2.  Use transaction SA38 to execute the program FP_PDF_TEST_00.
This enables you to check the RFC connection to ADS  (see the
reference to the documentation given above).
           -  If the system displays the version number of ADS, the
configuration of the RFC connection is correct.

Please paste the whole error? Is any dump in ST22

  • "404 Error - The requested resource does not exist" found in portal for Collaboration room

    Hi Experts,
I am trying to resolve this issue since a week but not able to solve it, so i need your help.
The Problem is when i assign a collaboration room to a user, the room is assigned but when the user clicks on the room link it gives the "404 Error - The requested resource doesn't exist". But if a new room is created and give access to the user, the user is able to open the new room through the link and view the documents.
The Unique thing about the error is, it doesn't occur for every user it happens with few users, since I am the super_admin I am able to view all the rooms without getting such "404 error" even for once.
I have tried by setting up all the permissions to the room and also assigning Everyone role to the rooms, still the problem persists.
I am unable to find a solution for this, so need your help.
Eagerly waiting for your helpful replies.
    Thanks in advance.

  • Why is there the error "The requested protocol does not exist comm:0" ?

    Hi all,
I want to read data from a USB serial port of the mobile phone ( Alcatel OT-806D ). The cable connects the phone and the computer. The system running in the PC is Windows XP. I launch a java j2se program which writes a number to the usb serial port. And in my midlet I run a j2me which will read on the usb port. The problem is that the output displayed in the item on my midlet is "The requested protocol does not exist comm:0". So why there is this error , and how to correct it ?
    Thank you very much

only protocol required to be suppoted by a j2me mobile device is http://: some vendors to implement more protcols like socket:// but this depends on the vendor...

  • Error - The requested query does not exist on the current server

    Hi all,
We've started to get an error when exeucting queries on our BW system.  The erorr is "The requested query does not exist on the current server".  Even though I can go in an change the query on the server, I get this message when I try to execute it.  I also get the same message when I try to run the query in RSRT.
Has anyone else run into this problem?
    Thanks!
    ~Matt

The problem that we had was due to a pre-query not transported up.  We transported up the missing pre-query and everything worked fine.  If you go into change mode on the query and press the check button.  It should tell you which query is missing.

  • Error: Requested resource does not exist

    Hi
I am using a J2EE application to connect to R/3. I am receiving the above mentioned error. I created a Web Module project. In that i created a package com.training.examples.servlet.GetSalesPage.java . This is going to be my controller.
I also created a JSP page with a submit button. Once i click on the button, i get the following message "  The requested resource does not exist."
In the JSP page i used the follwing Tag :
    <form action="<%= request.getContextPath() %>/servlet/GetSalesPage" method="POST">
I know this is will be tough to understand with me just giving me a bigger picture. I am ready to give the code if anyone wishes to check it out also.

  • [Solved] The requested object does not exist. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80010114)

I have a 8 node cluster with Hyper-V, which will be 10 nodes when it's finally done.
Recently I've been try to add nodes and though that went fine, after about a week I could not open the Failover Cluster Manager anymore.
After some checking I found out that the latest added node was giving problems.
VM's on the node still run and function properly, but most Powershell commands result in a "The requested object does not exist. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80010114)".
I can suspend the node with Suspend-ClusterNode, but draining roles was unsuccesful in one case.
In the other there were no VM's on the node so suspending went fine.
What I did find out was that when I tried to ping the node from another, proper functioning node, it took a while before the pinging started. It felt like the interface had to come back online on the problem node.
After that, I could add the cluster to the Failover Cluster Manager. However, Powershell commands still give a 0x80010114 error or a CIM error for when I use Get-NetAdapter.
A reboot resolves the problem, but only for about a week.
I know there is a topic with the same title already, but the wbemtest en rollup update "answer" is totally unclear to me why I should change something with wbemtest, or why to install updates that to me have nothing to do with this problem.
Before I did the ping test from a functioning node I pinged my DC and another node from the problem node just fine.
    No waiting at all.
The cluster has three networks. Management (host only), Live Migration and iSCSI (also a VMSwitch for certain VM's).
I have no idea where to look. Evenviewer doesn't give me anything I can work with that I can find...

A general shared_pool_size Q&A is part of the Troubleshooting Guide on OTN: http://technet.oracle.com/products/iportal/htdocs/portal_troubleshooting.htm
The Configuration Assistant determines the shared pool size from the view v$parameter,
which lists information about the initialization parameters (populated from init.ora file). If the shared_pool_size value is more than 15728640 (for a default installation), you pass the minimal requirements set by the Portal Installer. Make sure you actually write out all the digits (i.e. 1000000000) and don't use abbreviations (1000M). Currently, the Configuration Assistant does a numeric check against the values that are set and cannot resolve the abbreviate syntax.
Also try running the sql [select value from v$parameter where name like 'shared_pool_size';] to check if the changes you are making in the init.ora is really getting populated in the v$parameter view. As long as you restart the database once you make the change in init.ora, it should take effect.

    Hi Tapash
while deploying a page to mds Repository i m getting the same error that root Directory does not exist but it also says that import completed successfully.
when i see the same using jdr_utils.listDocuments('xxxx/oracle/apps/ak/server/webui/xxxPG')
it says printing /xxxx/oracle/apps/ak/server/webui/xxxPG thus page is available in the mds repository and i m able to access the page at run time
my concern is why i m getting this error
my import command looks like this
    java oracle.jrad.tools.xml.importer.XMLImporter $JAVA_TOP/xxxx/oracle/apps/ak/server/webui/xxxxPG.xml -jdk13 -mmddir $OA_HTML/jrad -username apps -password apps -rootdir $JAVA_TOP -validate -dbconnection " (DESCRIPTION = (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = xyxyxyxyxy)(PORT = xyxyx)) (CONNECT_DATA = (SID =yyy)))"
could u pls suggest some solution.

    Hi,
did you carry out the necessary <a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/43/e86de5008b4d9ae10000000a155369/frameset.htm">configuration</a> in your system? • Why do I get the error "The target GatherAllFilesToPublish does not exist"?

I have recently installed the new Azure development tools for Visual Studio 2010 service pack 1. Every time that I try to publish an existing website (using file system deployment) I get the following error:
The target "GatherAllFilesToPublish" does not exist in the project.
Can anyone tell me what I am missing?
    Thanks

Followed the suggestion from Yuri without success,
then I found the tag at end of config file as shown bellow to
    <TargetName="MvcBuildViews"AfterTargets="AfterBuild"Condition="'$(MvcBuildViews)'=='true'">
    and I changed to
    <TargetName="GatherAllFilesToPublish"AfterTargets="AfterBuild"Condition="'$(MvcBuildViews)'=='true'">
so, it started deploying to file system as before I install the Azure SDK 2.2.
