CRM WEB console, how activate/deactivate

Hi gurus,
in my company we have activated the CRM WEB console to one ours cutomer CRM for the
developer user profile. See the link below:

Now I want deactivate it, but no one rememer how to do it!!

check in spro>crm>business roles>define business roles
select your business role and select assign function profiles option. check if there you added this console.
you may also check in spro>crm>business roles>define navigation frame
select your navigational frame and check the entries

We do have very specific requirement which SAP doesn`t recommend in terms of multi-sessioning for a user.So we are little worried upon the challeges.Could you please share your ideas/Experience on following?

Though SAP doesn`t recommned more than one but our client requires 2 or more than that but we need to fix it either

    a. Is there chance of loosing the data if agent has opened more than two session.

Java Web Console - How do I get the "Storage" application to work

I kind of forgot this console even existed until getting into our Sun Cluster class. It seems that part of the cluster package installation it makes the console fire up and the Systems | Sun Cluster Managert works awesome. But I really want to get the "Storage" application running, and the Services might be kind of handy as well. I haven't found anything other than references to registering packages.. well, where and what should I be looking for to get these installed?
Running this off a 5.10 Generic_137111-03 sun4v sparc SUNW,SPARC-Enterprise-T5220.

I need step by step instructions on how to get my virtual lab cd to work. The technician said cd not compatible or is corrupt. I do not believe their is nothing that can be done. When I put the cd in the side slot nothing comes up on the screen. I have tried several ways, the technician did not seem very knowledgeable on what to do. Also this cd plays fine on my other computer which is not an apple computer. Is there anything I can do to correct this?

Make sure the webdynpro node in the ICF is active.
Run transaction SICF, then click execute.
From the tree below, open default_host, sap, bc, webdynpro, sap. Activate the APPL_SOAP_MANAGEMENT node, by right-clicking on it, and choosing "Activate Service".

We use WLSS 2.2 installed in cluster for our IMS application.
We do not want to use the Administration Console but we must be able to activate/deactivate traces on engine, replica and domain.
I try to check in the DTD of msi-config.xml but found nothing. I try to find a dedicated properties or xml file but without succes too.
Please does anyone know how we can do that ? Or where is stored the tracing information (activation, level, ...)

How to Launch CRM Web-UI when IE is crashed down

Dear experts,
My IE is crashed down because of some historical reason. However, when I use "crm_ui" or "wui" transaction codes to try to launch CRM Web-UI, the error message always pops up like this:
" Thes sytem is trying to execute the program C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe"
And since my IE is crashed and the iexplore.exe can not get executed any more, I can not log-on Web-UI via GUI directly.
For some reason that I really can not fix this issue by fixing IE, so could some expert urgently help me and teach me how to configure or modify the defaulted route of web-UI lauching path so that I can change it to firefox.exe or chrome.exe?

today I had a look in the system. With my above assumption I seem to be wrong. SAP does not use the system default browser. It checks the registry for a config string and otherwise always uses InternetExplorer. Though I do not know how this registry string is filled (maybe by setting a default browser ;-) )
See the screenshot below for the logic that is invoked by transaction WUI. WUI is the more common way of CRM_UI ;-)
Now it is up to you again:
Fix your windows installation.
Change the registry string to use Firefox or Chrome.
Do as Christian pointed out and call WebClient by URL.
For the last option keep in mind: Calling other browser dependent transactions will crash as well. Just check SOAMANAGER. Testing WebClient components using the component workbench will not work either.

I've got what you mean now. Seems that this is a standard behaviour of this tag. And it has a background which I can only guess - you press Upload, upload is done, field is emptied shown that it is ready to upload next file.
I suppose you should handle such situation in your onUpload method. And set some indicator (text field below the fileupload tag, icon somewhere near, disabling fileUpload's bttons etc.) on the screen accordingly.
For instance, your button "Start import" at the bottom of the window already knows about it (it switches from disabled to enabled when you press "Upload").

Yes, new web-developer all-in-one tools are total mess.
I didn't find the answer to this question either https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/955612 but downgrade to Firefox 19.
But nor in Nightly, nor in Aurora, nor in Firefox Beta, nor in Firefox 20.0 I can use simultaneously web-console (where I test some style changing javascript code) and element inspector (where I instantly observe a reaction to my code). The only option I see is to switch every three seconds between them. How can I fix this except downgrading?

You can consider to use the DOM Inspector extension instead of the built-in Inspector.

How can be joined EM DB web console together with EBS?

Our company uses EBS R12 running under Linux. There is a need for managing the database that comes with EBS. The JAVA version of Enterprise Manager Console lacks some important functionality that resist in EM DB web console. So how can be integrated EM DB web console installation/service into existing EBS system? Please give some hints... There exist an "EM DB Grid Control" installation package but I doubt that it can be installed above the EBS system to manage the EBS database. Is there a right way to implement this?

How to see registered mbeans in weblogic server 10.3.3.0 in web console

I am new in mbeans registration in weblogic. I have written code to registered mbeans in weblogic server 10.3.3.0. And I have successfully configured this through weblogic. I can see my registered mbeans in JConsole. I have referred the below link to get help of registering my mbeans :

My problem is :_ I can not ask my client to check or do some modification through JConsole. The solution which I was looking for this, If we could get some way to see those registered mbeans through web console such as Weblogic administration console. Is there any way to make this possible ? Do we have any configuration in weblogic server through which I can see my registered mbeans through web console.
Or By goggling, I found we can use JMX console to registered our mbeans. But I do not have any idea how?
I am rigorously looking for help. Thanks in advance who come forward to help me.

According to [url http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E12840_01/wls/docs103/jmxinst/accesscust.html#wp1107240]the docs, you cannot access mbeans through the WLS console. JConsole is a JMX console, so you do know how already :)
If you have Enterprise Manager (aka Fusion Middleware Control) installed in your domain, you can use that to see the mbeans as well.

I need to do some development for CRM Web Channel (B2B) and just installed NW developer workspace (NWDS and MC both are running, NWDS is connected to local j2ee engine now). I guess the next step is to setup application track / nstall the applications locally on my pc (?) but don't know how. Can some one guide me how to ? provide me some documentations?

1. Is your device working in that you can connect it to your PC? If so, hook it up via USB, open BlackBerry Desktop Manager (the software that came with your phone, or download it from the BlackBerry site). Go to Switch Device Wizard and follow the prompts to back up your old phone. (If your phone is dead, you will have to skip to step 2 and manually update everything on the new device. Or if you used Verizon's Backup Assistant, your contacts should be stored there.)
2. Once backed up, turn off the old phone. From the new phone, dial *228. Listen for the prompts, then choose "activate device" (might be option 2, if I remember correctly). This should activate the other device without changing anything on your plan. If it won't activate over the air, your option is to call *611 (from a different phone number) and get help from a rep. You can also try to switch online at MyVerizon, using the ESNs, which will be printed on stickers behind your BlackBerrys' batteries.
3. Once activated, you can hook up the new device to your computer and use Switch Device Wizard to get all your settings and apps back to what you had on the previous phone.
