Crossed line in SmartForm Layout

Hi All,
There is a requirement in my project, One form should be developed with crossed line.
How we are dividing a square in to two equal Triangles by using a crossed line, Like that I should design in my layout.
How Can I print ?

Hi,
Only option I could think of is creating a black and white image with the cross feed line. The image size should be the same as your page size. Then import the bitmap image in Application server using SE78. Then use Background Picture tab in the page options in SMARTFORMS to use the same as background. This would give your page a look of Cross Feed lined page.

Hi,
you need to switch "Auto route" off and you'll be able to position manually the lines.
Do we have an auto layout option to adjust the Entities and relationships in a page?There is limited "auto layout" functionality in relational model but it's not page oriented.

1. Intersection of vertical and horizontal line
   = criss/cross line
   eg + (plus sign)
2. I don't think (i could n't find)
any ascii character
which could be used in abap for printing puropse.
3. At the most +
   is there, but it won't MIX/MATCH with
   horizontal & vertical lines

Cross line in Ekbe

I have 2 question.
P.S. I am using OO ALV please give me your response in OO ALV because I cann't convert Reuse_alv... codes into OO ALV
1- I am creating a variant it is sorting ebeln and calculate ebelp column in subtotal line. Can I display only subtotal line? I don't want display items in the list. (It is an option. If user want display only totals I want show only totals.)
2- Some users adding items in ekbe table after that they cross line this item. Meaning
    ..... 120,21
    ..... -120,21
How can I block this cross lines in my application? Do you have any technique?

This lines from my ekbe table. When I select this data I want give only first and last lines. Becuase 2 and 3 lines are cross lined. (They have reference field their reference field is same)
How can I modify my select statement.
Select * from Ekbe Where Ebeln = p_ebeln and ebelp ? p_ebelp and bewtp = 'E'.

To display only subtotals lines, do as follows. I will give you an example using program BCALV_GRID_DEMO, which is an example program for ALV grid.
Run the program to display the data. Select the column Airfare and select the total/aggregation button (the green sigma sign). This produces totals on Airfare.
Now select on the ID column, and click the subtotal button (next to the total button). This produces subtotals by the ID column.
Finally, use the dropdown on the subtotal button, and select the Drilldown Sum Lvl option. Choose the level 1 item (which represents the subtotal for Airline ID). The list now only shows the subtotal items.
This should answer the first part of your question. You can also programatically create layout variants like this to do the same. (There is documentation in the online help).
I am not sure what you mean with the second part of the question.

HI,
If u use templates or table,then use borders to print the horizontal lines.
Eg : Create template-->Table painter->click select pattern button->Display framed pattern->select 3rd one.it will display only horizantal lines.
if want to print horizantal line under the text, then create one paragraph or character formate with Underline in smartstyles.Use that paragraph or character to u r text element

How to suppress blank lines in smartforms

Hi all,
     How can we suppress blank lines in smartforms?
In my scenario I am having customer address details in main window.
i.e. Name
     Street
      P O Box
      P O Box Location
      Post Code
      Telephone
      Fax.
Suppose if there is no value for P O Box Location the address is getting displayed as
      Name
     Street
      P O Box
                      -> Leaving blank space
      Post Code
      Telephone
      Fax.
But I want it as
     Name
     Street
      P O Box
      Post Code
      Telephone
      Fax.
i.e The blank line should not be displayed.
Kindly let me know how to do this.

Are you using ADDRESS option in smartforms or code to get address from customer master?
If you are using code, you can give condition like P O Box Location <> SPACE in condition tab.

if you are using tables, there are two options for protection against line break: You can protect a line type against page break. You can protect several table lines against page break for output in the main area.
Protection against page break for line types Double-click on your table node and choose the Table tab page. Switch to the detail view by choosing the Details pushbutton. Set the Protection against page break checkbox in the table for the relevant line type. Table lines that use this line type are output on one page.
Protection against page break for several table lines Expand the main area of your table node in the navigation tree. Insert a file node for the table lines to be protected in the main area. If you have already created table lines in the main area, you can put the lines that you want to protect again page break under the file using Drag&Drop. Otherwise, create the table lines as subnodes of the file. Choose the Output Options tab page of the file node and set the Page Protection option. All table lines that are in the file with the Page Protection option set are output on one page

how to get 2nd line in smartforms main window using template. i have also defined loop .

if possible can you try with the TABLES..
Put one TABLE in your MAIN window
create table lines as per your requirment...consider all lines like 6 for header, 1 for main, 1 for total
Now, you will find three section under the tables: header, main, footer...
in header section, create a table line, assign one of the proper lines from the line types.. repeat for your all lines.
in main section, you can access your data form the loop.
the footer secion will be called, just after the main will be finished.

My camera in twist s230U after upgrade to win 8.1 show a diagonal cross line

After windows 8.1 update I am unable to use my camera for skype in my twist S230U and take a snap.It shows a diagonal cross line in the camera image but the camera light shows up,.getting click sound but camera could not take a picture or use video in skype.Any solution please/

I also had this problem and could not find the detailed solution but this thread did help me get the camera going. I tried uninstalling the camera device, downloading the latest driver and re-installing, rebooting and no change.
What did work immediately for me was to go to the "Lock Screen" settings then “Swipe down on the lock screen to use the camera” setting, turn it off, then back on, (it was already on) and the camera was back to normal once again.
My suggestion is to do this first, before anything else, and see if it works for you?

Cross lines in voip. help needed !!

hi all ,
i wasnt much familiar abt cross lines in voip (though we get cross lines on PSTN) till i got cross line last week.
I got a GK to which my GWs will get registered to ,
there were two GWs with same GW ID , registered with
my GK which caused cross line for first time.
(note: either it can be duplication of ID or duplication of IP)
but now the problem is , im getting CROSS line when im on a confrence call. it happened two or 3 times , but when i checked all my GWs are registed with the GK properly , there wasnt any duplicaiton on ID or IP. cna some one help me in this issue ?

The reason why crosstalk occurs in the first place is because long cable runs radiate some power, and cables that are run parallel to them will pick up this radiation by induction.
Check out your cabling . the pin numbers and the cable corresponds according to specfication .

Hello Saravanakumar,
You could insert an OLE Object > Create New > MS Word Document (or MS Excel Worksheet), draw your diagonal line and insert into the report. As well the OLE Object could be inserted into a section that then underlays the following sections if you require this line to appear across fields.

How to use Types structure in smartform layout

Hi Experts,
i have a requirement in smartforms. i have a z-structure having some fields. those fields
should be in the smartform output when we run the print program. This is working fine.
But i need to add 2 more fields to the existing z-structure. For this, i created a types
structure in the print program and added the 2 new fields and created internal tables from
that structure.
My question is how to pass this types strucure to the smartform layout. i tried to add the
structure in the tables option of the form interface.
I get the error "Form Interface - Only table types may be used as the reference type for a table parameter".
i also tried to declare the types structure. Please advise.

you create structure in se11 and select structure radio button.
In the smart form give like as
Form interface---->tables (tab)
parameter name ---I_FINAL(inernal table)
type assignment---LIKE
Associated type---ZXXXXX (structure name)
For declarations of workarea:
Global definitons----->Global data
Variable name----WA_FINAL
Type assignment---TYPE
Associated type---ZXXXXX
you declared as of above
