CRXI & CR9 - Group Tree not showing/available

I have a report where the Group Tree is NOT showing for both CRXI & CR9! Display Group Tree is checked in both versions. This report has 3 groups. This has happened on other reports. I have tried unchecking the Display Group Tree option and saving report, then checking it again and saving it, but still unable to view Group Tree.
I have other reports with grouping and the Group Tree is available.
Any suggestions?

Please test by implementing following steps:
1.Open this report in the designer and save with some other name.
2.Create a new connection to the desired database and use 'Set datasource location'  option under Database tab to set the datasource location to this new connection.
3.Open each group and re-select the database field (on which the group is based).
4.Check whether ther are any errors (at run time ) while refreshing this report.
Please provide following information:
1.Exact version of crystal reports(Help>>About Crystal Reports)
2.Has anything changed with this report since the last use.

    We are having issues with room finder not populating the room resources that are available inside a meeting request within outlook 2010. It also appears that there is a drop down box that is present in a lot of the other forums and pages that I have referenced
    for troubleshooting:
    Single Exchange 2010 server version 14.03.0224.002 running all roles. Migrated from previous Exchange 2003 environment and old 2003 server has been decommissioned.
    Room mailbox created and all configured resource policies are working correctly for creating meeting requests. A distribution group was created and the room mailboxes added to this DG as per instructions here: hxxp://exchangeserverpro.com/find-meeting-rooms/
    . We have recreated the OAB and confirmed that the Room mailboxes are part of this list.
    Does anyone have any ideas why the rooms are not showing up in the Room Finder box?
    If I have missed any information please feel free to ask for more info.

    According to your description, I understand that room finder cannot show available room in Outlook 2010.
    If I misunderstand you concern, please do not hesitate to let me know.
    I want to double confirm whether it works before, or it can’t work after decommission Exchange 2003? How about other Outlook version?
    The offline address book (OAB) is generated by Microsoft Exchange Server. In order for the Room Finder feature to work, the OAB must be generated by Exchange 2010 or a later version.
    Please run Get-OfflineAddressBook | FL Identity,Server to double check OAB generation server. Also, run Get-OabVirtualDirectory | FL to check URL for current OAB VD and force update OAB.
    Then open Test E-mail AutoConfiguration to double check whether Outlook get correct URL.
    After above complete, please try to switch to Send/Receive tab, click Send/Receive Groups, and then click Download Address Book.

  • Ledger Group field NOT showing in FB03 after activating Non- Leading ledger

    Dear All Experts,
    I have activated non leading ledger for my company code and posted the document successfully from FB60. Now coming to FB03 I can see the document in Local Currency and Group Currency - USD but the Ledger Group field still shows complete blank. As I guess it MUST show 1F ( Non Leadig Ledger ) which is my non leading ledger.
    Where I missed the configurtation step ? If anybody has gone through the same issue please guide or provide some inputs.

    Non-leading ledger use t codes FB01L and FB50L
    The reason that the Ledger Group 0L is being used it´s because the Accouting Principle of your Valuation Area.
    What you have to do is you need to create a new Ledger Group and assgn it to your valutaion area.
    Then you assign this accounting principle to the valution area.
    Then assign the accounting principle to no Ledger Group.
    Please see the customizing path:
    Define new Ledger Group:
    Financial Accounting (New)>Financial Accounting Global Settings (New)>Ledgers>Ledger>Define Ledgers for General Ledger Accounting (dont active your new ledger as leading ledger. leave the standard as the leading )
    Assign Accounting Principle to none New Gl Group:
    Financial Accounting (New)>General Ledger Accounting (New)>Periodic Processing>Valuate>Check Assignment of Accounting Principle to Ledger Group
    Assign your Valuation Area to the accounting principel just assigned to none NewGL Group:
    Financial Accounting (New)>General Ledger Accounting (New)>Periodic Processing>Valuate>Assign Valuation Areas and Accounting Principles
    Now you have more then one Ledger Group in you client (which is not being used for nothing) and you have a valuation area that is linked to a Accounting Principle that is linked to no Ledger Group.
    Go ahead now and execute the FAGLF101. You will see that the standard will not try to inform leading ledger in the Group of Ledger.
    I found this solutiong debbuging the standard. Took me quite a bit to discover.
    The problem was in SPRO->Financial Accounting(New)->General Ledger Accounting(New)->Periodic Processing->Valuate->Check Assignment of Accounting Principle to Ledger Group. In "Target Ledger Group" field, the ledger "0L" were configured in BRAP and GAAP. So, the system automatically assigned the ledger "0L" when performing FAGLF101.

  • Fonts not showing available in Office Mac: Word

    I have a strange issue!
    I didn't install anything new last night, but an update may have been downloaded and installed as I have my iBook set up to do it automatically.
    When I started up this morning and opened Word to take notes suddenly a bunch of my fonts (which I can see in Font Book) aren't available for use in Word! It's messing up my bullets and such which I set from Wingdings, which suddenly isn't available to use when I try to format my bullets.
    Does anyone know why fonts would suddenly not be available in a program? I made sure to repair permissions and verified my fonts in Font book, etc. But it still isn't working. Is this a Font Book setting issue or is it Office? I'm confused!!

    Ironically, after posting this, the issue has cleared up. I have no idea what I did. All the fonts I wanted were the regular installed fonts found in Font Book. I do not believe they were in the MS Office Folder or had anything to do with Office at all. Office, for some reason, was only letting me see a handful of fonts and some Japanese ones I'd never seen brought up in my scroll down menu before, and that's it.
    After going into Font Book and clearing some duplicates that somehow showed up, then exiting and re-entering Word, suddenly everything was fixed. All my bullets were back to normal and all the fonts were in the list again. I have NO idea what happened.
    I will definitely check out Onyx though to avoid any other weird problems in the future.

  • Sync group does not show local instance

    I cannot find my local sql server listed when I add a new sync group. The hub dialog is ok, but the reference database does not show databases registered using the Data Sync Agent. Those local databases are SQL 2008 SQLExpress, 2012 SQLExpress and 2014
    SQL Server.  None show up. I have successfully done this earlier in the year. Prerequisites are installed. What might be wrong?

    I'm using Crystal Reports XI R2 with SQL data source. I have a cross-tab report with grouping in specified order. It's a report of applicants applying to a college. The grouping is of various majors (degrees). The report summarizes (distinct counts) the number of applicants for the groups of majors. The problem is that if the count for a group of major is zero, then that Named Group does not appear at all in the cross-tab report. I want the Name Group to appear with the count of "0".
    I notice this same phenomenon with specified order grouping anywhere and not just in a cross-tab. I have tried changing "convert database/other null values to default" but nothing working yet.
    Any help will be most appreciated. Thanks.

    It's not a phenomenon, it's how databases and SQL works.
    You didn't get any rows back for those with a zero distinct count (otherwise the count would be 1 or more, right?), so Crystal doesn't show any data for those groups.
    So to display a zero for those that do not exist would reuire either advanced SQL, or manual summaries.
    One method for manual summaries is to use Running Totals. Select distinct count of the applicants and group by the majors, then in the evaluate use a formula place:
    {table.majors} = "Blah 1"
    Creating a seperate Running Total for every group and replacing "Blah 1" with the various majors.

    Hi, My hierarchical tree is not showing on the form, I have the following situation;
    I have a table with the parent and child coloumns, I have created a Record_Group using a query that I have tested in PL/SQL it works
    select 1, level, form_name
    from iso_forms
    connect by prior form_name=action
    start with action is null
    The rsult is
    1 LEVEL FORM_NAME
    1 1 Edit
    1 2 Holder
    1 2 Isotopes
    1 2 Laboratories

    I have set in the properties of the tree to use the Record_Group that has this query, but when I run the form I only see a blank square where the tree should be showing.
    Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

    a control block is one not based on a table/view/procedure . check the block's query data source name. its must be blank.
    I suggest you create a procedure where you create the record_group using
    CREATE_GROUP_FROM_QUERY,populate_group and ftree.set_tree_property

    I have a problem while running forms in 10g AS.
    The hierarchical tree control is showing up when I run the form in my local development (win xp) system. But, when I run the same form through my 10g Application server(linux), the hierarchical tree control is not showing up.

    The form shows a blank square-box, instead hiearchical tree. I can see other controls like text-box, LOV, command button on the same form.

  • Scorecard Strategy Tree Not Showing Demical Scores

    Our score range is between 1 and 5, when i am opening objective in edit mode, score is 3.84 an it is OK but score in strategy tree is 3, we realesed that strategy tree can not show decimal scores, how can i solve this problem.

    Yes, that was the reason.
    The scorecard link the KPI using absolute path (you see it if you open the XML of the scorecard using Catalog Manager or on the filesystem), so even if you moved the scorecard to a shared folder it was still trying to read the KPIs from your "my folder". Only you (or anybody else using your same account) were able to see them, all the other users have the "structure", but nothing more. It's still a point that sometimes when moving objects people forget (also because for them it works fine ....).

  • Software Update not showing available iWork updates

    When I open Pages or Keynote they both report that an update is available (to 4.01) with a button to open Software Update. Software Update however does not show any available iWork updates.
    This happens on both my MacBook and my Mac Pro. My iWork 09 versions in "About Pages" shows 4.0.
    Anyone else having this issue?

    The updaters are very picky. If the location is not where the updater is programmed to look or if the folder doesn't have the name the updater looks for, it will not work. The applications cannot be renamed or moved. They must be in the iWork '09 folder in Applications. That iWork folder must be named iWork '09. If it doesn't have the '09 the updaters won't work.

  • Group Names Not Showing in 10.5.1 Mail Addresses

    Previous to Leopard, the group name would show when I would address a message to a group. Now in 10.5.1 the group name does not appear in the address when it is received.

  • Group name not showing notifications on Lock Screen

    Here's the story: I have iOS8.0.2 on my iPhone 5. One of the groups I named, "The Guys", for all my buddies do not show up in the lock screen notifications as "The Guys" like they did before. It's now showing separate txts like it did in iOS7 instead of in a group.
    Example, when I first named the group, every txt message from that group showed up labeled as "The Guys" on my lock screen. Then, for some odd reason, they started showing different " Greg (7)" and then "Bob (2)." Am I the only one having this issue?
    For solutions, I tried deleting the entire thread, redoing a thread, and then renaming it "The Guys." ... Nothing. Same crap.
    HELP! It's annoying. I bunched these people together so that I wouldn't have this issue - because it can get confusing with accidentally typing something into the wrong thread not knowing that it's the group chat. Now I'm having this issue.

    scstat -i should show atleast one IPMP group on running the command. In your output, you are not seeing any IPMP group.
    Udate with your ifconfig output.

    Hi, I am trying to set up an hierarchical tree. Can someone please give me the exact steps I need to take to get this right.
    I am trying to create a hierarchical tree to behave like a menu on a Main form from where I will call the other forms of my application.
    I have done the following
    select 1, level, null, form_name, form_name
    from iso_forms
    connect by prior form_name=action
    start with action is null
    and get this when I run the statement in pl/sql

    My tree on my main form is still blank, I have checked that the tree is the only item in the block but I am not sure how to confirm that it is a control block. I created the tree in layout editor by clicking on the Hierarchical Tree icon on the left and then dragging out a block, so I am assuming that the block is of the correct type.

  • Active Directory Sites + Boundary Groups + Database not showing correctly?

    I am having a hard time trying to track down my issue but after digging for a bit, I think I have figured it out but I am unsure how to fix it.
    Quick backstory, we had a domain controller go bad in this ADsite, the domain controller was also a DP at the time aswell and to fix our issues we dcpromo /forceremove it and cleaned up AD after. Created a new domain controller in
    the ADsite, replicated everything across, everything is going as it should. SCCM on the other hand thinks I did something very wrong.
    I'm not sure even how to explain but here goes. SCCM Console shows that the newly created distribution point that is running in the site where I ripped out the old domain controller and it is running well, the boundary is there, the DP is

    On the other hand, SCCM Database is not connecting the DP to the boundary. I am clueless on why this is happening. Because of this, it seems like no end users are getting any software. LocationServices on client machines show the computers are in the

    The other 9 DPs have no issues, they are part of their respected sites, clients are getting all the software from the proper DPs and no issues.
    I would gladly share some log files if they are of any value to anyone. I have looked through ads*.log and have not found anything that would tell me it has issues querying the ADsite.

    Removal of the DC should be unrelated as they is no direct communication. Deleting the boundary/group and re-add them.
