Crystal layout for electronic invoice

Good afternoon Friends.
I wonder if any of you know any printing layout to electronically invoice in crystal that allows editing.
I am creating a print layout but it does not want to create from the beginning.
Thanks for the help.
Regards to all.

hi,
There is no any functionality like "Define screen layout" for MIRO transaction.....
Take help of ABAPer who can resolve your problem via coding....
you can never ever do a MIRO for 2 vendors at a time.....
Miro trasaction is possible for only one vendor at a time....
and if thinking logically its abs correct...why do you need to pay to two vendors at a time..there may be different tax, freight calculation which is placed header....
hope it helps....

  • Crystal form for SO, Invoice, PO, AP

Not sure where I should save the Crystal forms for SO, Invoice, PO, AP invoice ...etc for users to access it to print easily?  I will test in my B1 since I did not install Crystal 2008 to client B1 yet.

    Hi
I think you should stick to PLD as much as possible . Crystal report is there to create more complex report and support more business report not to eliminate PLD .
    My suggestion :
Crystal report should be used  most for monthly reports or biweekly reports or weekly
    My reasons
    1.It is an add on
    2. It is not well integrated as PLD .
    3. I think user will not like to go outside of the screen and print out AR or AP... and print it .'
They would rather like to print it when they view or add report .
Unless you are using Batch invoice processing , then crystal report might be a better solution
    Thank you

  • Standard Crystal Layout for General Ledger Report, Development Limitations

    Hi Guys,
I have experienced some development limitations in the standard crystal general ledger layout for "General Ledger report" in SAP.
So if we are running standard "General Ledger" report we have a lot of columns but we unable to get these columns in the standard crystal layout because PLD_Items (XML source file) doesn't contain all of them. For example, I need to add a "Project" into existing standard crystal layout and I can't do that.
Do you have guys, any ideas how to change PLD_Items source or it's impossible?
    Any help will be appreciated.

  • Editing new crystal layouts for financial reports in 8.8

After upgrading to 8.8 PL10 I decided to investigate the new financial layouts for Crystal. When I opened the layout however I couldn't make much sense of how it is structured or even functions, it seems to reference a PLD table that I couldn't find under tables, views, or stored procedures. Any advice on how to better manipulate this report would be great.
They are all structured similarly so lets use the new balance sheet as a reference.
    -John-Michael

    Hello!
    Here are my findings ...
    - The new Crystal Reports Layouts base deeply on the "old" PLD Layouts.
    - The table "PLD__ITEMS" is an XML-file with the data of the report.
    - If you want to show same additional fields of PLD__ITEMS on the report, it is not enough to drag the field on the report. You also  have to format the field and add additional info to the CSS-Class like: FileName="OINV";FieldNum="CardName";
The workflow I used to edit the new CR Layouts:
    1. Edit the old PLD Layout as needed
    2. Use the Crystal Reports Converter to get a CR from the PLD [Download|/docs/DOC-8768#section16 [original link is broken]]
(The PDF included gives some basic hints about the structure of the CR Layout)
    3. Edit the SAP CR with the informations of the converted CR (from PLD)
Hope this helps a bit ...

  • SD electronic invoicing

    Hello all!
Could anyone help me with the following: we have a customer who would like to receive electronic invoices (instead of physical ones). We do not have anything prepared for electronic invoicing and all our invoices are printed. Is there a way to obtain a file (idoc) to send him with the relevant data? In legal terms we would still send him the physical invoice.
    Thank you very much
    best regards
    Joana Trigo

You need to first create the new output type (say, ZD05) in Tcode V/40 for the invoice to send externally (i.e as Email attachment).
Output type ZD05 and Application V3.
In the mail Title and texts enter the title (Subject).
In the processing routines select medium as External Send and program RLB_INVOICE , Form routine as ENTRY and your smartform (you have created Z smartform layout as per your requirement for this) name in the PDF/Smartform form.
In the partner function tree, select bill-to-party(BP) for External send. SAVE it.
Go to SCOT transaction check if you have node for INT , for example for us we have EMAIL, if not create one using the create button. (These things shud be created by BASIS).
Double click the node and a window will popup, hope that all the SMTP details are entered like Mail Host , Mail Port.
Now go to Supported Address types, select the Internet and press the SET button. now select PDF for SAP Scripts/ Smartforms and save thats.
Then create a invoice and select the ZD05 output type(youe can also do output determination for the same for your billing type) and send the email. and also maintain email id for the customer or Bill-to-party.
    Hope this can assist you.
    Thanks & Regards

  • User defined fields in Crystal layout

    Hi All,
I want to add user defined field values in crystal  layout for Sales order, but its not listed in RDR1 tables there but it's available in SAP query manager view. How can i get that in Crystal reports. please suggest on this.
    Regards
    Sree

You can then remove the key and the fields in the database will keep their correct definitions rather than varchar(max) which is causing the initial problems.
Adding extra keys may uause performance issues if you leave them there for a large table.
I have also had issues of varchar(max) fields causing database connection issues when running the reports in 8.81 PL07.

  • Switch from OINV to ODRF in Crystal Report layout for print the Invoice?

    Hi,
I have imported in Sap Business One some standard report developed by Sap with Crystal Report (like Sales Invoice).
I have try to print my Invoices and all is OK, then I have try to print a Draft Invoice and, even in this case, is all ok. Then I have open the Crystal Report designer for this print module, and the entry point is the OINV table. How can he print succesful the Draft Invoice (that is in the ODRF table ObjType = 13)? Formula Field? I don't understand!!
    Thank for the help!!
    Marco

    Hi Marco,
You only need a single Crystal report for this. Base it on a stored procedure which has two INT type parameters @DocKey and @ObjectId. Within your SQL create IF blocks to handle different @ObjectId values:
IF @ObjectId = 13 then use the invoices tables OINV/INV1 etc.
IF @ObjectId = 112 then use the draft tables ODRF/DRF1 etc.
Don't forget to put the @ symbol at the end of the parameter in the report itself. That is all that is needed to create a single report that works for both added invoices and draft invoices. You could extend the SQL to handle other @ObjectId values like 14 for AR Credit Notes and so on.
    Regards,
    Andrew.

  • Crystal Reports layout for AP/AR Invoice, Credit Note

    Hi
I am currently designing layouts for AP and AR procedures.
The Quotations, Orders and Goods Receipt PPO's all work fine using the Dockey@ parameter but neither the purchasing invoice and credit notes or the sales credit notes seem to connect at all during the design stage.
Do i need to set a new/different parameter for these particular layouts or am I doing anything else wrong?
    Regards
    Peter

    I am using version 8.8 SP.00 PL.10
It is very strange that I cannot get the layout connected to the database as I have followed the same steps for all layouts. It all works fine until I get to the invoice stage and then I cannot make the connection.
(I dont need to worry about the sales invoice as this was provided at installation point by our vendor)

  • Standard Report layouts in Crystal 2008 for SBO 2007A

It has been 2 years since SBO adopted Crystal Reports to become part of the standard product, I refer back to the initial links which promised links to Standard Reports, however 2 years later these links appear to be exactly the same, no updates.

For SBO 8.8 there appears to be a pack of Reports available for Sales Orders, Purchase Orders etc
I would like to know if there a pack of standard Crystal reports for SBO 2007A and if so where would we be able to find them?

  • Importing Crystal Report layout for customer statements

    Hello,
I have imported a crystal report layout to use for the customer statements when running them from the ageing report.  The problem is even if we only select one business partner in the ageing report, when we print preview the statement it displays statements for all business partners - this is because in the crystal report there are no parameters.  I know that when you import a layout like this for other documents you need to use for example, {ORDR.DocEntry}={DocKey@} as the parameter however the customer statements don't have a docentry.  When I look at the system statement layout (collection layout), when you run the report you get an ADO.NET (XML) connection prompt.  Is it possible to use the crystal layout i have for the customer statements but for only the customer(s) showing on the ageing report?
    Many thanks,
    Kate

So just to make it clear,
you want an overview of open invoices from 1 customer.
If so, try this in crystal reports :
Create a parameter field (field explorer)
    Name : CardName
    Type : String
    Value : Static
do not select a value field (none)
    press ok.
    Select expert
    Create new
    Starts with
    type this : {?CardName}
    press add
Click formula editor and make it look like this :
    {OINV.DocStatus} = "o" and
    {OINV.CardName} startswith {?CardName}

  • How generate a crystal reports layout for Batch Report

    Dear Experts,

I've tried using DocKey@ token but it only works in the delivery note layout itself. The following code at the select expert for this crystal layout doesn't work:
    {ODLN.DocEntry} = {?DocKey@}
Kindly guide me in the above issue. Thanks.

    I am using version 8.8 SP.00 PL.10
