Iu2019ve read many of your articles regarding BO and SAP and they help me a lot.
Now I kindly ask you to help me regarding to the MDX driver.
Iu2019m getting the following error:
Database Connector Error: 'Function module "/CRYSTAL/MDX_GET_STREAM_INFO" not found.'
Iu2019ve installed the required requires ABAP Transports successfully during the installation of the SAP Integration Kit. Iu2019ve also selected under Settings "Use MDX driver with support for Multiple structures" however the error still appears.
Iu2019ve used tcode se37 to search for the above mentioned function and it doesnu2019t exist, the only functions that were installed on the system with ABAP Transports are (/CRYSTAL*):
/CRYSTAL/FLAT                  Business Objects' InfoSet reporting
/CRYSTAL/BUILD_STRING          Convert mbcs itab to utf-8 string

As you can see there is not any MDX_GET_STREAM_INFO function!!!!
Iu2019m using SAP ECC60 + Crystal Reports 2008 CR Developer Version 12.0.0.683 + SAP Integration Kit.
Can you please be so kind to tell me what Iu2019m doing wrong?! Did I miss something?!

As you can see there is not any MDX_GET_STREAM_INFO function!!!!
Regarding to "If not I would suggest yo try to reimport the Crystal Reports BW MDX connectivity transports" --> I've also repeated this step (Unicode files: * MDX Query Connectivity transport (K900529.r21 and R900529.r21)).
Any suggestion?!

Contact your basis administrator to ensure
- All the transports have been installed properly.
- Check the version of Crystal Reports and BusinessObjects and the SAP MDX driver version.
For CRXIR2 +BOXIR2 this issue was resolved in CHF15.

is this function modules exists on the transport files ? do you think by executing the transport this problem will be resolved ?
and how we can execute the transport files from Basis perspective ,,, our basis tried to execute this transport to they got belw error

your BASIS administrator should copy the transport files in the import queue and use the STMS transaction to import them in your system. Make sure to import the UNICODE version in the order as shown in the transports_<your language>.txt file.
Make sure that the files are indeed imported.
Which version of BOBJ are you using?

Connector Error: u2018Function module u201C/CRYSTAL/GET_OSQL_OBJECT_LISTu201D not found

Hello experts,
I have installed Crystal Reports 2008 (not BO Edge) and BusinessObjects Integration Kit for SAP on my laptop and I try to connect my crystal reports to the SAP ECC 6.0 data source. After establishing a connection I can see the following groups in the Available Data Sources: CL [Data Clusters], DD [Data Dictionary] and FN [ABAP Function modules]. However when I try to open them, I get messages:
- Database Connector Error: u2018Function module u201C/CRYSTAL/GET_OSQL_OBJECT_LISTu201D not found.u2019
- Database Connector Error: u2018RFC_INVALID_HANDLEu2019
Could you please give some advice, what is missing?

what is the solution to run the add-on it i ssaying that Crytsal Engine 10.5.3700.0 is not found in assenmly or specified path.

Connection error to SAP InfoSets/Queries 'Function module not found'

I have crystal reports 2011 and I would like to connect to our SAP system (ECC6.0). I am able to connect partially but when I drill down into where I guess crystal is trying to pull a list of queries or infosets I get errors.
For infosets i get 'Function module "/CRYSTAL/GET_FUNCAREA_CATALOG" not found.'
For queries i get 'Function module "/CRYSTAL/GET_QUERY_CATALOG" not found.'
What changes need to be performed to our SAP system to get these functions added?

Hi Joshua,
I did some checking so I changed my original reply. Those drivers are installed so nothing extra needed. I'm not completely sure how all of the Classic SAP data sources work but the only thing different is BW Query was removed in favor of MDX.
Also, the Transports are in a download package and must be installed onto the BW system. I'm checking what that means and where they are located.
The package for the BW server is located here:

Crystal Reports 2008-Vista-ERROR-crw32.exe Entry Point Not Found in dll

Hi Experts,
I just installed the Crystal Reports 2008 (with SP0) on my Vista (Home) machine. When I try to start the CR 2008, I am getting the below error message:
Error Title: crw32.exe - Entry Point Not Found
Error Message: The procedure entry point ?PrintLegend@CMapXLegend@CSLib300@@QAEXJJJJJ@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library cslibu-3-0.dll
Here are the things I tried to resolve the above problem:
1) Uninstall and Reinstall the CR 2008. - No change.
2) I configured the DEP to accept Crystal Reports (Performance - Advanced - DEP allow).
None of these seem fix the problem.
Can you please help me kick start the Crystal Reports 2008?

Please try with this:
Run a command prompt as administrator. From the start menu, select "All Programs", then "Accessories" and right-click on the "Command Prompt" shortcut and choose "Run As Administrator". From here you can use the following command to disable Data Execution Prevention (DEP) with the following command:
bcdedit.exe /set nx AlwaysOff
Keeping your command prompt open, run your setup or other process being stopped by DEP. Then, to turn it back on again, do the same and run the following:
bcdedit.exe /set nx AlwaysOn

Crystal report for Enterprise show latest instance shows URL not found error

hi everyone,
we recently upgraded our BO4.1 platform from SP2 to SP5.
after the upgrade we are getting error while view the latest instance of Crystal report in BI launchpad, this error occurs only for Crystal report and that only when we scheduled in pdf format.
anybody faced this issue before, any idea or resolution?

when I click on view latest instance, i am getting below error.
The requested URL /BOE/portal/1503182223/CrystalReports/filename/CREnt_BICS_STS_Check.pdf was not found on this server
but when see the path, I could see the path till /BOE/portal/1503182223/CrystalReports/
is it remaining path, like the “file name” part generated at runtime?
could you please support me, do we need changes required in tomcat?

CRYSTAL REPORT VIEWER NOT FOUND IN VC++

I am migrating our appn VC++ 6.0 code to VS 2010(MFC code compiled in VS2010). I could able to compile all the code in VS 2010 and i am created vb.net report application using crystalreport viewer, it working fine, afterthat i am converted vb.net code to C#.
My questions are,
1) how to add crystalreportviewer control in VC++ (searched not found) or alternative any control is available in vc++ using same c# code?
2) if its possible , to load rpt files without viewer control ? ,if yes, please provide me sample code.

Method not found: Void Crystal decisions.reportappserver

I have a customer that is using crystal runtime (11.5) through our applicaiton.
One user can run, view and print ALL reports
One user can run, view and print reports that have NOprompts i.e, date ranges
However, if that same user tries to run a report that has a prompt it immediately throws up this error:
Method not found: "Void Crystaldecision.ReportAppserver.ReportDefModel.ISCRPromptingRequestInfo.set_RequestOptions(CrystalDecsions.ReportAppServer.DataDefModel.PropertyBag)'.
I have googled researched and can not find much info on the error message.
Since one user has no issues and one user does, I'm assuming it's enviromental ie. permissions, needed .dll is corrupted.
We have had the user log into their pc with full local administrator rights. Same results, can run the reports with no prompts, cannot run reports with prompts.
From what I can see the needed 11.5 crystal .dll are located in:
C:\Program Files\Business Objects\Common\3.5\bin
I did notice that their are older 8.5 crystal .dll in the C:\Windows\System32
However, the user that is not having an issue also has the 8.5 .dll's in that location as well.
User's O/S: XP SP3

I found a related issue that threw the same error. In this case it had to do with installed the Crystal .NET assemblies for 1.1 framework instead of the 2.0. I suggest you have a look at the C:\windows\assembly directory and see if you have the 11.5.3300 or 11.5.3500 assembly file for CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine. If you have the 11.5.3300 that means you have installed the 1.1 framework and it may not work correctly if your site is configured for the 2.0 framework.

I want to use crystal report in my web application developed in 2008 so,
I have been install Crystal Report 2011 Evaluation copy download from SAP Site.
But it will not found following necessary dll file after installing it.
1. CrystalDecision.reports.web.dll
2. CrystalDecision.reportsource.dll
3. CrystalDecision.reports.engine.dll
4.   CrystalDecision.reports.shared.dll
   This files are necessary to load crystal report on webForm.

    I want to download Crystal report 2011 run-time but i found it with must install visual studio 2010 setup.,
so, i need crystal report 2011 run-time which will run with dependency of VS 2010 and with both .net framework 3.5

There is no .NET SDk for CR 2011. It does not install any SDk assemblies.
No SDk means No runtimes.

Use either CR 2008 + VS 2008 or VS 2010 + CR for VS 2010

Physical database not found error in Crystal Reports 8.5

We have products in the field with Crystal Reports 8.5 runtime files that have stopped working and now give us an error that says. 'Physical database not found'. Started last July, 2009. We now know that this error now appears on several other sites. This used to work but doesn't anymore. Please provide the exact runtime file procedure so we can get these sites up and running again.

Using Procmon (Process Monitor from sysinternals.com) I determined the problem was that a file had been removed somehow that was required. The file name was p2ssql.dll

MENU NOT FOUND [ 66000-27] in Manage Crystal Report

Hi All,
I had installed crystal report add-on in my SAP Business One System but when I am going to Adminstration > Crystal Report Administration > Manage Crystal Report, I am getting the following error as - MENU NOT FOUND 66000-27.
Please note that earlier this menu used to open by which I used to add the reports but now for the last 4-5 days this menu is not opening.
Also would like to know in Account setup how to create ext table when the table already exist.

I am still not able to find any solution for the error of ''MENU NOT FOUND [ 66000-27] in Manage Crystal Report''.
I am using the add-on version of 1.0.0.1. And I have also the FULL license for Crystal Report 2008 of Business Object.
Please also note that the above error which I am getting if only in a particular company / database. When I am loading the add-on in any other database then everything is working fine and the Menu of Manage Crystal Report is working.
Please advise for a solution as how to get rid of it.

File not found error when Downloading Crystal Reports 2008
