Crystal reports visual studio 2013. "Please wait while the document is being processed." Error

I am using Crystal Reports for VS 2010. The report is working fine but if you click on the next page or click on group tree,
the message “Please wait while the document is being processed.” comes. Never show next page.
Any ideas?

warning...newbie question....
We are using the crystal report viewer on an ASP.NET application.
on the parameter panel there is an edit icon, if the user double clicks this, the report viewer triggers the page to re-load, then it displays a tiny dialogbox that says "Please wait while the document is being processed" but the report viewer never refreshes. the dialogbox never goes always.
1) why does the edit icon show up on all the parameters?
2) what is it doing when someone double clicks it?
3) how can i hide or disable it?
any help would greatly be appreciated!!!

Is this happening on your development computer or after you deploy the app?
it happenes both in dev and on the servers
Is this an app you wrote? (I don't recognize this error "Please wait while the document is being processed" as a Crystal reports error)
no, it's a small dialog that the viewer is generating when the user clicks on the edit icon in the viewer
If this is on a deployed system - how was the CR runtime deployed?
uggh, i grabbed the MSI that was referenced in the product.xml
What is the OS?
XP on dev, win2k3 on the server
What is the database?
MS SQL 2005
What is the database connection method?
ADO Client
Are yo changing the database connection information (e.g.; new server, database)?
when the report is instantiated, we set the db connections and the report works, it just kind goes off to never never land when the user click the edit icon in the report viewer.

What's "Please wait while the document is being processed" mean ?

When open a WebI report and click "Refresh Data", then "Please wait while the document is being processed" prompt page be poped up.
Does it mean datas had been refreshed completely when the prompt page disappeared?

When you hit "Refresh Data" button the data will be fetched. If you have lov's in the report then all the lov's data will be fetched and the report data is refreshed accordingly to the lov's fetched.If you hit the refresh data button again without changing the lov values then the report data is fetched for the cache and will be refreshed

InfoView Errror - Please wait while the document...

Hello, I am looking for some assistance as I am stumped on this. Very recently we have had an issue come up on our InfoView site when people attempt to run a report a progress windows comes up saying "Please wait while the document is being processed." I have gone through many checks to try and troubleshoot but nothing has worked, tried various browsers and versions, java versions, removed windows updates from the server and updated the Crystal Server to 3.1 SP4 and none of helps. It just sits in and endless loop with that error on the screen. I am open to ideas, any suggestions?

Hi Rod,
Please follow the steps provided below, it might help you.
1.Open Report in Crystal Reports Full Client
2.Click File/Page Setup
3.Click "No Printer" -- This will force the report, when run on the server, to be set automatically to the default printer, instead of looking for the printer driver that was set up on the client machine where the report was developed
4.Click "OK"
5.Click on File/Report Options
6.Remove the check mark from "Verify On First Refresh" and "Verify Stored Procedures On First Refresh" -- This will force the report to skip the process of querying the database to verify metadata information
7.Click "OK"

How to hide gray borders in Crystal reports Visual Studio 2013

Hi All,
I have a web application in ASP.NET 2013.
I'm using latest developer version of Crystal reports.
When I run the report, I see gray borders around the actual report.
This was not the case with Crystal reports in Visual Studio 2005.
How can I hide these gray borders in Crystal reports ASP.NET Visual studio 2013?

Error "Please wait while the application opens: BlackBerryLink.exe - Application Error"

After several installations, disinstalls and reinstallations I am completely unable to use BlackBerryLink on my Windows7 PC: The error message provided immediately after launch of BlackBerryLink is with the title
   "Please wait while the application opens: BlackBerryLink.exe - Application Error"
with detailed message:
   "The exception unknown software exception (0xe0434352) occurred in the application at location 0x75cf812f."
Please provide any advice! My brand new Blackberry Z10 like this is only useful at 50% (since the encrypted SD card is not recognizeable as a normal SD card by my PC), and I would prefer not being forced to byuy other smartphones...

1)     Are using error handling in your code? Are you getting any errors?

Wolfenstein: The New Order message "please wait while downloadable content is being validated"

When starting Wolfenstein:The New Order, the game goes through all the publisher/developer title screens and goes briefly to the standard loading screen then the screen goes totally black. If I press a button on the controller, the game shows the "Loading profile" prompt with the spinning circle. Soon after the message is replaced with "Please wait while downloadable content is being validated". Here is where the game just hangs forever. I have left it on this screen for over an hour and nothing happens. I contacted Bethesda support and they sent me here saying it is a PSN issue. I have already tried uninstalling and deleting all save games, etc. but the problem persists even on a non-patched game. This started happening on Sunday and I have already played the game through once and was on second playthrough and this is the first time I have encountered the problem. The issue you are experiencing may be related to PSN and/or Internet connectivity. Please make sure that you were signed into PSN and online when trying to run the game as it needs to validate the downloadable content. If for some reason this issue persists you will need to contact Sony support for your PS4 as the validation process is ran by them on their end and not an issue we can investigate.Warm Regards,
The Bethesda Technical Support Team. From what I can tell, I am signed in to PSN since I can access the store and see my trophies and friends online. When I signed out and signed back in, I did get a message about not being able to reconnect but it did eventually. I have done extensive searches on the web and I don't see anyone else having this issue.

I am having the same exact problem. I got this game from gamefly last week and it did it. I told gamefly they sent me an entirely different game and it still is hanging up at the validating dlc screen, a wheel just continues to spin and nothing happens. My interent is fine and I am connected to PSN as I too can see that my friends are onine.

Some Background -
Few months back my company has purchased a project which is developed in VS 2003 and on Framework 1.1 from a third party. This project is installed on user's machine (obviously with Framework 1.1).
Glitch is here u2013 VS2003
But now I need to make some amendments in this project, so I installed VS 2003 Enterprise Edition (Setup downloaded from MSDN) and when I open up this project u2013I couldnu2019t open some reports in design mode.
I get below errors u2013
Custom Tool Error : "Code generator 'ReportCodeGenerator' failed. Exception stack = CrystalDecisions.CrystalREports.Engine.LoadSAveReportException.Load Report Failed.
Then I tried to open same report in VS 2005 on Framework 2.0, I can open this report in design mode easily with no errors. In fact I installed Crystal report 9 on my machine and able to open this report in design mode.
Please could you help me, how to resolve this problem. How to refer Crystal 9 version references in VS 2003.

I believe this Crystal Reports managed assemblies are version 9.2.3300.

Error Opening Visual Studio 2013 Please Help?

Hi, I just installed the program "Microsoft Visual Studio Ultimate 2013", I installed it using the on screen instructions successfully, it asked
me to restart the computer, I did and was very excited to use the software but when i opened it said that "An error occurred while starting for the first time. Please restart Microsoft Visual Studio." , I restarted the program and still the same
error occurs, I restarted the computer still did not work, I re installed the software like 10 times (no extradition), I tried to press the repair button still did not work after repair, I installed the update patch and still did not fix, I restarted my internet
and still did not work, i called Microsoft support team and no response (too expensive to call again) and still nothing worked.
I know that there is other versions available for this software such as professional but I am willing to purchase this product after it installs correctly
as this has all the features I really need... Please help

RAM: 4GB
HDD: 70GB (Allocated Partition)
Processor: Intel Core I5 3.40 GHz

IVsProfileDataManager provides access to the profile manager and to programmatic control of settings. The error message turns out that you get a broken registration for IVsProfileDataManager.
Do you get any error message during the Visual Studio installation? You can use the
collect.exe tool to collect VS installation logs and upload the vslogs.cab file in the %temp% folder to the SkyDrive, then post back the link.

Updating the existing Crystal report Visual Studio Restart

Hi,
i am using crystal report in my application. Now i want to update some report but when i Change the report like rearrange the field in group the
Visual Studio stop working and Restarted . I am using VS 2012 & the latest version of SAP crystal report CRforVS_13_0_9.
I also try to put the report in another single solution to change the report but it arise the same problem, i try this in VS 2010, VS 2012, VS2013.
i also try to another OS Win Server 2008 -> Win 7, but not working. Can anyone help me..?

If you have CR from VS 2005 or VS 2008 on this computer, uninstall those. For now, uninstall CRforVS. Search for craxddrt.dll on the whole hard drive. If you find any, delete them. Now reinstall CRforVS.

Crystal Report (visual studio 2005)-Hyperlink not working on exported PDF

I have created a crystal report by using VS 2005, there are some hyperlinks inside the report.
After i exported the report to PDF, I check the PDF file, none of the link contains inside the PDF file.
It seems a bug, i google this issue, some people can export to RTF first and then in RTF save as PDF, then the link should be there. I tried it, it works, but it totally mess up my report layout.

Crystal Reports Visual Studio 2010 Report Viewer Not Rendering

Hello,
I was able to get Crystal Reports deployed in a web application in VS 2008 OK, but now I am having trouble with CR and VS 2010. For some reason the data and images for the report are being displayed, but the report viewer controls and background are not. I am not getting red Xs, the viewer is just not there. I have tried changing my references, I have installed the CR run time, and all permissions are correct. I am trying to get this up and running on the local machine. Has anyone dealt with this problem before?

Thats what I get when trying to install VS2012, and all search results are from installing Update 3, so it won't help me.

Crystal Report with VS 2013

Hi!
I am having problem with crystal report visual studio 2013. It always display this message:
An unhandled exception of type 'System.IO.FileNotFoundException' occurred in mscorlib.dll
Additional information: Could not load file or assembly 'file:///C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\Crystal Reports for .NET Framework 4.0\Common\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win32_x86\dotnet1\crdb_adoplus.dll' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
Can anyone here help please?
Currently I am using:
1. VS 2013 Update 3
2. Crystal Report SP 10

What would I have to do to get this error? E.g.; I suspect if you try to run any of the example apps from here: Crystal Reports for .NET SDK Samples - Business Intelligence (BusinessObjects) - SCN Wiki, you will not have issues. So, how do I get the error?
Also, make sure you ran the CR install exe, not the MSI when installing SAP Crystal Reports, Developer Version for Visual Studio .NET.
