CS 5.5 downloads except for inDesign?

I migrated from a Macbook Pro (2010) to the latest model. When I tried to use my CS 6 it said I needed to reinstall. Unfortunately I am only able to locate the serial numbers for 5.5. I attempted to download 5.5 and everything works until I get the "There were problems with your installation" and InDesign and Ai don't install?
So I went from 6 to half of 5.5. Here is the euro it gives me:

Phillyabe the current behavior is likely due to the migration of the Adobe Creative applications.
I would recommend locating your registered serial number under your account at http://www.adobe.com/. You can find more details on how to locate your serial number at Find your serial number quickly.
To resolve the current installation difficulties please remove all Adobe Creative software using the uninstallers located in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers folder. You will then want to run the CC Cleaner tool to remove the portions which could not be removed, due to incorrect file permissions or corruption from the migration, to complete the removal process. You can find information on the use of the CC Cleaner Tool at Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6.
Finally if you need to download a fresh copy of the retail installation files they are available at Other downloads.

I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not downloading properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.
(Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.)

Hi, I am having issues trying to install the trial version of InDesign? I downloaded the assistant and then nothing happens?

Where are you choosing to download the install files too? Are you able to sign into the Adobe Download Assistant or are you not able to get that far?

You cannot upgrade from CS3 to CS5.5 now as CS5.5 is no more in picture. Instead, you can upgrade to CS6.
However, if you need the download link for inDesign or any other CS5.5 applications, you can use the below link to download them and then serialize using your serial key for CS5.5

I have Creative Suite 4. Everything was working until I took my computer to a shop to have it worked on. Now everything works except for Indesign. When I put in my serial number it says it's invalid. I deactivated Illustrator and tried reinstalling creative suite and still everything is working except for Indesign. What can I do?

That is patently not true.
You should be able to look it up yourself as I described above.
My serial numbers go back to a copy of Adobe Persuasion I bought in 1993!
Does your serial number has 24 digits?
If necessary, call Customer Service and ask for a supervisor to get satisfaction.

I am trying to install a trail for InDesign CC to finish a project soon. I downloaded Creative Cloud, the app is in my folder, but it won't open and when I try to download InDesign an error pops up saying Adobe is trying to install malware.

I just installed Creative Cloud in order to download a trial for InDesign. I have the app icon for CC, but it won't open. When it was in my toolbar (on a mac) it just sat there loading for about 15 minutes. I tried restarting it but it won't open at all now. I also tried downloading an InDesign trail and it won't open at all. When I click for it to download an error message pops up saying Adobe is trying to instal malware and asks me if I want to continue. When I say yes, it doesn't do anything. I have a brochure that needs to go to the client by 4pm today! EEK!

Sydneybling it does sound like your security software is interfering with the process of installing and utilizing your Adobe Creative applications. I would recommend that you try temporarily disabling your security software and utilizing the directions listed at Install and update apps - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html to install InDesign CC.

All of my music disappeared after downloading 2 songs from ITunes. Now my library is empty on my IPhone except for those 2.

All of my music on the library disapperead when I downloaded the free Justin Timberlake album from the 12 days app today. I normally use our family's Apple ID because thats where we have the credit card info to purchase stuff. There was an error today while using that Apple ID as our credit card was canceled so i could not use it because we owed like $3. So I used mine instead to download the free album. I signed out of my family's ID and used mine to download the JT music. I thought everything went great until i started 'playin' my music and I could not find anything! Except for those two songs that I barely like. I signed out of my Apple ID, nothing happened. I closed the music app, again, nothing. I performed a reset, nothing. I cannot seem to get my music back. This has never happened before. I am currently traveling abroad and my laptop is back home, so I cannot sync my IPhone. Anyway to soultion this? I am absolutely getting more frustated with my Apple product every hour.
Anything I can do to get my music back before resorting to my laptop which is thousands of miles away? Help me get my music back.
P.S. In memory usage, beside the Music app which is suppposed to say like 4GB, currently is says No Data.

HI Jazzy, caveat first. I'm not hugely experienced with iTunes and syncing music, BUT, I think the problem is your switch of Apple ID. The music you had before 'belongs' the the previous family AppleID. When you switched ID, then iTunes didn't associate the new ID with the old music list.
Try this:
Log back in with the family ID. Either change the credit card number to your own, or add your credit card to the family one. You should be able to delete it later when you have finished. Then you should be able to download the Justin Timberlake album to the family account.
My suspicion is that by logging back in with the original ID, all the music should be back.

Where can I find a download for Indesign CS4 6.0 WIN?

We are a charity organisation and during the office move, it appears that we have lost the CD which may have recieved at the time.
Having spoken to Tech Support at Adobe, they recommend that I put this on the forum as there is no download available for this version.
We have a certificate from Adobe showing that we purchased InDesign CS4 6.0 WIN AOO License[removed by moderator].
Can someone let me know if and where I can download InDesign so that we can use our license serial number.

You can download the CS4 installers from Download CS4 products. Be sure you pick the product and platform that match your license.

Use the trackpad to scroll, thats what it was designed for. The scroll bars automatically disappear when not being used and will appear if you scroll up or down using the trackpad.

The fact is the vast majority of Mountain Lion users will not be experiencing any major problems with the OS, or maybe with apps which are not compatible, but thats hardly Apple's fault if developers don't update their apps.
