Having trouble installing Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premium on Windows 7 64-bit

I am trying to install Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premium on Windows 7 64-bit. Everything goes well until installing AdobeHelp and when the minutes from 20 minutes jumped to 200 minutes and freeze.

I don't know if you are on a personal PC/Mac or on a large environment. On my case I'm trying to use AAMEE to package and SCCM 2012 to deploy it over a considerable number of 64bits machines.
So, I have created a Deployment using AAMEE and one of the Exceptions was AdobeHelp. The command line that was provided on the Exceptionsinfo.txt after building the package is:
AdobeHelp\InstallAdobeHelp.exe appVersion=4.0.244 appId=chc pubId=4875E02D9FB21EE389F73B8D1702B320485DF8CE.1 installerArg1=-silent installerArg2=-eulaAccepted installerArg3=-programMenu installerArg4=AdobeHelp.air
With the normal AAMEE package I will not be able to install all the Exceptions so I created a CMD file with a sequence to install the main MSI and then the Exceptions. To the provided command before mentioned I included the following:

My sequence goes well but then when trying to install AdobeHelp it sends an error that it can't find -silent and seems that it got frozen as it's still runing the installation as I'm writing.
If someone has any idea please share it with us as this could be an error on AAMEE with the command that it was provided to me after creating the deployment package.

Does the Design and Web Premium for students program for Mac allow multiple downloads on other Mac computers? Can this program be upgraded to be used on windows as well?

I am a university student that requires a second computer. However, I do not want to purchase a second Adobe Suite Design and Web Premium Program. Does this program allow for multiple downloads? I have a Mac laptop, and I bought the Mac version of the program, is there a way to upgrade it to use it on windows? Or will it only download on a Mac device?

Chances are your license is only for the Mac platform.
You are not really limited in the number of times you might download - just the number of installations you can have activated. You can have activated installations on two machines, though they both have to be running the same platform. If it is CS6 you can request a platform swap,but that doesn't sound like what you wish to do.

Installation issue with CS6 Design and Web Premium

I purchased CS6 Design and Web Premium for school with a voucher from JourneyEd. I have downloaded (it took 13 hours not 1.5)and assume that it completed since I saw the files extracting in the download assistant. I always download to my desktop and install from there. I have two folders, CS6 Master Collection which is empty and CS6 Design and Web Premium which has three subfolders; Adobe CS6, Design and Web Premium and fonts. The first two have set-up file applications within them. There is no .exe file so I have run the set-up applications within these file folders. An installer appears and runs onscreen but nothing is installed. There are no error messages. I purchased this computer in June and it has more than enough space. I am using Windows 7. I really need this for school.

You can then enter the serial number for your purchase during the installation process.

I was told that my software programs (Adobe Design and Web Premium full license for Windows 7 Home Premium) will be formatted which means I will not be able to have them on my computer anymore. you just need your serial number and the installation files. you should deactivate (help>deactivate before reformatting your hd. if you don't have your serial number, use belarc advisor to recover it from you computer before doing anything else.

Silent installation + activation for CS6 design and web premium - volume license

Hi All,
I am having CS6 design and web premium - volume license and i am facing with a difficulty that we have to choose options for installation, also all of our computers are working behind proxy, therefore there is no direct internet which is causing problem with activation. Can you any suggest me away to implement silent install and activation without internet for bulk PCs ( about 500).

I recently purchased a Japanese version of Design and Web Premium CS6, I called Adobe and got a set of serial number for an English version. All the programs except for Photoshop were successfully translated into English.
How do I get an English version of the Photoshop program?

Please peform the following steps in order change the User Interface of Photoshop CS6(Japanese or any other language) to English.
Windows:
Navigate to the directory C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS6\Locales\<languageSet>\Support Files
Look for the file named "tw10418.dat"
Rename the file extension to .back from .dat(please make sure Photoshop is closed
Restart Photoshop.
You need to follow the same procedure for C:\Program Files(x86)\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS6\Locales\<languageSet>\Support Files
Mac:
Navigate to the directory /Applications/Photoshop CS6/Locales/<languageSet>/Support Files
Look for the file named "tw10418.dat"
Rename the file extension to .back from .dat(please make sure Photoshop is closed
Restart Photoshop
Note: Here <languageSet> is ccorespond to your current language.

Creative Suite 6 Design and Web Premium Windows Question

Hi!
I am considering purchasing Creative Suite 6 Design and Web Premium Windows. The designer I work with does all of our work in the same program, only it is version 5. Before I make the purchase, I want to make sure the two versions are compatible. Will I be able to make changes to their work when they send it to me in version 5?
Also, where would I even begin to look for a class on how to use this product?

Yes, you can open up files from older versions in newer versions, it may just not always work the otehr way around. Your otehr question is too generic. We don't know what kind of work you do and pointing you to random tutorials may not at al lbe productive. If you feel so inclined, spend a little time looking up some basics video tutorials for the programs, but anything specific is best asked when you actually encounter the issues.

Just wondering how I can get around the Adobe Design and Web Premium creating a huge profile for each network user. When a new user logs in on the network a 6 GB Adobe Design and Web Premium folder is created in their profile. With dozens of students logging into each machine that equals dozens of 6GB folders.

Thanks for the suggestion. I eventually got in touch with Adobe Technical Support and it turned out that my Adobe Application Manager was not the latest version. They downloaded the latest version and installed it and that seemed to solve the problem. I was able to install my CS6 Creative Suite and validate the serial number. All seems to be going well at the moment.
