CS 6 Master COllection with Win8

Hey all, I'm tryin to run the Master Collection with Win 8 on my new laptop.
I downloaded the trial (MasterCollection_CS6_LS16. 7Z) but I don't know how to install it now.
When I use the installation app it says, problem.. and check your save location.
ANd later, that there has been a problem with extracting the archive and i should try to download again.
Any ideas what to do?
I'm also trying to download the dmg file now..

Haven't purchased it yet. I used to work with another programme (pinnacle studio) last year, but as i got a new computer, my co-worker recommended the Master Collection.
Hopefully it's going to work now.

Where is the Apple problem? I have CS4 and CS5 running perfectly fine on my Macbook Pro. Installed 5 after Lion upgrade. Worth every cent. Adobe did have some catching up to do with Lion but with the CS5.5 update all runs fine. But not yours. So it is a problem with the Lion OS? You say you have been with Adobe since 2005. So you would be aware of all the other issues that Adobe had catching up with past Oss in Mac and Windows then. They get it right, but it is up to them. It is not up to Apple, nor Microsoft for that matter, to run around and check that every software developer in the world is running their business properly.
And what has politics got to do with anything. Some people just have to blame Software for their poor Hardware maintainence of failure of the same.

Activate problem CS6 master collection with original product key

I have an original version of the Adobe CS6 master collection with a original product key. I use this version now or more than one year on my Imac with version Yosemite 10.10.2.
The last days i have the problem that my product key is not valid? How is that possible??
I re enter the product key for a lot of times but i can't reactievat my product.

if you read it it says to open the Flex folder and change the name. I did that and the apps work but I was not asked for the serial number again. I was in in 10.4.11 and just upgraded to 10.5.4 could that have caused this as I was running fine before.

you shouldn't need to uninstall anything (and do not delete any files).
just run the master collection installer and tick/select the programs you want to install.

Purchase of Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Master Collection with 32-bit Windows system

I have issued an order for the Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Master Collection. However, I just realized that Premiere Pro CS5.5 and AfterEffect CS5.5 will not run on my computer since my system is only running on Windows 7 32-bit.
I am wondering if it is possible for me to use the CS5.5 Key to install Premiere Pro CS4 and AfterEffect CS4?
Or, I would have to purchase them separately?

I just bought CS5 Creative Suite Master Collection on Tigerdirect.com. I noticed there wasn't any details about what version of software you can upgrade from (such as Master Collection or Design Premium etc) I currently have CS3 Design Premium Software (an upgraded version from CS1 or whatever). Will I be able to upgrade to the CS5 Creative Suite Master Collection by using my CS3 Design Premium serial number?

Hello I have a CS5 Master Collection with Dynamic Link problems

Hello Adobe,
I had no problems with CS5 Master Colection, but after 1 week Encore dont work, the problem is, Dynamic lInk is not wordking.
I deinstall all Adobe products and use the adobe creative suite cleaner tool and after that I make a register cleanup.
Then I Start up windows 7 Pro 64 Bit Agan and install de CS5 Suite, but after that the same problems with Dynamic link apear
I hope anyone have an solution!!

Is it possible to upgrade from CS6 Design Premium to CS6 Master Collection with education pricing?

If not, is CS6 Production Premium still available with student discount in the UK?

There are no sidegrades from one suite to another suite and generally edu versions cannot be upgraded otehr than to the commercial one. Short of getting Creative Cloud for edu, I see no way of resolving your dilemma, but feel free to call S&T support.

Set up error on CS4 Master Collection

I bought and have been running the CS4 Master Collection with no problems for months.
Then suddenly, I got a glitch in my photoshop CS4 and could not repair it. I decided to uninstall the whole CS4 suite only to find that it did not uninstall properly. In the uninstall panel, the suite set up icon remained, even though it showed no more programs in terms of space taken up.
I then tried reinstalling the suite, but got this message:
Setup has encountered an error and cannot continue. Contact Adobe Customer Support for assistance.
Note this is NOT Internal Error 2739. At least not that I know of.
I have since been on various forums and help sites and tried all kinds of ways to get around this - downloading Java Runtime, doing a regsvr32 jscript.dll command in cd ..\SysWow64 through an elevated command prompt as admin. Master collection license reverted to trial?? Not working anymore..

Last year I bought Adobe CS6 Master Collection with a full license. Now, when I boot up any Adobe program from the suite, I get the message my 'trial' has expired. I didn't have a 'trial' license, I had a full, paid license. What went wrong here? Any other people with this problem? And how can I fix it?

Please contact your reseller regarding this. The serial number you have is from a term licensing agreement which means the license is only valid for a specified period of time.

CS5 Master Collection Installation Issue

I have a 15in retina display mac running on mavericks. I recently ran a clean up software for my computer and it deleted all my adobe applications. When I try to install from the disk I get the error "installer failed to initialize" and adobe support advisor did not detect an issue. I've tried just about everything and I can't get it back. Any help would be much appriciated! I can supply any additional information you might need

MAC CS5.5 - Problem Upgrade Design Standard Testversion to Master Collection

I want to migrate from the Design Standard test version to the Master Collection CS 5.5 on MAC.
Things that I have done:
- Remove the Design Standard version with the Application manager
- Installation of the Master Collection with correct recognizes serial number (green sign)
- Starting InDesign
- Dialog of 30 days test period from the removed Design Standard version appears.
What did I wrong or missed I something?
Any help for me?

Beim Upgrade einer Design Standard Testversion auf die Master Collection kommt trotz vollständiger Deinstalltion mit dem Application Manager nach Eingabe der neuen Seriennummer der Master Collection (die mit grünem Häkhen erkannt wurde) der Testdialog mit 30 Tagen der Design Standard Version beim Start von InDesign.
Irgendwie hat er nicht alles gelöscht wie es scheint.

I have removed all existing Adobe version from the computer (CS5, CS5.5 and CS6), the CS CleanerTool doesn't find any installed version but nothing changed after installing the CS 5.5 Master collection. The CS 5.5 Design Standard 30 days test period dialog appears :-(
Any futher helps? Could the Adobe files be removed manually from the system including all hidden or system files?

RDS 2012 - Virtual desktop collection with powershell and custom answerfile fails on VDI deployment

I try to deploy a new virtual desktop collection with Win8 VDI's (pooled/managed) based on a custom answer file. Everything needs to automated so working with the server manager is not an option, that's why the answer file is needed.
The lab environment is based on Windows Server 2012 and Win8 Enterprise only. So functional level etc. is off course Windows Server 2012.

Without the answer file parameter is runs perfectly, BUT the VDI machines get the OOBE.... That's not what we want off course....

nothing. I looked on the management server and the connection broker.
