CS 7? Non-subscription options?

I am a current user of CS4 Design premium. I currently run OS X 10.9 Mavericks, and this is becoming a problem. I do not get every last upgrade, as I do not need every new feature. And I am not a graphics design professional, just a regular user who likes to use good tools. I do not get paid for what i do. I use Photoshop for my own photos, and InDesign for the occasional project, of which I do not get paid generally. I cannot afford $50 a month ($600 a year!) for this kind of usage. And while you might say, "Well, for that, you get the Master Collection! Every last program we make!", I do not use all those programs. I don't do film or sound editing and get zero value out of that.
I realize it's better for you guys if you get everyone on board with Creative Cloud. You make more money that way. But also, you lose the casual, but avid users of your products. And that is where you get your next generation of users, btw. I will be forced to look for alternatives that do the job and that I can afford.
Please, PLEASE give me an option here. Please?

Not helpful. I wasn't "whining" or asking for CC to go away, so your post implies, I was merely asking for an alternative for us hobbyist users who don't get paid for our usage and can't afford to rent the entire product line, no matter how good a value ( unless, like me, you aren't using the entire product line).  Generally, I get about 3 years out of a version. By that time, OS updates and incompatibilities force me up.  I'm sure CC is good for some, but not for the casual user.
