CS 9: Tree Manager Errors and No Subjects Found

Hello all,
Completed installation and updates to Campus Solutions 9 on PT 8.51 and I get the following error when trying to delete a level from a tree in Tree Manager:

The built-in function GetPageField has specified a page that is not defined in the current component, or that is not permitted to the current operator.
Review the PeopleCode and correct.
I tried with PS and can't remove the level either and both users have the PeopleSoft Administrator role added.
As a possibly related issue, I can't see any subject codes in the ACAD_ORGANIZATION tree to add as leaves. The Academic Institution "field" is uneditable and blank. I have Read/Write access to the Academic Institution in the Set Up SACR --> Security [...] --> Academic Institution Security. What step haven't I done yet that I should have done to see my Academic Institutions and subjects in the Tree Manager?

**You may need to consider possibilities of it being blocked or a DNS issue
Are you saying you are able to access specific sites with IE but not with Firefox. Try reloading the pages with Ctrl + F5 or clear the Firefox cahe and the site cookies

Crashes
If these are actual crashes, or maybe plugin hangs you should get Crash reports, if you allow them to be submitted then you will get Crash Ids that start with '''bp-'''and are available when you navigate to ''about:crashes''

Possibly it's more likely to be a hang but this article mainly covers hangs on startup or shutdown
