CS - need an official response for my insurer?

Hi,
All my home computers were stollen in a burglary at the beginning of the year, My insurer is willing to replace my copy of CS with a copy of CS6, since I have the receipt for the original purchase. However, they need an email from Adobe to say that I cannot install my copy of CS, I have the disks etc. on the macbook pro with mavericks that they have bought me as a replacement for my old laptop. How do I get a response from Adobe? Every way that I try to get an email from Adobe I get either no response at all or I get directed to this forum...

You'll have to either call AppleCare...they'll have a record, or go back to the Genius bar where your phone was replaced.

I looked in the community and found finding an iPod with iTunes, but iTunes on my iPad doesn't have preferences, so now I don't know what to do. Can I call someone? Is there really any help. Well, if you don't have a copy of your purchase receipt, then you can find the serial number in your support profile if you registered the machine. As for a copy of your invoice, call the Apple store and ask for a copy.

Need Help For Sap Insurance Presentation

Dear Friends,
I am a Technical person and i want to give a Presentation on 'SAP Insurance - Collection and Disbursements '.I have gone through Sap help for SAP Insurance but am not getting what should be my material for Presentation. Being A technical person not able to understand WHAT SHOULD BE THE CONTENTS OF PRESENTATION i:e should it be more of Technical or Functional.
Please help me and Guide me for the Contents from a Functional Point of view, as i will be giving presentation to My Seniors.

I do not understand presentation in terms of collection and disbursement you mean from the business side of things or will i say looking at it from a business analyst perspective. I have some info if you can send an email add then i will send something which might be helpful though i am not sure, I myself i am just moving into such area as a SAP Business Analyst for Claims managment though i have an insurance background of another ERP so i might be able to help.

As a currently unsatisfied owner of a Z10 I am wondering if Blackberry would post an official response to some of the serious faults in the Z10.
There seems to be a steady stream of posts that reflect the frustration and disappointment of some very loyal customers. Unofficial rumors of updates circulate for weeks without any action.
My own disappointments are;
Inability to have an Auto BCC function as was available on previous models.This is not a feature that I can activate on my server.
Garbled text in sent emails.
This is a major problem.
Emails appearing as opened when they had not been opened at any time.
causes the odd missed email.
Lack of 2 way sync with my desktop MS Outlook.
The 1 way patch is a start.
My phone is primarily used for business which means that my new Z10 has been stored in my desk drawer for three weeks now while I resort back to my old obsolete Curve.
These problems and others listed on the forum appear to cross over carriers and countries.
Is there a fix for these email related problems coming before the Q10 release in North America?

Official solution for unlocking for an old iPhone 3GS

Last summer, I purchased an iPhone 3GS together with a 2-year contract with Swisscom, one of the mobile telephone operators in Switzerland. A few weeks ago, my phone was stolen while I was on a trip. I contacted Swisscom and informed them that the phone had been stolen. They deactivated the old SIM card, and sent me a replacement SIM card. I reported the theft to the police too. My understanding is that the IMEI number of my old iPhone will be added to a blacklist so that it cannot be used on any mobile telephone networks anymore.
My father, who lives in Texas, recently upgraded from an iPhone 3GS to an iPhone 4. He extended his original contract with AT&T and simply moved his number over to the new phone. Because he no longer had a need for his old iPhone 3GS, he agreed to send it to me. At my suggestion, he went first to the Apple Store in Austin and requested that they unlock the phone. The folks at the Apple Store informed him that they could not unlock it. They suggested that Apple or the mobile carrier in Switzerland could unlock the phone.
My father shipped his old iPhone 3GS to me, and I received it yesterday. This morning, I went to the Apple Store in Zürich and asked if they could unlock the phone so that I could use it with my Swisscom SIM card—the one Swisscom sent me to replace the one in my stolen iPhone. They told me that they could not do this, and that only the original carrier, AT&T could unlock the phone.
What is the official solution for unlocking an old iPhone 3GS?

Re-using old products to extend their useable lifetimes is one of the most effective ways of reducing the impact we have on the environment. When my phone was stolen, it seemed like a perfect opportunity to put this philosophy into action, using my dad’s old phone to use instead of just throwing it away, or leaving it on a shelf to be discarded later.
I think it would be a shame if there were no officially sanctioned way to put an old device to good use.

How to restrict bidders must response for all items?

   we used SRM7.0 with Standalone Scenario.
   we need to restrict the bidder response for all items. in RFx items tab page, there is a checkbox 'RFX response Required for All items'. but it is doesn't work for this purpose. If the bidder reponse without price, they get warning message "Line 0001: '0' in the price field means that you are offering the item for free " . [there should be no free goods]
   how to solve it?    thanks in advance.

In RFx, in Item tab, you have an indicator "RFx Response required for all the items", but unfortunately it does not work! I don't know why?
One way to make it is, to do validation using BBP_DOC_CHECK_BADI. Other way is to create subline items under outline and check the "lot" indicator for the outlne. For this, you must have assigned HIER_SRM to the process type of RFx and RFx Response. Also refer to note 1267549 while making this assignment. Then if the bidder quotes for one item, then he/she has to quote for all items.
If you wanted to allow bidder to quote there own quantity check "Bidder can Change Quantities" in item tabl of RFx. Then the bidder gets separate columns as Required Quantity and Submitted Quantity. However note that, the system will not generate any message if the bidder quotes more than the required quantity. If you wanted to so, you need to validate the entry using the same BAdI.

I need best architecture design for the following scenario:
Sender: Mail
Receiver: if sender body contain u201DApproveu201D, then call SOAP adapter, If SOAP adapter execute successfully, then send Mail(SOAP adapter executed successfully) and SMS . So receiver is SOAP, Mail and SMS.
My current approach issue:
Three message mapping:
Mapping1: mail to SOAP
Mapping2: mail to Mail
Mapping3: mail to SMS
In interface determinant>u201DSelect all three operation mappingu201D> u201Cselect order at runtimeu201D.
Issue in current approach: For me first SOAP adapter should complete successfully, after that only my Mail and SMS operation mapping should execute:
But problem is before success of SOAP adapter engine, Mail and SMS mapping completed or integration engine executed.
Note: There is possible to fail the SOAP request in adapter engine.
Kindly help me --> u201CAm I going correct way or want to change the architectureu201D?

What do you mean by successful execution of soap call? Are you talking about Successful response (happy flow) from the soap call instead of application error ? Then based on the response you want to decide sending mail and sms. How big call is your soap ? If your soap interface is very simple I can give the other possible way.
Sender sends the message, use mapping to read the content and then do soap call in the mapping itself and after seeing the soap response decide about two receivers (mail and SMS). If your soap call is very simple one, you can go for it. Otherwise I would not recommend this. The reason is you loose some visibility regards to monitoring during soap call in the mapping.
Other option is go for CCBPM. Here you receive the message, use send step to soap interface which is sync step. Then after seeing the response create another block with fork steps each for two senders mail and sms. If response bad then dont proceed or execute the next block. Simply use exeception or control step to jump out from the block,

You should not be looking at Siebel 7, but 8. There is a lot of new functionality in Siebel 8 when it comes to Insurance.

PO Responsibility for Document Approval

Hello,
For a person to be able to approve purchase orders in Oracle, does the person need to have an Oracle responsibility assigned to them in order to do (For e,g., PO Approver, etc) providing they are set-up with a job that enables them to approve? If a person will approve only via the email notification they receive, do they still need an Oracle responsibility assigned?

Ans : No, for approval process no need to assign a PO responsibility.. but if approver want to view the document from approval page then he indeed need a PO responsibility assigned to him

Exit or BADI for checking insurance relantionship

I need to make some checkings on insurance provider on insurance relationship screen on NP10. I've been looking for them and i've got user-exits NVVH0000 and NVVH0001. I've implemented my checkings, and activate them, but the code is not executed. Using where-used list, i've check these function modules aren't used anywhere. Is there any way to achieve these exits to be executed??
So I've seek for a BADI, and I've found ISH_INSREL_CASE_SAVE. This works fine, but it's only executed when a change on insurance relationship is carry out, and I need to made my checks always.
Can anybody help me??
