Cs review panel says my account status is suspended and wont let me log in.
When i tried to post a review
using the review panel in In Design the panel says
"This software service is available only as a part of Adobe's CS Live Services. You do not have an active subscription to CS Live Services." and "account status suspended"
however i am certain i have an actibe subscription and i can make reviews directly from adobe.com i just cant to it from within the review panel
i ended up figuring it out
i wasnt logged in my sister who only has an account for reviewing had tried to log in i went to the Acess Cs Live pannel logged her out and then logged myself in and it works fine.

You must set the account using a Mac or an iPad/iPhone, it may not be setup using a PC.

I attempted to open a post on Facebook posted by a relative. The screen goes to http://www.applehelp.net and posts a pop-up saying the apple email is temporarily suspended due to suspicious activity on my computer and leaves an 844 phone number. I'm using Google Chrome right now but I prefer Safari. Has anyone found this in the past and what can I do to restore Safari?
Oh - thank you for posting - saved me a trip to the genius bar!! Very easy fix! I will stay away frtom certain websites from now on, and will only use Chrome or Firefox, something expendable.

im trying to purchase music and it says i have $21.07 on my itunes account but when i go to purchase music it asks for my credit card details or a gift card no. and wont let me continue til i do so. how do i spend the money i have on there already?
i try to download the song and it comes up with put in password. then it takes me to a credit card detail place. i have enough money on my account i shouldn't have to use my credit card. how can i use the money alredy on my account?If the amount of the purchase is close to $21.07, then you need to take into account taxes may be added.

I would guess this is an AIM valid Screen Name such as an Apple issued @mac.com account.
I would also guess you travel to other countries.
There have been several posts about @mac.com names and people who travel and use their Screen Name elsewhere having the name Suspended.
Can you Log in here https://settings.aim.com/ ?
Is this where you saw the Suspended message ?
For AIM issued name the answer is to change your Password as this tends to prove you own the account.
This does not work for Apple IDs used as AIM Valid Screen Names as AIM can't tell when the password is changed (They can only see it when you log in)
AIM's Suspended Account page has an email ([email protected]) on it to contact if your account remains Suspended.
However you need to be very clear that you have an Apple Issued Name and that you know that resetting the password that works for AIM Names and that you would like them to reset the account.
More recently this has been a sticking point. It seems the Contact you get does not always know about the agreement that AIM recognises Apple Issued IDs as Valid Screen Names and that the AIM servers can only view the passwords at specific times (or at least confirm them) so you changing it will make no difference and that they have to step in manually.

You have to respond to the verification email that Apple should have sent to you by clicking the Verify Now link. Make sure you check the email address you used to set up your iCloud account. This would not normally be an @icloud.com email address. Also make sure you check the spam/junk folder as well as the inbox. If it isn't there, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage your Apple ID, sign in, click on Name, ID and Email addresses on the left, then to the right click Resend under your Primary Email Address to resend the verification email.

ITunes says I purchased an album but it wont let me download it
I bought an album on on my laptop for my old iPod. Now I have an iPod touch and i went into the purchased items on the itunes app and it didnt have the album i was looking for in it. I then searched for it in the search bar and it still says i purchased the album but it wont let me download it. There isnt an error that comes up or anything. It just wont let me download it and ITS DRIVING ME CRAZY! Can someone please help? (i hope i dont have to purchase the album again)
Again, how are you trying to "download' it - what options are you selecting to do the download? Also, the forum you posted in is iTunes for Windows, but you also mentioned your iPhone. Where are you trying to download the past purchase? Once I know that, I will be able to provide you with instructions on how to download it again.

I've just bought an iPhone 5S in the UK, seems like a big mistake, but luckily by law we can return goods, which is exactly what is going to happen if I cant get this to work. This is my business phone, not having it functional can cost me money.
I have turned off sync to icloud from the phone for both my contacts and calendar, as told on itunes. However, iTunes still says they are synced from iCloud and wont sync to my PC, why and how do I fix it so that it doesnt go to iCloud for anything ?
The phone currently has no contacts or calendar information installed.

Just like those who contribute to these forums. Sometimes Google is your best friend.
I agree that Apple could probably make it easier, but as of yet prefer security over freedom. (sound famaliar?)

This error is often related to USB timing. Try changing USB ports, using a different dock connector to USB cable, and other available USB troubleshooting steps (troubleshooting USB connections. If you are using a dock, bypass it and connect directly to the white Apple USB dock connector cable. If the issue persists on a known-good computer, the device may need service.
If the issue is not resolved by USB isolation troubleshooting, and another computer is not available, try these steps to resolve the issue:
Connect the device to iTunes, confirm that the device is in Recovery Mode. If it's not in Recovery Mode, put it into Recovery Mode.

Hi, i was using my iphone 4 and i was trying to download an app. It was saying i needed a sercity question. I tryed to remember the answers to the questions but i forgot. It was saying it was going to send the correct answers to my email. But the email it has typed in i have never seen before in my life. So i was wondering what to do. It has now locked my apple id and wont let me use it.

i used the "erase free space " option in disk utility and now my imac says the disk is full and wont let me download songs. please help!
You could try repairing permissions with disk utility, I don't think you will have the option to repair the drive but you could verify it.
This may help you delete the files that DU made but did not remove when erasing the free space.

When you get your SL disk it will not have the iLife applications, that would have been on the second install disk that should have been with the computer. A search of the forums will confirm or deny this.
