CS3.2 crashes on MPEG4 import and I've tried everything! Help!

I have a wealth of footage in mpeg4 format with the file data as I've included below (file property info from CS3.2) and I for the life of CAN NOT find a way of getting the files in without the program crashing for editing. They are large files, but not too large, and I've tried to reformat into wmv or similar with no luck (content browser,clip browser,movie maker, etc). Ideally I want wmv files as another friend has given me a load of rushes in wmv and I have no problem at all with these, so i know they work with my program. I'm trying to get the HD image as was recorded - I can get a half-definition version OK but I can't use that.
I have a PC i7, 8 gig RAM, CS3.2. The details are below...if anyone has any ideas then I would be most appreciative - I've spent hours reading and trying various CODEC updates, etc, but to no avail.

According to http://help.adobe.com/archive/en_US/premierepro/cs3/premierepro_cs3_help.pdf there are specific considerations when trying to use XDCAM material
I no longer use CS3, and never did use XDCAM, so I will let you search the user guide to see if you are doing things according to what it says
If you still can't get your files to work, you will need to find a converter that works to create files you may edit

IPod Shuffle 2nd Gen suddenly freezes PC and I've tried everything, Help!
In the past few days, my iPod Shuffle 2nd generation suddenly started to freeze my computer moments after it syncs new music onto it or is plugged in for awhile. I've tried everything to find out why it's begun doing this. Here's what I've tried:
- I recently updated to iTunes 9 around the time it began freezing, and thought maybe that was the problem. I completely uninstalled it and installed an older version. Didn't work.
- I reformatted and reset my iPod to factory settings. Didn't work.
- I've done many complete virus scans on my PC. It didn't find anything.
- I've synced the iPod with another PC to see if it would freeze it. It didn't and works fine elsewhere, leading me to believe there's some software issue going on.
I've checked many forums and read many stories about similar issues but nobody has a concrete answer. I don't have a free Customer Service call left with Apple. Any body have any ideas?
My computer stats:
- Windows Vista
- Plenty of free space
- HP Pavillion notebook
- iPod Shuffle 2nd gen
- Currently using iTunes v. 8.2Still no solution here, even with the help from Apple's tech support team. The first person I spoke with was the most helpful in knowing about this issue. He guided me on how to cleanly uninstall iTunes (all 6 components) and then reinstall. He said the Apple Mobile Device Support Assistant has been causing issues when updating and sure enough, I looked at the date when I updated to the latest iTunes, it was the exact date when my computer began having the freezing issue. Unfortunately, this didn't work. I completely uninstalled the iTunes again, and tried installing an older version. Didn't work.
I called Apple tech again today, and the person felt there was a conflict issue with other programs, so he sent me a guide on how to use msconfig to figure out which program could be doing that. Again, that option didn't work and iTunes froze again.
I really, really, really agree with the first Apple tech support person I spoke with that iTunes' latest version is the issue. It's no coincidence that the problem began right after the update occurred, but now I'm left with two iPod devices rendered completely useless since whatever was installed onto my PC in the latest iTunes has glitched up the system. -
PLEASE HELP - IPOD touch isn't recognised and I have tried everything!
Up until I updated itunes to 7.6 my Ipod Touch was fine. Since then it is not recognised and I have tried everything - uninstalling/reinstalling itunes; resetting my Ipod, using another USB port. I have even tried to restore to the earlier version of itunes and my computer won't restore! I really need to update my music especially since I have gone and bought 3 albums from istore today! Is there anyone that understands this??

Doublechecking. Have you also tried a complete uninstall of both iTunes and all the other related software components and then a reinstall? If not, try the instructions from the following document:

I am using Photoshop CS5 on a new iMac with a wireless keyboard. I used to be able to hit F11 to perform a custom sharpening action but now the F11 key is the volume control key and I have tried everything to disable or switch the volume key. I have also tried assigning other function keys to initiate the action. Is there a simple solution to this? What am I missing?
Try unmounting the volume on your iMac using Disk Utility. Then mount it again. You may need to reboot the laptop or relaunch its Finder process (using the Force Quit window) after remounting the drive on your iMac. Remember that no process may be accessing any files on the drive you plan to unmount, or the unmount will fail. Unmounting and remounting an external drive on my iMac made it become visible on my MacBook Pro after it had disappeared.

I have a ipod 5th gen and i changed my password because everyone knew it. I had forgotten it and now it is fully disabled. I can not get it online anymore and i have tried everything to get it restored. Please help as I am really worried
Disabled
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

Please can anyone help with the continuing password rejection problem with email on my imac.My Ipad and other systems work fine but despite reloading my password on imac it bounces back.Apple store has been visited and I have tried everything they suggest.
I use free Yahoo mail webMail access because folders I created in webmail access doesn't get set up in Apple Mail. While I was searching for post about password and keychain issues, I stumbled on several threads that complain about Mail folder issues, so I'm holding off on Apple Mail.
On the password and keychain issue that your post is all about. I've been using login keychain to save and automatical fill my login screens for a year or so successfully, with Safari and Chrome. Automatic form fill also works for Facebook login. Unfortunately, about 4 to 6 months ago, automatic password form fill stopped working with Yahoo webmail, while still worked for GMail (Safari and Chrome). I tried deleting the password entry for my two Yahoo email accounts to start fresh, but neither Safari not Chrome will even ask me if I want to save the password. I was so frustrated that I eventually installed the keypassX 0.43 (password manager) that is quite primitive sompare to OS X's keychain (when it works). Probably no surprise to you yet.
The surprise, to me at least, is that, for whatever reason, password auto form-fill from keychain started working again for Yahoo webmail login on Safari about 5-7 days ago. Still doesn't work on Chrome!
Two tips I can share, at least with webmail access:
1. Password is save only for one of my yahoo mail accounts. When I login in with my other yahoo account, I get no prompt to save the password, and form fill doesn't work when I try to log in a second time with my other Yahoo mail account.
2. On inspection of my login keychain, I see a webform password item saved for my Yahoo account that works with keychain. The name of the password is: login.yahoo.com(MyAccountName1#). When I open the password item and look in the Access Control tab, I see Safari and Chome are listed as allowed to access this password item..
I also an "Internet password" item with a name of just login.yahoo.com. When I open the the password item, it looks just like the password item created for MyAccountName#1, but the MyAccountName#2 is listed in the Account field. Inside the Access Control tab, no apps are listed in access permission. I added Safari and Chrome to the lists of allowed app, saved the password item.
Now when I bring up the Yahoo login page(by bookmark) on Safari, form fill fills in MyAccountname#1 for name and the proper password and I can login in. When I change the name to MyAccountName#2, the correct password is retrieved and I can log in! Alas, it still doesn't work on Chrome.
BTW, I changed the password item type from "Internet password" to "Web Form password" and saw no difference! I also edited the name to be "login.yahoo.com (MyAccountName#2)" to look like the web form password item that works, but it has no effect either.
From my experimentation, here's my observation:
1. A Web Form password item is created for the first account name(MyAccountName#1) for login.yahoo.com and typed as Web Form password. When I log in using MyAccountName#2, an Internet Password is created, but no applications are listed as allowed to access the password item, even when the password item was created after just logged in and logged out to yahoo with the account name and password for MyAccountName#2.
2. Manually adding Safari as an app that is allowed to use the password item works. Doesn't work with Chrome!
The version of Safari I'm using is Version 5.1.7 (6534.57.2). My installed version of Chrome is Version 21.0.1180.79 beta. -
i am trying to updat to 5.0 i have the latest version of itunes but it bring up the error 3194 and i have tried everything that it suggested includeing removing itues and reinstalling it i did get an error when it updated but dont know why and what for

Napster app will not open crashes right away, tried everything help!!
Opens up for a second then shuts down. I've tried deleting it then reinstalling, deleting it doing a soft and hard boot then reinstalling it. I have done a factory reset then restoring my iPad, nothing helps!
Anyone else know anyother tricks?

Restored the phone, deleted app and re downloaded it several times on both the computer and phone. rebooted phone in between every step. Basically every combination of things. My imessge status is offline and I have tried everything to reactivate it and nothing works. I don't know what to do.. lets try to break this down into a couple different steps here. Will start with Imessages first.
1. We need to make sure that we are currently connected to your cellular network or wifi. if you are not connected to wifi or 3g imessages will not send.
2 lets reset current network - simple as turning on airplane mode and turning it back off after 30 seconds.
settings > first option
3 Now lets check imessage go to settings > Messages
confirm imessage is turned on. If it is turned on turn it off for 30 seconds then turn it back on
4 Test it out
now attempt to send it to a friend with an iphone (on IOS5) and see if its working now

The device is in recovery mode. Connect it to a computer and restore it.
