CS3 Design Standard / Web Premium exceeded license error

I currently have 3  users using Web Premium, and 3 serial keys with a total of 17 licenses.  However, whenever I try to install it, it keeps telling me I exceeded the available licenses.
Please help!

only an adobe employe can help you with your volume license issue.  if you have a contact from when you made that purchase, you should use it.
if you did not make it clear this is a volume license issue with your chat person, retry chat.

  • Installing CS3 Design Standard & Premium

    Hi,
    A friend of mine has given me the Adobe CS3 Design Standard and Premium discs as they had the opportunity to upgrade to CS5.
    I have the 2 installation discs and one video workshop discs in their box, but no other packaging.
    My friend never registered or installed these items as they upgraded to CS5 before they needed to.
    I'd like to install these products but I'm not sure where to get the serial number?

    Was that license used as the basis for an upgrade? If so, you have no right
    to use them.

  • Error installing Photoshop CS6 (Design and Web Premium)

    A similar error occurs if I try to install all of CS6..  I've had Revo Uninstaller delete all the registry keys/leftover files and tried reinstalling..   I've tried installing MS Visual C++ 2010 independently of the install. No dice.  I have homework due tomorrow (of course) and my photoshop broke.. And will not install now..

    you just need your serial number and the installation files.  you should deactivate (help>deactivate before reformatting your hd.  if you don't have your serial number, use belarc advisor to recover it from you computer before doing anything else.

    We have volume licenses for CS3 Design Standard /Design Premium but no media kit for Windows, unfortunately. All attempts at finding this or buying it have failed. I've spoken direct to Adobe and the official solution is to upgrade to CS6 or Adobe CC! Which really isn't helpful. I've tried upgrading from the trial version of Design Std but that doesn't work.

    I'm a bit confused...I saw your note above about not working with volume license keys, but I disregarded it out of optimism because it doesn't match my experience.
    For our volume licenses, we get our our downloads via ESD (since CS3), and I was under the strong impression they were the same as the trial media (I believe the filenames and download URLs are actually the same?), but I guess I have not verified.
    I wonder if the more likely case is that your volume license code is invalid or has a typo or something? On the other hand, you guys seem to have two data points (Martin and James) to my one marginal one ("strong impression"), so there's that. And I guess my experience with this is Macintosh based but it should not be platform-specific.
    Still.
    I guess another possibility is to make sure that you're downloading the Design Standard installer instead of the installer for the individual products or perhaps the wrong suite package? I dunno.
    I remain skeptical, but I realize there's not a lot of data to back up my skepticism.

  • Configuration Error 16 on Creative Suite 6 Design and Web Premium

    Hello,
    I recently began receiving a Configuration Error 16 message when I attempt to launch any of the CS6 applications.
    I attempted to follow the instructions here:

    However, when I attempted to go to the SLStore and Adobe PCD folders in Finder, I discovered that neither folder actually exists.  (I'm guessing this may be a key cause of the problem.)
    I am wary of uninstalling and reinstalling, simply because I was provided a free download of CS6 Design and Web Premium by the University of California, Berkeley, which I attend.  I can produce my software license number upon request.
    Simply, how do I go about fixing this problem?  If a full uninstall and reinstall are the solution, will I be able to do so freely?
    I am using Mac OS 10.8.4

    When I bought the design standard I was told i could upgrade to Design and web premium. I do not want cc right now. I don't want to pay every month. I am a student and do not have money to waste each month

    S&T versions cannot be upgraded and specific to your situation there are as such no sidegrades, either. One would simply buy another full license with the educational discount. Feel free to contact sales support, maybe they can help you and sort this out.

    Make sure you have cookies enabled and clear your browser's cache before you try downloading.  If it continues to present that error try using a different browser.

    Maybe this can help someone else...  I simply had to properly uninstall CS3 and reinstall it again after that.  I think that sorted it!  I also remember having a similar issue with Macs at work a couple of years back.  Not sure whether the same applies to CS5/CS6.  Here's a link on how to properly uninstall CS3 on Windows XP, Windows Vista and Mac OS.  I'm on OS X 10.9.2 but it worked just fine.  Remove Creative Suite 3 and CS3 products
