CS3 Encore Error code: cpp 105

I prepair dvd project encore cs3 go to burn to disk. "not pre-rendered in premiere" Process starts normal, then 2 minutes into render Stops, Debug Event. \..\Src\Time.cpp-105]. "An input contract violation" I can find no way around this issue. I am able to do project in CS2 fine, no problems.
cineform & .mov are files used as core files. This issue happens on 3 workstations the same error code.

Can't burn DVD from Encore. I get error code 37303. I have used Verbatim disc forever. Took Mac computer to Apple Store and the drive checks out fine. Beyond frustrated. Project two months late. Any suggestions most welcome.

I read thru most of these posts earlier. Tried a few things with no luck. It is not the drive Apple checked it out. It's good. I can burn an Image file, but not a disc. I used the media encoder. I never have had to before. The image burner program talked about won't burn a image file. I did burn a short file to disc on Encore today, but it is only 37 seconds long. I have tried encoding the project differently. Verbatim discs have always worked for me.

Can't Burn DVD:Encore Error code 5A803

I'm working with the CS3 suite and whenever I try to burn a DVD the following message comes up: Hardware error sense code 5A803. Pleae contact harware manufacturer.
I'm working with a Pioneer DVD burner, I was able to import an ISO file and burn that to DVD using Nero but every effort to burn from Premiere via Encore brings up the 5A803 error message.
Help, please send help!

Firstly, please don't make multiple posts on the same problem. Once is enough.
Secondly, I strongly suspect that your Nero installation is the cause of the problem. Did you allow it to install the Packet Writing utility? If so, please see the FAQ for details on how to avoid this issue in future.

Encore Error: CGOPGrouper.cpp

For some reason a project that used to burn without problems to DVD now gives the error
"internal software error:.Vobulator\TitlePlanner\CGOPGrouper.cpp line 297" and aborts. Any suggestions?
Encore reports no problems with Check Project.
WinXP Pro 32 bit. Encore DVD2
4GB RAM, 150 GB HD
I've cleared the cache through the preferences and deleted and recreated all chapters without success.

In adobe CS5 i realized that the problem was a .mov file rendered with an external program. The length of the .mov was not correct. Placed on the Encore timeline, it ended not precisely at the frame mark. But in the midlle. If you have this kind of error you must check if the files on the timeline are correctly placed at the start or the end of the frame. Not in the midlle. To view this just zoom at max the timeline to see where the imported videofiles or audio ends. It worked for me.
An another problem i actually suffer is: "file not found " error. But restarting osx everything goes ok.

I am experencing problems with access to the internet (wireless). I can an error code of 105 which means
The wireless router/AP for your network is working, but your computer is not able to use an IP address to connect to the Internet. You will not be able to connect to the Internet, although you might be able to connect to your local network. Contact your network administrator or wireless router/AP installer for assistance.
The Internet website ping test determines if your computer is able to connect to the Internet using an internet IP address
I have followed all of the instructions concerning resetting the router, using the BT disc, changed the filters, tried connecting via wired cable etc etc. I've even plugged in an older router and laptop so I am convinced it is the server or a fault on the line. With some phone points the blue broadband light does not come on. I have managed now to get back on line but am not confident that come tomorrow I will not be faced with the same problem, resolution only seems to last the day. Has BT changed something?

I've had the same thing!
First started about 10 months ago, i was getting a V04 error code on my BT vision box, which apparently is a similar issue.
I cancelled my BT vision and BT kindly gave me my money back (although i am still in the process of claiming compensation through legal action).
Now though i get an error_105_code and it goes away once i reset the hub.
I do however have to reset the hub almost every day!!!! and sometimes i have to reset more than once, 5 times a day has been commonplace.
Bt have sent me a new hub, an engineer has been and changed the socket(only one i have) and they are adamant that there is no fault!
I'm convinced though that the V04 Vision fault and the current ongoing error_105_code fault are one and the same fault.
If you get any joy in finding out whats causing it please let me know. Oh and if anyone has any legal advice they can give me for free i would be very thankful.

Starcraft 2 not installing, error code 105.

This error code comes up whevener I try to install starcraft 2. Recently, I deleted all files assoicated with the game, then reinstalled it. Now it is not working. Does anyone have a solution to this?

That error message seems pretty clear to me, especially the part about contacting the vendor's tech support. What did they tell you?

I have two files m2v and .wave that I tried to import into Encore CS3.
It does not like my video. I get this error:
Adobe Encore has encountered an error.

You need to watch out for Quicktime auto-updating itself. I turn this feature off, but within a few days it is always back on. A couple of months back I missed this and got this error. I tried various ways to sort it, but eventually had to revert to an image made some weeks before. This old image had the safe 7.5.5 version of Quicktime.
I am not a cynic, but I share Hunt's suspicions about Apple's activities. I wonder if Premiere is targeted due to Adobe re-entering the NLE market for Macs.

CS3 error code

The situation:
I edited a program in Adobe Premiere CS3.
I exported from Premier CS3 the edited program as an AVI file (3 different times as 3 different file names, just to be sure the AVI file was good)
(Windows Media Player will play all 3 AVI files)
I opened Encore, imported the AVI as a timeline. (3 different times, as 3 new projects, each project bringing in the new saved AVI file)
Encore settings:
first play: frayser history only 005:chapter 1
Override: frayser history only 005:chapter 1
Title button: stop (it will not allow any other choice)
main timeline: frayser history only 005:chapter 1
End action: frayser history only 005:chapter 1
override: frayser history only 005:chapter 1
Menu remote: frayser history only 005:chapter 1
It starts the build process, then gives the following error:
Error code:
PGC "frayser history only 005" has encountered an error at 00;01;06;24.
internal software error %0, line frayser history only 005 - PGC Info:
name = frayser history only 005, ref = Bpgc, time = 00:01:06:24
This is a fresh install of CS3 over a fresh install of Win Vista (due to a hard drive crash). All updates from Adobe has been installed. It is the first use of encore since the re-install....
Any ideas?

I assume you transcoded the timeline in Encore, set to automatic?
The total timeline is what, 1:06:25 or 26?
Try first removing the overrides and see if it builds.
One option is to export from Premiere as m2v and wav.
If that results in the pgc error, you can try this:
Find the transcoded files (e.g. from one of these first projects - look for source, transcodes), and move or copy the .m2v and .ac3 files to a new directory. (Do not move the xmpses and other files.) Create a brand new encore project, and import those as the timeline. See if that works.

Encore CS4 bluray error: fatal error, code "6" Internal error m_ptsOfNextGOPis empty

I am using Encore CS4 4.0.1 (the latest version from what I can see) on Mac OSX 10.6.3
I am on a Mac Pro 1,1 with 2 2GHz Xeon Dual Core Processors
I have 5 GB of Ram
The Mac has the standard Nvidia 7300GT.
I have successfully created several BD and DVDs and nothing has changed.
I have a 1080 50i BD h.264 project with 2 hour 37 minute timeline and I am looking to create an h.264 BD 25 image. The project has two menus: a main menu with two buttons and a chapter selection menu with 7 buttons. Check project reveals no issues with anything.
I have searched the forum and tried the various solutions I found such as disc name, etc. The name is all in capitals with no spaces.
I googled and found msxml problems/solutions and other such things related to windows that do not apply to me as I am on Mac.
I get the following error at the very end of the build process:
Encore CS4 bluray error: fatal error, code "6" Internal error m_ptsOfNextGOPis empty

I do not know exactly what the problem was with the menu. I am assuming the menu was the problem because when I created a new encore project with the same video, audio and photo assets but with new menus there was no problem. I think that at the time I read there some people were having a problem with the template I originally used for my menus so I simply built a new menu from scratch in PS CS3. I think the original menu was party menu hd.
Sorry if that is vague but it worked so I did not look any further into the problem and I have not had any recurrence.

Error code = 0x40010015 when trying to open PDF in PS CS3

I'm having a problem opening a PDF file in Photoshop.
This is the error message:

Searching the Adobe Forums, Knowledge Base, and even Google has turned up no results. Any idea what the problem may be?
My process has been taking a PDF file created from QuarkXpress (6.5) and opening it in Acrobat Pro (8.1.2) and doing a save as and replacing the current pdf. Then I open this new PDF file in Photoshop CS3 (10.0.1) and apply actions. No problems. Then I encountered this one file that won't open in Photoshop, but will open in Acrobat, Preview, Illustrator. I get the following error message.
I'm using a G5 PowerPC Mac (4 x 2.5 GHz Processor) with 6.5 GB DDR2 SDRAM for memory. Mac OS X version 10.4.11 (haven't switched to Leopard yet) Adobe Creative Suite 3 Design Premium software package.

I receive an error code = 0x40010015 when trying to open a PDF in Photoshop CS3 for windows.
I do not have Illustrator to open and re-save as the forum discussion indicated.
Is there another way to open a PDF with this error code? I work with Quark, Photoshop and Publisher

Pro*C/C++ Precompiler Error when using OTT and CODE=CPP

I am trying to precompile a Pro*C application for the company I am working.
Generating Include file and Intype file with OTT succeeded.
But invoking the Pro*C precompiler results in error messages concerning
the processing of the "size_t" structure being involved by including

When I first ran into this problem I scoured this forum and found the usual suspects (add the proper path to the pcscfg file by doing a "find /usr -name stddef.h -print"). Assuming that you did this and changed the reference from Suse to your distribution you can move to the next point.
I did this and still ran into problems. It turns out that with my distribution and version (Mandrake 8.1), I needed to reference the egcs version of these includes which were not installed by default. I needed into install the egcs packages. After this I had two references to stddef.h in my usr/include path. One was quite obviously the egcs version. I needed to use that one. It cleared up the problem.

Indesign CS3 - Error Code: 4

I am trying to open an Indesign CS3 file, but every time it crashes Indesign. I tried opening a copy and I get an Error Code: 4. I am running 10.5.6.
It is an important file so I would like to recover the file if possible.

Whenever I am prompted that there are updates available for downloading for any of the CS6 related programs including Encore, I get the following message.

For CS6, the page I linked has this to explore install logs:

Many of the updates you see are for associated elements that may not be needed (e..g. camera raw files).
For Encore, on PC, the latest version is 6.0.2. On Mac, 6.0.1. If you have that version, you do not need to update.

ID CS3 "Error Code 5" Unable to open, file damaged beyond recovery. HELP!

System: Apple Dual 500 Mhz PowerPC G4, 1.75 GB SDRAM, Mac OSX 10.4.11.
I have a 36pg ID CS3 document, which is over 2gb because of embedded images. Workflow: create doc using links; when finished, embed all images then unembed to new folder to consolidate. then simply resave the ID CS3 file using the new links. sadly, having embedded, i was unable to save. so, i closed without saving. Now i am unable to open the file.
no problems before embedding, now get "error code 5, unable to open..."
I am painfully aware (now) that this is a bad workflow, as am i aware of several ways to improve this workflow. I do not need advice on a better workflow, i already know i did a stupid thing. i need help on how to recover the damaged file. quick. please. :)
does anyone have a workaround?
