Download hat jetzt funktioniert (nachdem ich zwei Dateien von *.Datei in *.exe umgewandelt hatte. Danke!

License Expired Error with CS4 Design Standard Student Edition

Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign all say that my license is expired. However, all the other programs work, including but not limited to Adobe Air, Device Mangager, Mobile Manager, Bridge, Media Player, and Acrobat. Why is it only these three programs and none of the others? Trouble shot with changing the date on my computer and ran the license recovery application Adobe has posted. Neither of them work. Called support and waited an hour and half on hold without ever talking to someone. Obviously, as posted by Adobe themselves, their support center is having huge difficulties. However, I need these programs to be working now for a project I must submit. Can anyone help?

I didn't think you buy the student edition anywhere but from a school. You'll need to call Adobe to find out what your next step is.

CS4 Web Premium (Student Ed) Online Install - Setup.exe does nothing

I purchased and then downloaded CS4 Web Premium Student Edition. The first download was corrupted (due to an internet failure midway) so I erased and re-downloaded. The files extracted without issue under the new download. However, whenever I attempt to install by clicking Setup.exe, nothing happens. The cursor changes into the "hourglass" as if the system is processing something, then it changes back to the normal cursor -- and nothing happens. No processes are available in the Task Manager, either.
Following advice I've found scattered across forums all over the web, I have removed every Adobe software previously installed using Control Panel (Acrobat, Reader, PsE, PrE, & a trial Illustrator), disabled User Account Control, disabled antivirus/firewall software, ran Setup "as administator", tried Safe Mode, and restarted the computer several times. None of these methods produced any change in outcome whatsoever.
I am running HP Touchsmart tx2z, less than a month old and running like a charm, with the following specs:
Genuine Windows Vista Home Premium with Service Pack 1 (64-bit) *I download all available updates
AMD Turion(TM) X2 Ultra Dual-Core Mobile Processor ZM-87 (2.4GHz, 2MB L2 Cache)
8GB DDR2 System Memory (2 Dimm)

ATI Radeon(TM) HD 3200 Graphics with 64MB Display Cache Memory
Devoid of other advice, I will try reseting my system to factory defaults. However, I dread re-downloading the 4GB file (an 8 hour process), reconfiguring my system, backing all of my files up elsewhere, and reinstalling all other new software -- so any ideas are appreciated.

extra information,
when i run setup for premiere CS4 and open the setup in windows task the size is the same as the setup folder.
when i run setup for web premium CS4 and lopen the setup in windows task the size is 0,0 mb.
think this is the reason why the setup wont start.

Nach erfolgloser suche nach informationen zum Upgrade von Adobe CS4 Web Premium zu Adobe CS5 Web Premium, blieb mir noch das Forum übrig.
Ich besitze seit kurzem eine Adobe Creative Suite 4 Web Premium Student Edition Lizez. Laut Adobe Grace Period steht mir ein kostenloses Upgrade auf die Version CS5 zur Verfügung. Jeoch WO kann ich dieses Upgrade anfordern?!
Wäre sehr froh wenn ihr mir weiterhelfen könnt!

I purchased the design standard student edition last year for my PC. I am now getting a Mac and was wondering if there is anyway i could transfer the license, and software to my Mac, without having to buy the design standard student edition again?

I have for the moment CS4 Web Standard software package from Adobe.
But I noticed that there is no upgrade to CS5 Web Standard. It seems there is only a Web Premium.
May we expect that there will be a Standard upgrade also?

That is not good news. My CS4 Web Standard is also a Student Version. I'm no longer a student.
So can I still upgrade by purchasing the Premium Upgrade.
Or is there a possibility that I can upgrade the Dreamweaver component?
Or is it also possible to install only Dreamweaver CS5 next to my CS4 package?

CS4 web standard on pc, now using macbook.

I have CS3 web standard and CS4 web standard upgrade. Both are boxed version and have serial numbers for PC. I'm now on a macbook pro. Could I get help on how to install the CS4 web standard suite on my macbook? Not sure if I can just Download CS4 for mac and use the serial number on the box. Problem is I can't even find the download for CS4 web standard. I see CS4 web premium, but not standard?

As far as I know, a Win number will not work with a Mac version

CS4 Web Standard Install Error?

Hi,
Trying to install CS4 Web Standard from the disk on a Windows 7 32 bit system. I ran setup and it immediately started "Checking System Profile" but froze toward the end of the Initialization, after confirming that it was not going to finish out I canceled and closed the window. I started over and it did the same thing. The program shows in Programs and Features like it was installed but is not in Program Files. I tried to uninstall through Programs and Features and I get an error that "Adobe has stopped working"! So I can't install it or uninstall what appears to be installed. There is nothing in Program files, there are registry entry's and files within the Common Files Folder but nothing that points to any .exe and the uninstall folder is empty. Has anyone run into this issue? I have snapshots but see no way to attach a word doc...I can email if needed.

I get this message: “Licensing for this product has stopped working.” Error: 150:30.
This started after apple replaced my damaged hard drive.

CS4 Design Premium Student Edition will not even begin the installation process

I have bought CS4 Design Premium Student Edition, I received the serial number okay, tried the installation process but stupidly hadn't quit a programme fisrt. I tried the process again but the SetUp window says 'Loading SetUp' and I get an 'Installer Alert' window pop up with nothing in it. I can't quit the Installer and have to Force Quit.
I've tried the CS4 Clean Script and it finds nothing to remove. Having spoken to Tech Support I tried CS3 Clean Script and it removed certain items, but the CS4 disc still won't work.
I have Photoshop 7 installed, would that be interfering?
What else can I remove before re-trying the installation of CS4?

I have tried shutting down and restarting and just a simple restart.
The guy from tech support didn't tell me to do that when I was trying the clean script stuff the other day but I've tried it sonce and there's still no joy.
Does it sound like I've got something preventing the installation process from starting if I get a blank 'Installer Alert' window appear?
Calling Adobe Support is such a pain. No answer for hours....

Vista didn't exist when CS3 was released and as such, there is no official statement regard compatibility of CS3 with Vista Home Basic.
For CS4, we are very explicit. CS4 is not at all supported for Vista Home Basic (there are a number of networking and service support components that Microsoft leaves out of their Home Basic versions).

Adobe CS4 Web Standard Download Issues

Hi, i own a key for the product Adobe CS4 Web Standard and would like to download it as I have recently reinstalled windows on my computer.
I have unfortunately lost the install dvd and require a download. However there is no link to download CS4 Web Standard to be found even in the "Downloads for Older Versions" page you've hidden deep within your website.
I would like a download link to this software as I have purchased it and require to use it for my work.

I don't understand why everything but Web Standard is listed to download.
Those files are trial versions which are always Premium versions of the product.
Likewise Design Standard is not a separate download - you download Design Premium.
I have no idea why your Web Standard serial number will not work in the Premium installer.

I think that you'll need to get in touch with support to sort this out.
But you could check your order to see if you ordered and upgrade or a new purchase. The serial numbers for upgrade are different, and require the earlier version on your computer ( or its serial number instead).
If you've oredered an upgrade, check that you're entering the correct serial number. You'll probably be prompted to enter both: once for qualifying product and once for the new upgrade.
Let us know if this was the issue. If not, I suggest that you get in touch with Adobe Support.

Few days ago i got my Adobe Creative Suite 4 Web Premium, Student Edition.
I also got some Information about an Upgrade to the CS5 Version. They wrote i can apply for a free Upgrade. But nowhere i found some more Information how to get this free Upgrade. What i have to do? Do somebody knows how to get this?
I would be very happy if somebody can help me!
