CS5.5 clean reinstall fails

Question

Reinstalled CS5.5 after months of failed attempts to get Acorbat X upgrade to work properly..
Uninstalled per Adobe directions, uninstalled Acrobat X per Adobe directions.
Reinstalled CS 5.5 package everthing installed fine EXCEPT Acrobat X.
The following is the error message generated:
