CS5 crashing randomly once I upgraded the PC

Hello,
My system has Intel i5-2400, gigabyte Z68A-D3-B3 MB, 8GB kingston hyperx ram, Nvidia GT520. The system is running at 3.2ghz, which is 0.1 more than normal for that CPU.
The system is stable and super fast for everything. PS works great, especially for large images (18mpx - 20mb). Adobe Lightroom is blazingly fast with absolutely no problems.
However, I started experiencing random Photoshop CS5 crashes when (usually) several (like 10-15) large images are opened in the same time and I adjust one of the following:
- Open Noise Ninja
- Mistakingly pick the PS window and scroll it with the mouse (nvidia driver).
It does NOT happen every time, only now and then, like 3-4x a day when editing about 50-60 images in total.

I noticed that they both have Exception code: 0xc0000005.
Everything else in PS works just great (including the portraiture plugin). No problems.
I have the latest nvidia driver and latest NoiseNinja plugin, PS is the latest too.

To that I would add that you should run Prime 95 even in that modest overclock. The 2400 isn't as "overclockable" as the 2500, and it's very possible that the binned part you have is actually at the low end of the acceptable range for that die.
If it still crashes when running default, run Prime 95 there as well. It's possible that in OCing that particular part, you may have damaged it, so check carefully and be sure that BIOS shows all the tweaks at default.
