Discussed to death...in short you can't.
You'll need to export to IDML, open in CS4 and export that to INX.
By the time you're done there's a reasonable chance that your layout will be unrecognizable.

Adobe Flash CS3 help needed

I need help very badly....

I purchased a flash website template for my local band to try
to elimate the pain of creating one from scratch. I never used
Adobe Flash CS3 before, but figured I could figure out enough
(through reading & forums) to change what I needed to
personalize my site. Well, I have spent countless hours learning,
and changing, and have come up with a pretty sweet website using
this template. I now have only 2 problems left that I can not
figure out no matter what I try.
One of my pages is set up so that fans can listen to and/or
save any of 3 songs that I have recorded in MP3 format. I have
basically 3 columns set up: the 1st column has the song name, the
2nd has speaker icons, and the 3rd column has floppy disk icons. I
want to be able to click the speaker graphic, and play the MP3
song, or click the floppy disk graphic and enable any fan to save
the file. I figure there has to be a fairly simple way to do this,
but I sure can't figure it out, and I'm starting to pull my hair
out. Please help....
Remember, I have just basic Adobe CS3 skills so a description
of what to do has to be fairly easy to understand....

Blackberry 9320 help needed NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i downloaded the blackberry desktop onto my laptop and pugged my phone in and it came up that i need to upgrade my backberry 9320, then half way through it came up 'erasing all data' as i did not want my phone wiping and i thought this is what it was doing i unplugged my phone from the laptop and my phone automatically turned off. now it wont turn on all get is a black screen with a red flashing light. what do i need to do? need help asap?

Prepare yourself...unless you have a backup, you may well have lost all of your data. Backups are something that must be done proactively and as a precaution...not as a remedy.
In any event, given what you did (the WIPE had already started, and once started cannot be stopped), please try these drastic recovery measures:

You might be lucky regarding your data...depending on exactly how you did what you did and the selections you made while doing it, you might actually have a backup on your computer...it normally takes one during major update processes since it basically does have to wipe the device, reload the OS, reload the apps, and then reload the data. Search your hard drive for files with either IPD or BBB extension...any with a date/time near when this happened would be candidates for use in restoring your data.

Photoshop CS3 help needed

My Photoshop CS3 extended when loaded on my laptop causes all of my desk top icons to turn to photoshop, the only program that will open is photoshop. This program until recently worked great. Anyone with answers would be a big help. Thanks Jess

If I am understanding what you are describing correctly, that sounds like a virus.
Also, it sounds like Photoshop is still working great, but it is the only program that is working great.
Are the icons on your desktop shortcuts? Or are they files? If they are files, it sounds like they have had their file association set to Photoshop. Which means when you double-click them, the OS will use Photoshop to open them. This is something that is set within the OS, not within Photoshop.

CS5 Premiere: Timecode Help Needed: Needing to transcribe using source timecode

Is there a way to change the timecode overall for all of the imported clips in Premiere to reveal the source timecode after importing footage from an external hard drive? Each of the imported clips continue to start at 0, even after selecting 'Use Media Source' from Preferences_Media. I am transcribing a few hours of footage and need to have it continually showing the timecode from the source instead of starting at 0 for each clip. Any help would be great. Thanks!

If you load a single clip into the Source Monitor, it should show you the media timecode. That won't happen by default in a Sequence or in the Program Monitor. To see source media timecode in the timeline, you'll need to add the Timecode effect to all of the clips in your sequence. It defaults to the timecode from the source media, so the effect's timecode display should update as you go from clip to clip in the timeline. The overall sequence timecode will still start at zero (or whatever starting timecode you designate).

like....
- I'm a bit confused with the difference in CSS / HTML tabs in property inspector - like why is there 2 not just 1?
- also working with css in tables .... I try to edit / delete / change from 1 class to another and it doesn't do what I expect - that sort of thing
- also I'd like to highlight some text and simply add css to it easily - (from css window?)
- any way you get the ideas

Two what? The HTML 'tab' gives you access to HTML properties, and the CSS 'tab' to CSS properties. Is that what you mean?

You would have to show us what you are doing, what you expected to see, and what you actually saw. A look at your code would be the very best way to help you with this.

The very best bet would be to spend your time learning about HTML and CSS - you can do that at http://www.w3schools.com. If you are comfortable in those two, DW will be easy.

Indesign and Photoshop?HELP NEEDED NOW!!!

How do I make a copied photoshoped picture bigger without distorting features in indesign? Please help I have this project due in a couple days and am starting and don't know much about indesign!

Anytime you enlarge a bitmap bigger than 100% of its pixel dimensions there will be pixelation. It is only as good as it will get at 100% of its original size.
When you place an image directly on a page its initial placement is at 100%. The scale percentage has nothing to do with pixel dimensions, but rather the image's saved inch dimensions.
So these 3 images are all at 100%, have the same pixel dimension (1200x750), but have been saved at different pixels per inch 72, 254, 500. The 500ppi image could be scaled to 160% and still have an effective resolution of over 300, and the 72ppi image has a scale of 100%, but not enough resolution for most print applications.

I am steaming - Thru CS3 - CS4 and now CS5 Fireworks is crap

All through CS3, CS4 and now CS5 Fireworks on 3 different machines Windows XP, Windows Vista and now Windows 7... simply is a crappily written app. And I have been using Fireworks since Macromedia and these problems have only appeared from Adobe.
Is it to drive folks to Photoshop? After working on it for about 30 min you get 'low on memory' 'internal error'... it is unconscionable that an application that is so expensive can be written so appallingly. And when you run through the forums you just get tons of complaints about the shoddy code at Adobe.
All of the computers are stacked with 4GB, this one has 16GB on a blazingly fast Phenom Black but that's not the killer... no other app crashes. Not the little $5 dollar apps, not anything. It is so frustrating. Can't someone buy this place and straighten it out!!! Macromedia was known for ridiculously great code and features.
Had anyone solved this problem... I here if you login in as Donald Duck it might go away. What kind of nonsense is that?

don't get so steamy. I am on your side and I actually met Adobe marketing VP in Australia and told him that his CS ****, mmm I mean suite is worthless on a Mac at least. He couldn't care less. They don't fix things they market "upgrades" so idiots like you and me will keep on spending. I for instance use Adobe and Macromedia products since mid 90s' and I must say that nothing has changed for me since FW3 or 4 and Photosop 5.5. Illustrator should always stayed simple but they managed to make it so fat it barely moves. Flash also became something it wasn't intended for and it's days are numbered by HTML5. Adobe Acrobat? you must be kidding. I still don't know what the F this is all about. and so on and so on....
You will grow out of it eventually like I did. It doesn't worth it. Believe me. Just "upgrade" if you must have some feature. I think DW and Flash are the only products that need to be upgraded because of the industry it's linked to (web). the rest are just tools that still do what they did 10 years ago. they are only "integrated" now.
There are other tools you can use, not many but there are or simply don't upgrade!!! this is the best way for you and I to tell Adobe what we think.

Looks bad. I would strongly advise backing up the stuff on the other two partitions as soon as possible in case the rest of the drive goes wrong.
Beyond that, Disk Utility has limited abilities to repair disks, DiskWarrior uses a different approach and might, emphasis might be more successful. It has certainly done the job for me in the past when Disk Utility could not.

Downgrading the iOS is not supported. If you are using Safari this try clearing its cache via Settings > Safari.
If that doesn't work then try closing Safari completely and then re-open it : from the home screen (i.e. not with Safari 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Safari app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
A third option is a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

Printer: Epson Stylus Photo 1400
Paper: Inkjet matte presentation paper with slight luster
Installed latest patch for Adobe CS5

After reading solutions online and trying them for my settings for 2 days I am still unable to print what I am seeing on my screen in Adobe CS5. I calibrated my monitor, but am not sure once calibration is saved if I somehow use this setting in Photoshop’s color management.
The files I am printing are photographs of dogs with lots of detail I digitally painted with my Wacom tablet in Photoshop CS5 and then printed with Epson Stylus 1400 on inkjet paper 20lb with slight luster.
My Printed images lose a lot of the detail & come out way to dark with a reddish cast and loss of detail when I used these settings in the printing window:
Color Handling: Photoshop manages color, Color management -ICM, OFF no color adjustment.
When I change to these settings in printer window: Color Handling: Printer manages color. Color management- Color Controls, 1.8 Gamma and choose Epson Standard it prints lighter, but with reddish cast and very little detail and this is the best setting I have used so far.
Based on what I have read on line, I think the issue is mainly to do with what controls are set in the Photoshop Color Settings window and the Epson Printer preferences. I have screen images attached of these windows and would appreciate knowing what you recommend I enter for each choice.
Also I am confused as to what ICM color management system to use with this printer and CS5:
What is the best ICM to use with PS CS5 & the Epson 1400 printer? Should I use the same ICM for both?
Do I embed the ICM I choose into the new files I create?
Do I view all files in the CS5 workspace in this default ICM?
Do I set my monitor setting to the same ICM?
If new file opens in CS5 workspace and it has a different embedded profile than my workspace, do I convert it?
Do I set my printer, Monitor and PS CS5 color settings to the same ICM?
Is using the same ICM for all devices what is called a consistent workflow?
I appreciate any and all advice that can be sent my way on this complicated issue. Thank you in advance for your time and kind help.
