CS5 to CS6 Preset issues for Mac.

I had CS5 and downloaded CS6 and now I need to get my presets into CS6 and I followed directions to export and import and migrate as well even drag and drop and only one pattern comes up from the 22mb folder file I had in CS5 that we exported? Any reasons why this would happen to to fix the issue as well??

Unable to install CS6 master collection for mac book pro(late 2011)

Recently, I have successfully downloaded Adobe creative suite CS6 master collection for MAC.
However, I am unable to install it. After opening the installer nothing happens, it does not proceed further. I have tried copying the contents from MasterCollection_CS6_LS16.dmg to another folder and then open the install.app, still no progress.
Please advice since I really need to install this.

The situation is like this, I downloaded the image on my desktop pc(which is windows) and then compress & split the image using a winrar. I then transferred the files to my mac book pro and extracted the image there. Unfortunately, there was a bug in the unarchiver software that I was using on mac to extract the image.
This bug was rectified today in a update given out by the dev.
Now, I can install CS6 without any issues. Thanks for the repsonse once again.

Adobe CS6 Master Collection for Mac licensing

I installed Adobe CS6 Master Collection for Mac, licensed it and updated it on twenty iMacs. This a University computer lab with many users. Sometimes Adobe software starts in trial mode as if the license key hasn't been entered. What could be the problem?

Could you please tell me how did you install Master Collection on 20 machines.
If you have installed Master Collection on 1 Mac and created an Image of the OS and then installed it on the 20 Mac's then you may come across with this kind of issue.
In Order to properly deploy the Master Collection please use our Deloyment Tool to create a Serialised Package and then use the same to deploy it on the 20 Mac's.

Just bought the perpetual license online - student-teacher version. Received email confirming my eligibility and followed all instructions to a 't', but still got this 413 error message, and cannot continue.
Would anyone be able to help me?

Make sure you have cookies enabled and clear your browser's cache before you try downloading. If it continues to present that error try using a different browser.
As far as getting to a chat link goes, it can be hit or miss... Start Here If after selecting relevant responses you are unable to find a solution, choose "Still need help? Contact us." and the chat contact option.

You should be able to install the products on two computers as long as they are not running at same. Also the platform should be MAC.

Where to purchase Adobe CS6 Design Standard for mac? (in the UK).

I'm looking to purchase Adobe CS6 Design Standard for mac for the company I work for (I'm in the IT department).
All the other marketing staff run this version.
I need another copy but it seems it's all been replaced with Creative Cloud.
The finance director is not happy to be paying yearly for this, wants a one off payment for boxed/download version of CS6, so everyone's on the same version.
I've Googled but don't trust any of the online shops I'm finding (could be dodgy copies of the software, might not turn up, etc).
Adobe seem to still sell some CS6 products but only in other countries? (we're in the UK).

I have PS CS6 (box version for MAC) and it is up to date but keeps crashing??

I have CS6 (box version for a mac) and am a photographer editing large number of files at a time and it keeps crashing on me randomly and I have to start over on my work!! This should not be happening for such expensive software! Please help! My PS is updated to 13.0.6. When I go to the "Purge" menu there is nothing to purge except for video cache. I don't know what else to check.

Waleed.dajani you can download Creative Suite 6 Design Standard for Mac OS at Download CS6 products. The installer should accept both retail and volume license serial numbers.

You can't download bridge. It only comes as part of the creative suite programs. If you have an older version of PSE that included bridge, you can still use bridge, but you won't be able to update the raw converter to show thumbnails/do conversions for newer camera models.
To scan in PSE, you must install the TWAIN plugin. Go to Applications>Adobe Photoshop Elements 11>Support Files>Optional Plug-ins and move the ImportModules folder into Applications>Adobe Photoshop Elements 11>Support Files>Plug-ins.

CS6 Indesign & Bridge for Mac retina display

Will Adobe be releasing an update for Indesign and Bridge (as they have done for Illustrator and Photoshop) to make them suitable for retina displays? Just spent £2000 on a new mac and am seriously disappointed that Indesign and Bridge are fuzzy! I don't have the budget to switch to the cloud just yet so this is a problem for me as a graphic designer! Why would Adobe release updates for Illustrator and Photoshop but not Indesign?

Any known spyware/bot issues for Macs?

I have been experiencing a drastic slowdown in the speed that internet pages load, for about a week now. They used to appear almost instantly after hitting the reload button. Now most, but strangely not all, will take 10 to 20 seconds to load and sometimes it seems to speed it up if I re-hit the reload button a couple of times. These Apple pages are very slow to access too.
I am wondering if there has been any word of spyware targetting Macs lately.

I don't think your Safari problem is related to spyware. However AFA virus & spyware:
While there are no known viruses that attack Mac OS X at the present time, it is possible (though not probable) for spyware to get onto your Mac. The best way to avoid that is by using your firewall and/or a hard wired router, downloading only from "trusted" sites, installing all security updates and being careful about what you give administrative power to. It is also recommended to run day to day tasks from a non-admin account.
Don't use Limewire or any other P2P service to download your software, get it from reputable sources. In addition, always keep at least your users backed up, preferably a clone of your entire system on a separate disk. And put your sensitive passwords, bank accounts, credit card numbers in a "secure note" in a new keychain or in an encrypted folder.
If and when a Mac virus does appear it will be headline news and you can download the AV software then. If you feel you have to run an AV program I'd suggest ClamXav a mac friendly freeware app that is very stable with Tiger. It will check for known virus signatures at any rate.
EDIT: Don't go by Apple Discussions for load time. These forums have been experiencing periodic slowdowns. This last post took 20 sec to load and there's nothing wrong with my Safari

Why can I not delete conversations made through skype like i used to when i was using a normal laptop? maybe it's me just to dumb to find the correct action button to click on...
