CS6 and Photoshop isn't working

i have downloaded the 30 day trial and with the trial i dowloaded the trial for photoshop and Fireworks CS6 but whenever i open them it says there is a problem and it has stopped working "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available but it has been 3 Hours and i haven't heard anything yet

  • Can't uninstall CS6 and CS5 isn't working either.

    I downloaded the Web and Design CS6 without realizing that my computer doesn't have the minimum requirements.  I need to uninstall the programs, but none of them will even launch, including the uninstaller, because my computer can't support them. 
    I'm also trying to get Photoshop CS5 to work, Dreamweaver CS5 works - but the program isn't booting properly.  When I look at the task manager, I see the Photoshop process start and get up to about 10,500 K and then it disappears.
    I'm using Windows Vista and my screen resolution is 1366 by 768.

    Run the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool, then manualyl trash al lthe files and folders. And if CS6 doesn't run, it's unlikely CS5 will, either.

    What exactly means "refuses"?
    This is the message which comes up if I try to update (from the Help menu) or re-install my licenced copies of CS6 or Photoshop Elements 9.
    “We've encountered the following issues
    Installer failed to initialize.Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem”
    Get Adobe Support Advisor”
    OR
    on trying to open PhotoshopCS6 I get this message:-
    “Adobe Application Manager required to start your trial, is missing or damaged.
    Please download a new copy of Adobe Application Manager from http://www.adobe.com/go/applicationmanager_uk”
    When I follow these instructions and try and start up/install or update Photoshop CS6 I get the same messages all over again. This has been going on since Tuesday afternoon and I am anxiuous to resolve the problem. For several years now all this has worked perfectly through your website and I cannot understand what has changed.  Once I cancel these messages the products themselves seem to function OK. When I attempt to use Adobe Update Manager I get the same messages as above. You will see that my products are properly licensed and up to date. Have you any solution?

    Can't say anything about Lightroom, but Adobe officially supports CS6 all the way through Mountain Lion.

    This problem appears after opening 4 a 5 files, rebooting helps another 4 a 5 times and appears again.

    I'd recommend reposting in the Boot Camp forum, that is where the Boot Camp and Windows gurus hang out.

    Without proper system information nobody can tell you anything specific. You can always delete the Bridge cache at the operating system level - it is, after all, merely a file/ folder.

    after testing i signed the contracted and i am paying
    the mail with the serial number got lost
    both apps are working on my imac
    now the should be installed on my book
    there are no informations in creative cloud about my problem.

    Berndh38291059 what version of Photoshop and Lightroom are you installing?  Do you receive any specific error messages?

    Is is possible to run Photoshop CS6  and Photoshop-CS6 CC simultaneously in the same computer?
    For instance PSSC6 for batch processing and PSSC6-CC for image editing?

    You can run the 32bit and 64bit versions simulatanously just as you can of course run PS CS6 and PS CC at the same time, but you cannot run 2 instances of PS CS6 32bit at the same time for instance. That is not without some geek magic that isolates the processes from one another like using a virtual machine...

  • I bought a new HP Pavilion G6 and It isn't working

    So, last week I ordered a Normally $120 HP notebook battery for $50, and It isn't working, along with other issues.
    Here are the problems:
    1. I have shut it down, and left it to charge overnight and it stays at 0%.
    2. Even with the adapter unplugged, the light lights up, and it says it is charging on the screen.
    3. This is a quality 9-Cell battery, with a 4&1/2 Star reveiw, and I thought it would be a good deal. I was wrong.
    If anyone can help me, please do so. I have a Pavilion G6 Notebook, it's a year old, and I haven't had any issues like this before. I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

    If you do find that you need to replace the battery, you might opt to buy a battery from HP.  You will likely have to pay full price for for the purchase: For the price you do pay you will get HP's warranty on the battery and the purchase.  If you are in the USA, it should not take very long for the shipment to arrive at your location.
