CS6 crashing iMac

Question

Hi all,
Been having a real headache with CS6 continuously crashing an iMac (running Mavericks OS). I've tried numerous things:
Uninstall/reinstall
Wiped HD and re-installed OS (Mavericks)
Disabled/reenabled 'Use Graphics Processor
Disabled Graphics Acceleration
Deleted CS6 settings folder from preferences
Deleted com.adobe.Photoshop.plist file from preferences
Tried running Default Keyboard Shortcuts.kys
This was initially reported to be happening when an image is re-sized in Photoshop, but my user will just have the application sitting in the background, and the entire system freezes up (sometimes black screen), forcing a hard shut down

Your Mac is damaged, judging from the log... Protective shutdowns only happen when there is a kernel issue or a hardware component completely running amok...
