Cs6 Desighn Standard (CLPライセンス) がインストールできない

インストール途中で進まなくなってしまう。
サインイン画面でID, パスワードを入力してサインインをクリックすると、思考中が続き、以降の画面に進まない。パスワードが正しいことは確認済。
OSはWindows 7。
Windows8 のPC1台にすでにインストール済。そもそも2台目のインストールは可能?

2台目のインストール自体は可能です。
Adobe IDのサインインで止まるということは、ネットワーク関係に問題があるか、
Adobe IDが別の情報と重複している(Adobe CC用など)という可能性などがあります。
消極的な方法ですが、新しくAdobe IDを作ってそちらでサインインしてみるのはどうでしょう。

    I can't get my registered versions of CS6 Photoshop and Illustrator to run in full mode. I installed CS6 Design Standard online end of June (an upgrade from CS5.5), on my old MacBook Pro. I didn't run the programs then as I was waiting on arrival of new MacBook Pro. I migrated the programs from my old MacBook to the new, and today tried to run those programs for the first time. InDesign work OK (after an initial hiccup) but Illustrator and Photoshop will only run in trial mode, and won't let me save files. My CS6 Design Standard shows with it's registration in my Adobe Account. All seems in order, but Illustrator and Photoshop won't run in registered mode. Can you please help?

    Please use the uninstallers to remove your current installation.  They are located in the Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers folder.  Once the uninstall is complete you will also want to run the CC Cleaner Tool.  You can find more details at Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html.

    AAMEE 3.1 is for CS6 Suite,  so should be good for all CS6
    I created a pkg for CS6 Mast Coll using AAMEE 3.1 a few months ago and works fine  (.msi)

  • Adobe InDesign crashes frequently (Win8.1pro, CS6 Design Standard)

    I am experiencing an issue with Adobe InDesign. It crashes frequently, 3 or 4 times over an 8 hour work day. There doesn't seem to be a pattern in the crashes, it isn't when I'm doing anything specific, it just happens seemingly randomly.
    The computer is an HP laptop with Windows 8.1 Pro with Media Center 64bit installed.
    CPU: AMD A10-5700 APU with Radeon HD Graphics
    RAM: 8GB DDR3
    Video: AMD Radeon HD 7000 Series
    Hard drive: 1TB ST1000DM003-1CH162

    I have read about this issue and have tried clearing user preferences, disabling live preflight, running adobe updates, and I have done a complete uninstall, run the CC cleaner tool, and reinstalled CS6 Design Standard. The issue still persists.
    Some more insight or suggestions for a solution would be much appreciated.

  • Trial Version of CS6 Design Standard Won't Activate

    have been having some issues with activating a trial copy of CS6 Design Standard for testing for my employer. I had some big issues with actually downloading the software getting a Error:100 code. I had to download it from home to bring it in thinking that maybe it was a firewall block even though we have Adobe products currently. 
    Now, after installing the trial software, I attempt to execute the program and requires me to sign in. I attempt to do this, but I get an error that I cannot connect. I went through some of the online support pages such as clearing out the host file, making sure that I have a Global cert enabled, etc. I'm still not able to connect. I checked with IT and they were able to get through the https: sites that was part of the steps. Our firewall is NOT blocking any Adobe sites.
    Any suggestions? I am needing this trial so that I can present this to my superiors.

    Well, maybe so, but something is being filtered/ blocked. This could be anything from a misconfigured router to actually your newtworks NAT an VPN tunneling. Unless you do some very deep diagnosis, I'm afraid you won't be able to get to the bottom of it. Do some traceroute and ping testing or use a network monitoring tool like Wireshark.

  • Upgrade to CS6 Design Standard problems

    I bought CS5 Design Standard on March 30, 2012 so I applied for the free upgrade to CS under the "Claim your complimentary CS6 Upgrade" program (http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/upgrade-policy-produ ct-announcement1.html).  I got an e-mail saying I was approved.  Under "My Adobe", it showed a receipt for the free upgrade with an order #.  There is a link on the receipt page to download the upgrade but when I click on the link it said I have no download.  I contacted cutomer service a couple of times (phone and chat) and finally I got an e-mail with a serial number for CS6 Design Standard and it said to click on the download link on the receipt.  But now the receipt that was there is gone and I can't download anything.  I contacted customer service again (chat) and they said it should be up in 24 hours.  It's been a week now and I contacted them again (response to open support ticket) and no answer now.  I thought I would download the free trial and use the serial number I got but I can only find a download for CS6 Design Premium, not Standard.  SO, where can I get a download for CS6 Design Standard or an upgrade to the same from CS5??  I have a serial number from Adobe but no place the download the program.
    I went ahead and registered the CS6 serial number I got from the [email protected] e-mail and now it shows up as a registered product.  It shows: 
    ADOBE DESIGN STANDARD     6    Win    June 30, 2012
    with the serial number underneath. 
    I looked around to see if a download link would show up now, but I still can't find anything.  Any ideas?

    Thank you for the help.  I finally got it all installed.  It only took 3 weeks to get this done.  You have been very helpful, but Adobe has been extremely unhelpful.  I'm not sure if you work for Adobe, but if you do let management know their customer support is lacking in many ways.  Sorry for the editorial.

    Make sure you have cookies enabled and clear your browser's cache before you try downloading.  If it continues to present that error try using a different browser.
    As far as getting to a chat link goes, it can be hit or miss...  Start Here  If after selecting relevant responses you are unable to find a solution, choose "Still need help? Contact us." and the chat contact option.

  • Adobe CS6 Design Standard Education stopped working

    I own CS6 Design Standard for education.  It used to work.  Now it opens the Adobe Application Manager and asks me to renew my cloud membership.  I don't have a cloud membership.  I don't want a cloud membership.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled with my approved serial number and was told it was successful.  How do I get my software to work again?

    uninstall your cs6 and any cc software.
    run the cleaner for both cs6 and cc, http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
    then use the cs6 (non-cc) installers.

  • Need help with installing CS6 Design Standard

    Hi all,
    Bought CS6 Design standard as a download from Currys the other day. I have a list of 4 files to download.
    First one is a PDF to tell me how to activate my student software.
    Second is a download .exe file for design standard
    Third is another .exe for illistrator content installer
    Fourth is another .exe for indesign and incopy content installer.
    I've donwloaded all 4 files and once i've clicked on the two content installers i then click on the design standard .exe file and up comes this error message "the file archive part of adobe cs6 design standard is missing. you need all parts in the same folder in order to extract adobe cs6 design standard. please download all parts."
    As google automatically places all the download items into the downloads folder, I'm assuming I've done the correct thing and placed them all in the same folder.
    I have read that you need to extract a .72 folder or something. however i cannot see that on my downloads list.
    Please could someone help, or is this a case of taking my laptop into currys and demanding someone to help me??

    you should contact your vendor to see where that 7z file is.
    btw, it should not be manually extracted.  the exe will extract the 7z file's contents.

  • Adobe can not validate the serial number for CS6 Design Standard. What goes wrong?

    That entries are blocking the product to reach Adobe servers.
    Move your hosts file to desktop and open it from there.
    Then remove entries like " 127.0.0.1 lm.licenses.adobe.com " ( There should not be any Adobe related entries )
    Once you have removed, close hosts window.
    The drag the file back to etc folder and replace it with original hosts file.. ( open hosts once again and confirm there are no adobe entries.
    Then try.

  • Can't install CS6 Design Standard - Serial number can't be proofed.

    Two days ago I bought CS6 Design Standard. Now I wanted install it but in the beginning of the install process I had to type in the serial number. I did it. But after pressing the enter button I always gets follow message, even the serial number is right:
    "Couldn't proof the serial number for Creative Suit 6 Design Standard. Contact support." (Translated from German)
    1. There is NO support on the weekend. Why not?
    2. What do I have to do, so that the serial number wil be accepted. It can't be, that I bought a programm for severall hundred EUR and then I can't install it.

  • CS6 Design Standard , clone, migration tool, trial mode (urgence)

    Hi all and sorry for this question.
    I clone on a external disk my MacBook Pro (OSX 10.7) with Super Dumper .
    Then i have istalled OSX 10.8.2 and imported all data and applications with the migration tool during the installation.
    My problem is that now my CS6 Standard Edition Suite is in trial mode.
    I have a Box CS6 Design Standard licence - i have to re-insert my serial number?
    Why Apple Migration Assistant not transfer also the data of licence?
    It is normal or it's clone that is bugged?

    Adobe applications should be installed, not migrated. I suggest the cleaner tool be used to uninstall all of it and then re-install the software properly.

  • CS6 Design Standard on iMac, second machine

    I have a DVD of CS6 Design Standard, student licensing, which I have had for almost a year. I originally had it on my MacBook Pro, but now I have an iMac and would like to install it there too. I have been unable to find a clear answer as to whether I can license it on two machines with a student license, but from what I understand I supposedly can...? Obviously, my iMac has no optical drive, so, following the instructions I saw on other threads, I tried downloading trials from CC but when I tried to license them, it said that my serial number is not valid for CC. Not sure if this is because I need a different version of CS6 to license, or because I'm not actually allowed to have it on more than one machine... Help?

  • Error Extracting Downloaded "CS6 Design Standard"

    Hello Adobe Peoples!
    I'm having trouble installing Adobe CS6 Design Standard. I'm downloading it from this page (Download CS6 products) I downloaded the 2nd item, and I downloaded both parts. I tried running the exe (smaller file) which is supposed to be an installer of some kind. After running it I get this message:
    I also tried extracting the DesignStandard_CS6_LS16.7z using 7zip as it is a 7zip file, and it came up with 975 errors and when I ran the extracted installer it failed.
    I'm running windows 7 64x bit.

    Adding to what Kglad has suggested, please make sure the Antivirus on the machine is turned off and there is no active Online Back up's as well. If in case you are trying to install the product on a network drive/external drive, please refrain from doing so and try the installation on the local hard drive only.
