CS6 Download Success, unable to get to sign in.
I have successfully downloaded CS6 Trial, but it won't let me sign in. It tells me I am not connected to the internet or my clock is wrong. Well I am connected and the clock is fine. Any ideas to why it is doing this?

Been having trouble w/Chrome would play audio only of Vimeo videos, fixed that but now will not display photos on Pinterest, only the links behind them. So I thought I'd try Firefox again, used to use it for several years. Downloaded and then thought I should sign up for your newsletters. But (using Chrome right now) I could not get the page to accept my subscription. Tried several times, refreshed, etc. Not sure why, seems strange.
I'm sorry cor-el. I have not yet installed Firefox, life is way too busy just now. 24/7 caregiving is taking its toll :( I will install soon.
I guess with my post here my intent was mainly letting you folks know that apparently there is a bug on that newsletter page when it is viewed in Chrome. I could not find any way to report this issue unless I came here so I gave the whole story when I did. I am pretty sure once I install Firefox, I will be able to use that page to sign up for the newsletters, thinking it must be Chrome. Of course, I could be wrong, we'll see when I get to it. I tried installing the trial version of Adobe Acrobat XI Pro for evaluating the product.
I installed the Adobe Download Assistant and Adobe Acrobat XI Pro. After opening the application, the second day, I get the error that the trial has expired.
Now, I cannot use the trial version nor can I go back to using the Adobe Distiller (the default plug-in for the Adobe Frame Maker application).
I need to convert my Frame Maker files to PDF as it is my daily job.
Please help!. -
I have downloaded the latest software to my Apple TV, but I am unable to get the airplay icon to display on either my iPhone5 or iPad2. Both have iOS7 installed. The Apple TV connects to the wifi successfully. Any ideas please?
Can we assume you are bringing up the "Control Center" and the Airplay icon is not there?

I am trying to upgrade two MACs to Maverick. I have been successful with My Power Mac but unable to get my Imac to load. I am running Snow Leopard on the Imac. When I go to the App Store it shows that it has been downloaded. Any ideas? Any ideas

A Power Mac is incapable of being upgraded to Mavericks. It is a PPC Mac which can only run versions of OS X up to 10.5.8 and no higher. Any version of OS X higher that 10.5.8 requires an Intel processor to run.
Does the iMac meet the hardware requirements for Mavericks?

I have been trying to download some of my favorite albums from my collection on to my phone, and on many of my albums, only part of the album I successfully downloaded. I keep getting a message saying tho song is unable to download retry or done?!? This is over wifi and I have had this previously downloaded on my phone---before changing to iTunes Match!

You cannot manually manage music with match turned on on your iOS device. If you want to manage music manually, you will need to turn off match on your iPhone.

I am unable to get my T620 touch mouse to scroll horizontally in Photoshop CS6. Any suggestions on how to enable this? The bar at the bottom of the document moves left/right as I scroll, but the screen doesn't.
I am using a T620 touch mouse on Windows 7 64 bit with the latest version of setpoint. I have checked the box in the mouses settings to allow sidescrolling with a swipe of 1 finger. I am aware you can hold control and swipe up/down to get a left right scroll.

I have signed to up to iCloud and am pretty sure that all of my settings are turned on appropriately. However I get syncing from iCloud to my iMac and to my iPhone, but I am unable to get my iPhone to sync with the iCloud and most obviously calendar events, so that if adding an event on my iPone it never appears on my other hardware? Can anyone help me sort this out?
Re: check that the appointments in my phone are going into iCloud calendars....exactly how do I do this? I fear this is a really stupid question!
My iCloud account is set up with my Apple ID as one email account (for example [email protected]) which is the email account I use to sign up for internet sites like Amazon, Apple,etc, so that I can differentiate vendors/mass emails. But my default calendar on my iPhone is in a different email name (ie [email protected]) which I use for most communications to friends, relatives, etc. and it is this account that holds most of my appointments. To further complicate things I have other email accounts that I use for business/professional and community work. If I want all my calendars to show on my iPhone AND sync to my iCloud, do I set this at the phone level or the iCloud level? or both?
Let me clarify....It looks like if I go into appointments that I previously set up through my personal account (ie above [email protected]) and edit the entry on my iPhone, selecting the iCloud "home" calendar within the entry, it will then sync to my iCloud account, no problem....do I have to do this to EVERY entry I have? or is there a way to name my personal account as one to sync to iCloud? -
I just restored my phone, however I have to sign into icloud and the phone is set to the previous owner's email and password. I am unable to get in contact with them. What can I do?

After reviewing your post, I believe your device is under Activaltion Lock. The following article will provide you with more information about the feature:
iCloud: Activation Lock
With iOS 7 or later, Find My iPhone includes a feature called Activation Lock, which is turned on automatically when you set up Find My iPhone. Activation Lock makes it harder for anyone to use or sell your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch if it’s ever lost or stolen.
With Activation Lock, your Apple ID and password are required before anyone can:
Turn off Find My iPhone on your device
Sign out of iCloud on your device
Erase and reactivate your device
Important: Make sure to remember your Apple ID and password, and that your password is unique and secure—someone else shouldn’t be able to guess it. For more information, see the Apple Support article Security and your Apple ID.
If you want to give away or sell your device, be sure to erase your content and settings (in Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings). When you erase your content, Find My iPhone and Activation Lock are also turned off.

Okay, you are using Windows 7. What version of iTunes do you have. Please don't tell me the most current one, go into Help then About iTunes and read what it says.

Isabellasf have you ran the installation files which were downloaded? By default they are downloaded to the download folder within your User folder. -
Have just purchased Lion and unable to get to store to download. Using iMac OS10.6.8
