Cs6, error (515) (25 ::101), can't launch Analysis Server

So, I've been struggling with this issue for many hours now. I've been trying to use the 3D Camera Tracker on a couple video files (mpeg and mp4), and have been getting the "After Effects error: Could not launch Adobe Analysis Server. (515) ( 25 :: 101 )".
I've already tried adjusting fire wall settings (including disabling it all together). Twice a full uninstal and reinstal, using Adobe cleaner for the second go around. a reinstal of updates.... The problem persists.
I'm using Windows 7, and I know I have ample hardware resorces.
Could there be an issue with have Cs5.5 instaled as well?
Are there files that should be moved or a patch I could download?
Tired of pulling my hair out over it, any suggestions?

I'm not very familiar with these monitoring programs,  that said, looking at the Process Explorer from Sysinternals, I can see "AfterFX.exe" running with "dynamiclinkmanager.exe" as a sub operation and "Adobe QT32 Server.exe" as a sub of the previous.
I applied the "3D Camera Tracker" in AE, got the same error message. No sighn of "Adobe Analysis Server" running.
I found the "Adobe Analysis Server" application in the "support files" sub folder of "Adobe Afer Effects CS6" file. I double clicked it and "Adobe Analysis Server.exe" appears as a sub process of "AfterFX.exe". Tried to analyze the footage, and the same error message pops up.
It seems as if AE can't start the AAS on its own, and even with it running along side with AE, it doesn't know how to comunicate with the analyzer.
is there a way to see where AE is reaching out to AAS, possibly redirect it or move the application?

  • Error (515) (25 ::101), can't launch Analysis Server Adobe After Effects CC

So, I've been struggling with this issue for many hours now. I've been trying to use the 3D Camera Tracker on a couple video files (mpeg and mp4), and have been getting the "After Effects error: Could not launch Adobe Analysis Server. (515) ( 25 :: 101 )". and stabilisation of deformation VFX, I also get the same error... Why??

Could be the compression scheme of the movie files. Could be a 3rd party codec conflict. Could be that you don't have the latest build. Could be something else with your OS. If we knew at least something about your system and your footage maybe we could come up with an idea that would help. There are hundreds of different flavors of MP4 and MPEG files. I have no idea what could be going on because I've never had this problem with any of the production footage that I use in my daily work.

  • Where can i launch the Server Wizard?

I have OAS 4.0.7 and Developer Server 6.0 (deployment
installation) on my NT 4.0 SP3 machine. In the manuals :
"Oracle Developer includes a configuration wizard that can
    automatically configure your Web
environment. After running the Server Wizard, you simply deploy
    your applications on your Web
server, then broadcast your applicationFs URL to end users.
To launch the Server Wizard, choose StartOracle Developer
    R6.0Server Wizard. "
Where and how can i launch that wizard. There's nothing like
that in my Oracle Developer 6.0 menu.

  • Error: (515) ( 25 § 101 )

    Hello everyone,
after I click on "3D Camera Tracker" AE brings me that Error. Can anyone help me or have it to be fixed by Adobe?
    Thank you,
    Michael

It was my very first project because i bought the creative cloud last saturday. So i cant change something. The exact steps are:  I made a new conposition and "after I click on "3D Camera Tracker" AE brings me that Error".
And it becomes stil worse. I just wanted to render a clip in premiere cc, but it says there is a "serious problem". and then premiere cc is crashing.
nothing works, halleluja. Steps in premiere: Add the movie-file to premiere -> cmd+m -> crash
And i checked it again, MacOS & the adobe-things are updated.
before I tell you everything about my computer, a added two screenshots.
    thank you for your responses.

The system cannot find the file specified
I have tried from so many forms. This is so frustrating. Thank for everyone/anyone who wants to help. So this is what happened: I had to uninstall my previous sqlserver 2012(which worked great) for some reason, and I uninstalled everything from that download.
Then I installed the trial edition of sql server 2012 (64 Bit) and It wouldn't connect to the database. (Error mentioned above.) My local DB is COWBOYS. (COWBOYS is also my computer name.) After this, I have tried downloading sqlexpress and sqlserver 64bit
many times and cannot connect to my local DB.
How do I connect to my Local DB?
Also, I think this might help: (When I run sqlserve.exe, which I was able to find in C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\110\LocalDB\Binn, I get an error: Your SQL server installation is either corrupt or has been tampered with(Error getting
instance ID from name). Please uninstall then re-run setup to correct this problem.
I would happily re install it, if it wasn't my 20th time.
I don't have any remote connections, I don't use username/password, only window authentication. I work mostly on visual studio, but without able to store /retrieve data, I don't know how to survive.
May be the solution is very simple, but I am too frustrated.
Some of the things I have tried:
From a command prompt, enter one of the following commands:
net start "SQL Server Agent (MSSQLSERVER)" OR
net start "SQL Server Agent(instancename)"(for instance)
on my sql configuration, I cannot start anything because there is nothing there to start. I can post more details, if that would help. Also, some more details about the error:

Any one that can help me, I will be greatful. Thank you so much. p.s. please ask me anything if you have any questions.

It sounds like there are a couple things going on here.  First check if you have a successful install of SQL Server, then we'll figure out the connection issues.
Can you launch SQL Server Configuration Manager and check for SQL Server (MSSQLSERVER) if default instance or SQL Server (other name) if you've configured your instance as a named instance.  Once you find this, make sure the service is started.
If not started, try to start it and see if it throws an error.  If you get an error, post the error message your hitting.  If the service starts, you can then launch SSMS and try to connect.  If you have a default instance, you can use the machine
name in the connection dialog.  Ex:  "COWBOYS" where Cowboys is the machine name.  However, if you named the SQL Server instance during install, you'll need to connect using the machine\instance format.  Ex:  COWBOYS\Romo (where Romo
is the instance name you set during install).
You can also look at the summary.txt file in the SQL Server setup error logs to see what happened on the most recent install.  Past install history is archived in the log folder if you need to dig those up to help troubleshoot, but the most
recent one may help get to the bottom of it if there is an issue with setup detecting a prior instance that needs to be repaired.

  • Cannot launch Essbase Server 11.1.2.1.0 upon deployment

I have just deployed and successfully configured Hyperion EPM Foundation services, Planning and Essbase 11.1.2.1.0 on 1 machine with Windows 2008 R2 64x. However I cannot find Hyperion Essbase service in the Windows services window.
Why the service has not been created and how can I create an Essbase service in Windows?
How can I launch Essbase Server manually? Which bat file should I launch for that?
    Thanks so much!

    Hi John,
Even i have the similar issue. I have deployed EPM suite 11.1.2.2 in windows server 2003. The installation and configuration are correct. But when i try to start the EPM from foundation service it is not starting. When i checked in the Services.msc i found out that there are only 2 hyperion services present up there....1.Hyperion RMI registry. 2. Oracle hyperion configuration manager.
I tried to start the EPM service manualy through the following but its giving the error'ORACLE_INSTANCE is not SET,.
    opmnctl startproc ias-component=EssbaseInstanceName
    opmnctl restartproc ias-component=EssbaseInstanceName
    opmnctl stopproc ias-component=EssbaseInstanceName
    Do suggest a remedy,
    Thanks,

  • Almost constant "Safari can't connect to server"

Starting a few weeks ago, I have started getting regular error messages that "safari can't connect to server". It is getting really annoying! It also affects Firefox. I have made every change I know to with internet settings (Open DNS settings, etc..), but nothing works. I have contacted my DSL ISP and they cannot find any problems with my service, which makes sense as I have had the service for nearly 2 years and this problem has just started recently. Oh yeah...I upgraded to 10.4.8 about the same time this started. ANY SUGGESTIONS?
    Thanks in advance!

Update....after installing "Cocktail" system utility software and running all the systems, guess what??????
No more issues! I'm not sure if it was the combination of the re-install and then the system utilities run....but I am back to surfing the web with ease!
Thanks a million for your help!

  • After Effects error: Could not launch Adobe Analysis Server (515)   ( 25 :: 101)  *POSSIBLE FIX*

Hi. Im New to the forums so sorry in advance if i do something incorrect
Since my Purchase of Adobe CS6, I was not able to use dynamic link, or the plugins that required you to connect to the Adobe Analysis Server (3d Tracker, Warp Stablizer ETC) It would always give me the error
After Effects error: Could not launch Adobe Analysis Server (515)
    ( 25 :: 101)
Or if i would use dynamiclink
The Importer created a generic error
Through hours and hours searching through the internet, and trying possible fixes, i found possible fixes that might help people with this error.
*Before attempting any of these fixes, make sure you reinstall CS6 Using the Adobe Cleaner*
This guide is for Windows OS Only.
If the error still presists, try these options
-If your windows account is not a administrator, Run Adobe After Affects CS6 As Administrator
-Disable your Anti-Virus and your Firewall
I know you have probably heard this over and over again, but this is mainly the cause of the problem. Some Anti-Viruses even when disabled, go into some sort of one eyed open mode, where it still monitors your computer ever so slightly, so you may want to uninstall the anti-virus. As for the firewall,
    1) Go to your start menu search "Check Firewall Status"
2)Then to the left of the window, click Turn Windows Firewall on or off
3)Then tick "Turn of Windows Firewall" on BOTH Home or work network and Public Network.
-Close and Uninstall filtering and spyware programs such as Netnanny and Premiere Opinion. This might be using the TCP Ports that is needed for After effects, dynamic link and adobe analysis server to communicate
-Start up Adobe Analysis server Manually. This can be done by going to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects CS6\Support Files and running Adobe Analysis server.exe as Adminisrator, Then starting Premiere, After effects, etc.
-If the Adobe Cleaner didnt already, Clean your registry. This can be done with free applications such as CCleaner.
If none of those options work,  I would suggest a full format and reinstall of windows.
I hope this would help people with this issue.

I'm running the latest version. Just installed yesterday.
You can download and install the latest version (and older versions) of versions 11, 12, and 13 from Adobe right now. That is why I was asking for the exact version number with decimals. Just the other day, someone said they were running the latest version and they weren't aware that CC was even a thing. They were running version 11.0.3 (which isn't even the latest version of CS6 - it's 11.0.4). That's why I always ask.

I'm on a Mac so I don't have anti-malware, or other security software running.
That doesn't seem like a good idea. While there can't be anything technically referred to as a "virus" on the Mac OS (due to the underlying structure), there can be (and are) malware variants out there that do attack machines running the Mac OS. As Apple products have grown in popularity, developers have been creating more and more malware aimed at OSX.
I certainly hope you at least have your firewall running.
    captain_astronaut wrote:
I tried launching Premiere yesterday and it crashed.
This points to a much more serious underlying problem. Thousands (if not millions) of people are running Premiere and After Effects on Macs. What sort of error messages did you receive when it crashed?
Try installing version 12 of AE and the previous version of Premiere as well and see if they run.

    1. You did not get an error message telling you that your iPhoto library was getting full. You got a message telling you that your HD was getting full, right?
OS X needs about 10 gigs of hard drive space for normal OS operations - things like virtual memory, temporary files and so on.
Without this space your Mac will slow down as the OS hunts for space on the disk, files will be fragmented, also slowing things down, apps will crash and the risk of data corruption - that is damage to your files, photos, music - increases exponentially.
Your first priority is to make more space on that HD. Nothing else can be done until you do.
Purchase an external HD and move your Photos and Music to it. Both iPhoto and iTunes can run perfectly well with the Library on an external disk.
Your Library has been damaged from being run on an overfull disk.
How much free space on it now?

  • Can't launch Safari due to error message

I can't launch Safari anymore. It says it is missing some important resources and I have to reinstall Safari. I have done so, but it still does not work.
    Here is the error message;
The procedure entry point SQLite3_wal.checkpoint could not be located in the dynamic link library SQLite3.dll.
Can someone please help me? I have rebooted my computer, uninstalled Safari and reinstalled it without any luck.
    Thank you very much

Just so you are aware, Apple no longer suports Safari for Windows.
If you don't want to use IE, try Firefox for Windows >  Mozilla Firefox Web Browser
Much more user friendly than Safari.

You may have answered my question. I AM using the 64bit version of Illustrator CS6. I had no idea there were bugs in it that affected paths copied and pasted from Illustrator to Photoshop.
A bit more about what I'm trying to accomplish... I'm trying to follow Deke's tutorial (http://www.deke.com/content/dekes-techniques-018-creating-a-3d-pie-chart) which is already difficult since so much has changed between CS5.5 and 6, but then on top of that, I keep getting errors!
So I created the pie chart exactly as he shows and copied and pasted into Photoshop exactly as he does. Before submitting this post, though, I tried drawing just two very simple triangle shapes, copying them both and pasting them into Photoshop as a shape layer. The shapes weren't overlapping, but they were a part of the same shape layer just like the pie chart tutorial.
Thanks for your help. If there is anything else I should try before just giving up because of the 64bit bugs, please let me know.
