CS6 existing serial number holder. Am I eligible to join creative cloud?
Hi,
I have purchased Adobe CS6 Master collection student suit from Adobe site recently, now I am thinking to join the CREATIVE CLOUD.
I have tried to join threw the plan for the individuls - ' Existing CS Customers special offer ' button. it leads to pick a plan. I have picked and try to join - complete for cs6.
When I click this button, it leads me to the join creative cloud page. When I try to sign in their with my user name and password, Its saying you are not qualified.
I don't know why, I have a valued CS6 SERIAL NUMBER WITH ME and its already registerd.
Could you advice me to get the proper steps to join the Cloud threw the existing CS Customer offer!.

Edu versions don't qualify for an extra discount because you already got them at a considerably lower price. If you are stil la student, use the the S&T version of CC, otherwise you will need to join CC without any further discounts.

Old computer was wiped clean before CS6 could be deactivated. New computer/ CS6 require serial number/activation code that I don't have recorded.
How do I proceed?Sign in to your Adobe account online and see if your serial number is available via the My products section. If you regstered your software then it should be available there.
Your only other hope beyond that would be to contact Adobe Support thru chat and see if they can help you. Also ask them to reset your activations so that the lost installation is essentially deactivated.

If you purchased it as a download you should have a link to download it in your Adobe account online. Otherwise you can download the trial version and use your serial number to activate it.

I originally had Photoshop CS5 (bought DVD), but decided to upgrade to Photoshop CS6. When I upgraded to Photoshop CS6, I purchased it online and did it through e-mail instead of DVD. How to validate the existing Serial number while doing the GR.
Dear,
When we are doing the GR, If we given existing Serial number is in input System is accepting and update in the existing serial number (Equipment).
It is throwing error when equipment is in ESTO status and Stock information is available in the equipment but When equipment is in AVLB status without stock information in equipment it is updating in the same Equipment / Serial number and status is changed to ESTO.
However my Requirement is system should not allow or throw error when we are give input existing serial number while doing GR, How to do this.

Can't use existing serial number on new laptop
I had to purchase a new computer because my old laptop died. When I installed my elements 8, a message indicated that the install was only good for 30 days because the serial number was already used on 2 computers and I therefore had to purchase a new seriel number. One of the 2 computers was the one that crashed. Is there a way that I can use the existing serial number?

Error "The serial number is not valid for this product" | Creative Suite
HI together,
I'm very annoyed about the fact that I payed for Adobe Creative Suite Production Premium 5 (EDU version) and now I'm not able to use it on my new Mac. The Support team (Chat) from Adobe told me several times that the product/serial or whatever was canceled but this doesn't help me to get the product working and I won't pay again for this software. So what's the reason for cancellation? I can't see reasons for this and I don't understand why Support team can't help me. Already found Error "The serial number is not valid for this product" | Creative Suite but this doesn't helped me.

RenéMaybe this is also useful... They told me I canceld this by myself which is not the truth. I had a Windows machine and used Creative Cloud as well but I only canceld the Cloud, not my Serial Number for Production Premium...
So who is able to reactivate my Serial Number so that I'm able to use my product?

Why does ps ask for a serial number when I've joined creative cloud
I just joined creative cloud and downloaded PS. Why is it asking me for a serial number or use it as a trial? Shouldnt it recognize I've paid?

I installed Trapcode plugin but it doesn't exist in my aftereffect...I purchased Adobe Creative Cloud so... cloud system can't allow other plugin??Did you use the standard Red Giant installer for the latest versions? Previous versions of the Trapcode suite may not be compatible but the latest ones are.

You get a discounted first year on your subscription if you own a previous product, which you should have been asked for when signing up.

Hi,
just purchased finally the upgrade for CS6 from CS5.5 Design Premium. I have a BIG problem. When I run the installation file, I put the serial for the upgrade => OK, then I have this message : "valid serial number but no eligible product has been detected", and asks me to put a serial of my actual version. I choose "Design Premium CS 5.5" with the good serial number and then I have this message : "the serial number did not match with a eligible product. Please enter an other serial"... Any ideas???
