CS6 Master Collection reverted to trial

I have been running a purchased (on DVD) copy of the CS6 Master Collection for many months without a problem. I had Photoshop open this morning. When I opened Illustrator I got a dialog box from the Application Manager saying that Sign In Is Required to register my trial with my Adobe ID.
How do I get Application Manger to recogized my licence for the Master Collection?
I am running MacOS 10.7.4 and I have restarted a few times.

I have a similar problem with CS6 Master Collection running on Windows 7. I purchased the CS6 Master Collection DVD for Mac and Windows in May 2013. Everything has been working fine for 6 months. Then in November, I can no longer run any of the Adobe CS6 applications under Windows 7. Everything still works fine on Mac OS X 10.9.
When I start a CS6 application under Windows, I get the following message.
Sign In Required
We will now register your trial to your Adobe ID.
Any ideas why CS6 would suddenly require me to register after I've been using it for 6 months?

I looked at the first link. The issue seems to be with running the product for 30 days. However, I have been using the product for six months without any issues.
Will I need to install the entire CS6 Master Collection again, just to get the licensing to work properly?
I also looked at the second link. I don't have a Creative Cloud membership. Will I need to install the Adobe Application Manager to get the license working again?

I bought the collection and even re-entered the serial number and it keep showing my serial number is invalid. As a freelancer I am in a very terrible situation and I think many of you can understand. If any one knows anyone with the power to fix this thing please let me know ASAP! HELP!!!

I've received this collection from my school and registered with Adobe to ensure that the install and download was legit. However, even though I input my registered serial number to license the software that I own, it does nothing. What exactly is going on?

    My system is windows 7 X64 ultimate, 8G ram and 500G HDD
    When I tried to download CS6 master collection (korean)
    trial version via adobe download asistance, everytime when the progress is about 2/3 complete, the statement "error 110....." or 108 appear and the download stopped.
    I tried to restart the download, but the download didn't restart again. Even I tried another new download, but the same thing happened again.
    Also I tried format my computer,but same thing happened again.
    (Reformat and reinstall)
    What happened to the CS6 download manager or server whenever the download is reached certain place, it stopped ?

    I've been trying to download the CS6 Master Collection trial on WinXP SP 3 using either IE7 / Firefox 14.0.1 with no success.
    Adobe Download Assistant launched successfully and I could log on.  However, every time I choose to download CS6, I got this error message:
    Error downloading this product (Error 109).  Check your network connection or destination disk.  You can also use the "Reset product download" button to try to download the product again.
    I've tried everything in the faq (e.g. deleting Documents and Settings\<userid>\Application Data\com.adobe.downloadassistant.AdobeDownloadAssistant\Local Store) with no success.
    I've 55GB of disk space left, so disk space is not an issue.
    Please help!

  • Trial version of CS6 Master Collection keeps asking me to validate a serial number.

    I downloaded the trial version of CS6 Master Collection for Windows. I installed it as a trial on a 64 bit windows machine. When I try to run any application, I am asked to validate a serial number even though none has ever been entered. I uninstalled, rebooted, downloaded and ran the latest version of the Adobe Cleaner and rebooted. I reinstalled and I am still being asked to validate a serial number. There have been registered versions of Photoshop CS 5 and CS5,5 on this machine, as well as a trial version of Photoshop CS6. I have tried everything I know. Help please?

    Can you please verify:
    It shows Validating Serial Number screen on every launch.?
    Does it hang their or shows an error?
    If it shows an error then on next screen does it prompt for entering new serial Number?
    Can you please send oobelib.log (in %temp% in windows and /tmp in Mac) so that I can help you in a better manner.

    I have CS6 Master Collection that is currently installed on my iMac and I need to install it on my new laptop. My serial number is valid and registered with Adobe, but because this was a downloadable version only (no disc), the way it was installed was by downloading the trial version of CS6 Master and then inputting my serial number when installing on my system. It would seem as if Adobe has discontinued the CS6 Master Collection trial download.... and if so, how do I install the programs on my new laptop without a disc and without a trial download? Is there a way to get the download or a disc from Adobe?

    I downloaded and installed CS6 Master Collection Trial, but only Audition, SpeedGrade, Air Apple iOS support, Dreamweaver, and Acrobate X Pro installed. Flash Builder, Photoshop (64-bit), Premiere, Encore, After Effects, Flash Professional, Illustrator, Photoshop, Illustrator (64-bit), Firworks, InDesign, and Prelude did not install. There was an error summary that had literally 100's of different errors. What now?

    I received the serial number for the CS6 Master Collection through my University and now after a year or so of having full access to it, it's telling me to continue my TRIAL or enter the license. I tried re-entering the number again and it's telling me that it's INVALID! How do I regain full access to my Suite Collection?!

  • Will agreeing to a CS6 Master Collection "Adobe Software License Agreement" initiate the trial?

    I downloaded a CS6 Master Collection trial but I'd like to try the applications individually instead.
    I am attempting to open a .pdf and Acrobat X is asking me to accept an Adobe Software License Agreement.  But the window for this agreement says "CS6 Master Collection" in the upper left corner.
    Will accepting this Acrobat/Master Collection agreement initiate a CS6 Master Collection trial?

    The simplest solution would be to Install the free Adobe Reader to view the PDFs.
    Acrobat is included in the Master Collection, and is now the default PDF viewing application. Starting Acrobat, I believe, will start off the trial countdown.
    But to be fully functional, if you don't need the entire trial right now, you can go ahead and uninstall it.
    And to buy extra time, install individual trials of products as you need them. Just remember that you can try out a product only once on a machine.
