CS6 Master Collection Serial Key not working!!!

apparently I have 2 active serial no. for cs6 in my account but non of them are working. the first one was working for about 2 years and it stop working suddenly, then they said that it was a problem for Adobe so they gave me the second one. but this one is not working either. I've asked them and they told me that the first one is active now and I should use that one. but it still says it can not validate my serial no. . so I asked them again and they told me maybe I should download the master collection again but honestly I didn't do that. I have a limited connection to the internet and that would take me days to download that all again.what should i do now?

Maybe you could visit somewhere where you can have a better internet service, or find someone who does and have them download the programs to removable media. If you cannot find a way to redownload the files and do what they told you to do, then your only recourse is to get back to them and convince them to work with you to resolve this. No one in this forum can perform any service for you relative to your serial number.

How to Recover CS6 Master Collection Serial Key?

Hi,
I have CS6 Master Collection installed on my old computer and wish to obtain the license key used on it.
I no longer have the email address I registered it with or any of those sort of things. all I have is my old computer with the licensed version installed on it.
Is there a way to get the serial key so I can use it on my new computer?
Note: Both computers are running Mac OSX.

If you installed it and activated it you serial can be retrieved from your products on Adobe.com. Sign in there and use the link and then click on the product you want to view your key for. https://www.adobe.com/account/my-products-services.html

I have just had the same problem. I am a school employee and this is very unfair. I contacted their online chat and all they would say in the end is that I have to contact the reseller.
This is an outrageous joke and blatant bullying by a corporation.
"Oh sorry sir. That car that you purchased from us, a year ago. Well, you don't own it any more. We do. We have changed our licensing policy. Please contact the dealer."
Silly me. They don't say please or sorry.

CS6 Master Collection Serial Number

Hey guys, I got CS6 Master Collection in art school as a part of my tuition payment. They gave me a serial number and everything. I no longer have that serial number. Everything was working fine until a week ago they told me my serial number expired and now I have to join the Adobe Creative Cloud. I already have all the programs. I've been using them for 3yrs. Now they don't work. Any idea of how to access my old serial number?

CS6 master collection serial number suddenly no more valid!

I have a CS6 master collection that was working well. I paid for it I have the original copy. Suddenly it stops working. It ask me to register fo CC. I do not want that, i just want to use my CS6 product. Now when I to my Adobe ID it say my product is registrated with another Id. I tried to reinstall and it say my serial number is not valid. I used it for years!!!! what can i do?

CS6 Master Collection trial download not available?

I have CS6 Master Collection that is currently installed on my iMac and I need to install it on my new laptop. My serial number is valid and registered with Adobe, but because this was a downloadable version only (no disc), the way it was installed was by downloading the trial version of CS6 Master and then inputting my serial number when installing on my system. It would seem as if Adobe has discontinued the CS6 Master Collection trial download.... and if so, how do I install the programs on my new laptop without a disc and without a trial download? Is there a way to get the download or a disc from Adobe?

Need master collection serial number to work on single product.

I have a license from creative cloud for adobe master collection, but I'm trying to install a few programs from it on my 2007 MacBook Pro running OS X.6.8 (2 gigs of ram). The problem I'm having is, the master collection installer refuses to run. But I can run the individual downloadable installer for Illustrator, but my master collection serial number doesn't work on it. What are my options?

Hi Dave,
To use Creative Cloud on your system , you dont require any Serial Number . Simply enter the Adobe ID and the password that you have used while placing the order (even for the individual CS6 Products that are part of Cloud ) and it should automatically Serialise the CS6 Product that you have got .

Can't install Adobe CS6 Master Collection (from school, not purchased)

Hi,
I've had an activated CS6 Master Collection free from my school, and now that I have a new laptop and have deactivated the old laptop, I can't download CS6. I click on the "more information" through adobe creative cloud and try what the community help page says, where you select a drop-down field and select cs6 instead of CC, but there is no such field. I've attached an image as proof of what I'm seeing. I'm running internet explorer.

CS5 Master collection is partly not working with certain programs within the program

Some of the programs in CS5 Master collection aren't working. but some are. When I open the onse that don't they actually try to but then "Stop working" and crashes. I even tried to re-install the whole thing again but it says that some files are not in the same place. Whats does that even mean?.....

The best option would be to uninstall it completely using Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6
Then reinstall it, you should be logged in as administrator with complete privileges.

Serial Key not working for Adobe Creative Suite 5 Design Premium

I have the serial key for my Adobe Creative Suite 5 Design Premium that I bought in 2011 on my account page. However, when I put the serial number in the installer, it says "This serial number is not valid for this product."
I just want access to the product I bought. Can anybody help me?

Are you definitely installing Design Premium CS5, not a similar sounding Creative Suite? And not CS5.5?

Serial numbers are good only for the same product (entire suite package, or individual application, upgrade or full version) on the same Operating System. If you have downloaded the installer, make sure you have the correct one.

PP CS6 PageUp & PageDn shortcut keys not working

Heads up... This may look like a simple topic that's been covered before, but read on and you'll see it's different.
I've been using Premiere since v5.5 (Windows 95, not CS 5.5!). I use lots of shortcut keys for all my apps. Premiere has always used PageUp and PageDn to move the cursor to the next edit point (any cut video or audio clip). In PP CS6, I went into change the shortcut keys for those two commands to the same ones I've been using for years. PP CS6 has two sets of options for cursor movements: Selected Track(s) or Any Track. The Any Track is the way it's worked before in earlier versions of PP. I set the Any Tracks Next/Previous to PageDown and PageUp respectively. The actual keystrokes appear in the hot-key window when I press them so I know PP sees the keys and knows what they are.
When I saved the shortcuts and went to the timeline... nada. PgUp and PgDn do nothing. This has nothing to do with selected video tracks as I'm using the Any Tracks option. To do a further test, I changed the shortcut keys to Ctrl+PgUp and Ctr+PgDn for Any Track. When I tested that out, it worked perfectly. So this appears to be a bug of some kind. I've been using PgUp and PgDn for many years. I certainly don't want to have to hold the Ctrl key down while Paging Up and Down to move around the project from clip to clip!
Does anyone have a solution to this one?

Yeah, I know, but every now and then I have to reinstall and then there's the agony of changing again from the defaults :-( In the end, like 'em or hate 'em, sticking with the defaults usually makes for an easier life. I say that as someone who has been commercially programming since 1967 and forced to use practically every crazy language and stupid machine ever invented ;-)

The process will need to be initiated by the original owner, and can not be done by you.

I have CS6 but just changed computers to an iMac with no drive. I found the link to download the standalone program but it's not accepting my serial no. I did a bit of research and it looks like I had to de-activate cs6 on my previous computer but I no longer have access to the computer.
I'm supposed to contact customer service but can't find a contact no. or email address for customer services. So hoping someone here can help.
