CS6 product not reflecting in my account

My products only lists that I purchased CS4, I have also purchsed the upgrade to CS5 and to CS6.
I need to de-activate CS6 on my Hard drive and install it on a new Hard drive - but how do I get CS 6 again and what license serial number must be used?

If you are saying they were there before and not now look again closely. I think there are several categories in My Products. If you can not find it then call Adobe customer support.
When you get the s/n and download link burn a disk of the install file and keep it an s/n in safe place. You may need it in future.

Product not listed on my account

Bought PS elements some years back. Upgraded online to PSE some months back. Computer crash led to full reload of all programmes but cannot find product key for PSE 12. My account does not show purchase of PSE 12. Any suggestions?

Deleted mail messages not reflected in online account

I download my email from yahoo into mail. I want to keep the messages on the server, so I don't remove them from the server. However, when I delete the messages in mail, I would like to have them deleted in my yahoo account. Currently, they are not deleted. How can I accomplish this?

My ISP is Sympatico in Toronto. Unfortunately, Sympatico uses Microsoft's Hotmail servers to manage customers' email. Apparently, according to Sympatico, Microsoft will not allow you to use a mail client (other than their own?) to delete messages off its servers. I have to go into my mail account via browser to do so. That way, I guess, I can see all the MS propaganda.

Intercompany billing (sales) not reflecting in sales account 410001

I need some clarification regarding intercompany sales process.
My client is having two company code named 8500 & 8700.
we have to sell 8700 material eg 870000 through 8500 plant 8501. For this requirement i configured intercompany sales.
i have assigned my deliverung plant 8501 and distribution channel to 8700 . Created Internal customer representing 8700 in 8500/01/01 sales area and assigned to 8700 sales organisation. Ordertype OR assigned to billing type IV.
I created a sales order from sales area 8700/01/01 with a customer 1920 and the dispatch plant is 8501.
I did delivery , PGI and i did normal invoice from 8700 company code to 1920 customer . sales account is reflected in company code 8700 ( g/l account 410001 in FS10N)
then i did intercompany billing from 8500 to internal customer. accounting document is generated. But i can,t see it in 8500 company code under G/L account 410001 eventhough it has created with accounting document in 410001.
Please tell me where this account is moving

So Mohamed, So it is posting to right account and you can see the Accounting document. But when you display the account balances, you don't see the Accounting Document there? Is that the issue?
What T code are you using to display the account balances? Also describe briefly what you are doing after entering the transaction?

Can I install the traditional CS6 product (not creative cloud) on a mac and a windows pc?

I already know that with creative cloud I can install CS6 on both a mac and a windows pc.
But what about the traditional CS6 version (without creative cloud membership).
Is it possible to install on both mac and windows pc, too, or is it restricted to one operating system, like in CS5.5 still?

Traditional versions (perpetual licenses) are still platform specific: Windows only or Mac only.
Installation on both Mac and PC is one of the USPs (Unique Selling Propositions) of the Cloud versions.

Bank account number not reflecting while creating invoice some parties

If you are getting XXXX in place of Bank number then the issue is at (Setup > Payment >Payment Adminstrator).
Log into Payments Setup > Shared Setup > System Security Options. Now you will find "External Bank Account Masking Setting" & Number of Digits to Disp . Now provide the numer of digits to display.

Changes to HTML template not reflected in production

Hi All,
I am facing the following issue.
I have changed an already existing screen(HTML template) and published the service. It is working fine in development environment. This is now transported to production environment and the screen change is not reflected here. We have tried refresing the ITS buffer, but hasnt worked. Any pointers would be of great help.

did you check the changed template in the productive environment? Did the transport successfully reached the new system?
If the changed template is available please (re)publish the file on the new environment.

802.1x accounting does not reflect correct port status

Hi,
I've just discovered an issue when trying to use MSFT supplicant and Cisco 802.1x accounting. This makes 802.1x accounting completely unusable.
Facts:
1. MSFT supplicant does not send EAPOL-Logoff messages and there's no way to enable this (btw. Aegis client does not send it either, except when disabling interface).
2. I am doing machine authentication along with domain authentication.
3. Windows XP SP2 is used with EAP registry hacks applied.
4. PEAP/MS-CHAPv2 method is used.
Now when the computer is started it is logged into 802.1x with 'host/machine' account and RADIUS accounting start is sent by the switch. That's fine.
When a user logs on with its 'domain\user' identity, then EAPOL-Start is sent from the host triggering new EAP message exchange and the user is authenticated correctly. However the switch sends Interim Accounting still using 'host/machine' credentials which is obviously wrong.
Even more bizarre accounting happens when the user subsequently logs off from the machine. The EAPOL-Start is sent from the host triggering new authentication process for 'host/machine' identity and the host is authenticated ok. The accounting being sent is:
- first Accounting Stop for 'host/machine' User-Name
- then strange Interim Accounting with most attributes empty or missing

So that the accounting sent from the switch does not reflect current status of the authenticated user on a given port.

CS6 Production Pro W8 install fail "OS requirements not met"

Hello. Have failed install of CS6 Production Premium.
Currently have CS-4 Master, LR-3, LR-4 installed on this machine. Because of Adobe nightmare install issues I have had on W8 with CS4 though have SN for CS6-PP have attempted install as trail.
The install failed, in the majority of cases, because "OS requirements not met", and in others as installer claimed it cannot find files.
Given my system hardware, and that an running W8 with the latest patches it is inconceivable to me that "requirements are not met".
Here is relevant system info:

I have the error log of the failed install (a few excerpts below). I also have the Belarc system profile summary available.
Tried to solve this on "Chat". but for the past 20 minutes have been reading "All representatives are actively assisting other customers. Your estimated wait time is 0 minute(s) and 1 second(s) or longer. Thank you for your patience." in the chat window.

Thanks, However, did not have good luck with the Adobe Cleaner Tool with CS4 install last month (am bringing a new computer to life).
Had the same odd color-profile problems (and others) with CS4 install. First tried the adobe suggested remove all profiles, then tried the Adobe Support Advisor, etc etc. Eventually gave up and ran the suggested ACT - this did allow for CS4 install to succeed (except for Flash).
However, though had chosen only CS4 clean, the ACT wiped out lightroom-3 and in addition screwed with other parts of the registry so that i had to reinstall several programs (for example Launchy) and it also wiped out everything in the create new docs reg key except for Adobe products - fortunately had backed up the reg and so was simply able to export/import to get these back (though without the adobe doc creation context menu entries!)
I have NEVER had an Adobe "Creative Suite" product install without complication - which is why I went with the trial version, as in the past have had to call Adobe because of "too many" (but all failed) installs. One time ... well no one really wants to hear about how Adobe was moving its support center, and I could not get through, and had a deadline.
Looking through the log ii see that several failed installs were of 32-bit components. As the installer correctly id'd this as a 64-bit OS (and installed BOTH the 64 & 32-bit versions of PS) perhaps this is not important (so, why then did the installer attempt to install them??)
What worries me most is the first line of the error file "WARNING: DW066: OS requirements not met for {CC006FD6-00EF-46FC-ACA0-7A28EFF44D20} Adobe Media Encoder CS6 6.0.0.0" as I have had problems with the AME before. Notably, after an update to CS4 (XPP) although the AME would load - it would not actually ENCODE anything for output but just sit there unresponsive. One wonders what "OS requirements" W8 Pro-64 does not meet.
Really, after all this time, and given how expensive the applications are one would think that Adobe could come up with an installer which works better than this.
So - again - thank you. Have poked around a bit, and as PS and PP both launch, perhaps they will work. Have not yet had the time to try encoding from CS6 - if I have problems, I will be back.

Modified WAD report does not reflect in Production even after transport

Dear Friends,
We are using BI7.00 with Nw2004S. One of my report had been created in WAD (Web application designer). I have transported this report to production from Quality as in our case the Quality client is the base client for WAD report development. I collected the objects from the transport connection in RSA1 and transported the request.
After the above since user wanted changes in the report,i again modified the report and checked. Everything was fine in my Quality client but when i transported it to production, the new modifications are not appearing.
I have done the transport more than 2 times but still not changes is shown.
Experts kindly provide your helping hand.

Thank you for your feedback. As per your guideline we executed the program RS_TEMPLATE_MAINTAIN_70 in both QAS and PRD clients and found that the html codes are same. Moreover we are still not able to get the modified web items in our PRD clients. All the caches were deleted and still no improvement. Following are the other activities and obeservations done by us.
1) Deleted the web item again in QAS client, Saved the report, recreated the web item, saved and then collected it in the request and transported and found that it is still not reflecting.
2) In our observation, we find that the objects are found collected in the transport request and the task of the transport request contains no element. We do not know whether it is right.
3) Missing of authorisation was also checked and found that it is not the culprit.
In the above context we are still groping in the dark. Kindly provide your expert comments.

make sure you're using the same adobe id to check your account as the adobe id used to register your software. also, you should have a copy of your serial number(s) secured locally. and, for extra comfort, you should have a copy of your installation files,

Get message that serial number is valid but product not found when trying to activate CS6.

I need help with installing CS6 to a new computer. I have owned PS since CS and have upgraded through all of the versions. Do I have to download the old versions too now? I don't remember doing that on my new desktop last year. When I try to activate with the serial number it says the number is valid but the product is not found. I have tried my previous version numbers but they are invalid. There is a drop down to choose what product I am trying to activate but CS6 is not even listed. CS6 Extended is but that is not what I have. Can anyone help me with this?

you purchased cs6, not as an upgrade.
if that's correct, you do not need any previous versions installed and you should not be prompted for any previous version's serial number.
what exact product did you purchase and what product did you download?

Not sure what to do. I had the driver replaced in my PC and am reinstalling everything. I got Lightroom to work fine. However, my photoshop, which was a CS6 download from this past December, will not redownload from my account. What to do?
