CS6 REDEMPTION CODE INVALID

I'm pulling me hair out! Trying to install Photoshop CS6 (mac). Went to web site www.adobe.com/go/getserial and typed my 24 digit redemption code into the six fields. I was very careful not to mix the zero (0) with the leter O.
When I pressed "enter" there is a dialogue box continually stating the code is invalid!
Purchase was from Amazon about two months ago.
Please, any suggestions?

Curt, thanks. Just completed a live chat with Adobe customer service and resolved the problem. Got my serial number and headed to my account to start downloading.
I appreciate your email and when I read it there was a gasp! Bought it through Amazon.

Check to make sure the program is a Mac version. s/n determines OS. If it is mac OS then call Adobe and ask them to verify s/n, it could be a fake program. Happens all the time on eBay.

Redemption Code Invalid

I am trying to enter a Redemption Code for a 12-month membership. It says my code is invalid and at other times says "We're sorry. Something seems to be wrong on our end. Please try again later." I reviewed receipt to confirm activation was completed. I have tried all variations of the code (i.e. 1 or i, 0 or o, etc). I am on Windows 7 and had previously downloaded a trial which expired yesterday.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop Elements 12 completely? Sometimes that error can occur if the current installation became damaged.

Photoshop Elements 12 redemption code invalid

I've asked several times but cannot obtain any responses. I do not fully understand how this works I guess. The redemption code on my PSE 12 sleeve does not work. I double checked the code and what I typed and they are the same. The error message says that I need to return to the retailer. What information do they need to give me a valid redemption code? Isn't there a way for me to contact Adobe and provide the information so I can install PSE12 now? I find this bazaar maze of support without obtaining any support frustrating. All I want to do is install PSE12. It should not be so difficult that I spend hours doing it and then spend more hours trying to figure out how I contact Adobe support so I can install a one disk software program. If anyone has any idea how to install the software, please let me know. Thanks!

Purchased boxed product but says redemption code invalid

Several months back I purchased a boxed adobe photoshop elements 12 and adobe premiere elements 12 at Best Buy. The MacBook Pro I purchased at the same time does not have a CD/DVD player/burner which I questioned because the boxed adobe product is a DVD installation. The Best Buy salesman said I could go online and download and wouldn't have to use the DVD to do so. I haven't had time to do so until now, several months later. I does not show I have a product registered even though I have a redemption code which I keyed in and it came back with my two serial numbers. But when I use either serial number to download the product from the adobe website, it tells me I do not have a valid serial number. What do I do now???

Thank you for your reply John. Yes, I've gone there and talked with 3 different tech support. I've downloaded 4 times now. 1 hour 25 minutes each time just for it to then tell me "can not write file". Could it have anything to do with it taking too long to download? Could it have anything to do with java script because when I tried to copy and paste the adobe download link in my address bar, the link turned into "java script void" or something similar? It should be this complicated. I've also gone in to make sure my computer is configured to allow me to "read & write".

Can't get my serial number from adobe - says my redemption code invalid

I have a copy of Photoshop Elements 10 bought via ebay. am going round in circles. I have spoken to adobe customer services, sent 2 emails (unanswered) and contacted the vendor, who will not help.
When I enter the redemption code, it says it is not valid. Adobe told me they have had a problem which would be resolved by today. Still does not work. Help??

ML keeps saying invalid redeption code any one elase having problem. This is apples up to date program.

Make sure you're using the right code. You should have received 2 emails. One contains a very lengthy (30 characters or so) password which is used to open a password protected PDF file in the second email. That PDF file contains your real content code (12 characters).

Trying to install photoshop cs6 purchased last christmas for wife on a MAC and the redemption code is coming up invalid. Tried to enter it case sensitive as well with same result. Is there a timeline to install this after purchase?

Inside is a little black card with the redemption code.

I have a similar issue with Photoshop CS6. The site would not give me the serial number when I provided the Redemption Code. It said I didn't need a serial number, just install/download the software. The install process requires the serial number. I ended up in chat. Apparently they have retrieved my serial number and I should now be able to sign into my Adobe account and retrieve it. The catch is that they said it could take up to 24 hours to show up for me. So I have lost the day now.
So my suggestion is to go to the customer support chat function. Maybe your results will be a bit more timely than mine.

Invalided redemption code

I purchased the student edition of photoshop cs6 from a retailer. I uploaded all my details and enrollment form so I could access the serial number. Adobe then sent me an email with the redemption code so I can get my serial number. The code they sent me says it's invalid?? I've contact support over and over with my luck in resolving the issue and I'm about to go nuts, I even copied and pasted the code in the field so I know I'm writing it in correctly. Can someone please help

I brought it from Dick Smiths electronics and yes they are genuine.
It isn't actually a cd it came with a download card, so I had to remove the silver security seal on the back to reveal a code which I included in my proof of education thing. I then got an email from adobe with the redemption code so I could get my serial number then download the software but the redemption code is invalid tho it came directly from adobe.
Support told me to contact the reseller which I did and they told me it's an adobe error.
I have spoken to other ppl who have brought the same edition from dick smith and theirs have all worked fine, it's just my redemption code that adobe emailed me that's invalid and I don't know why

You don't say which film you're struggling to download, I had problems with a-team and I ended up emailing the address on the leaflet, turns out they had a lot of problems with people's codes, they then gave me a new code to use! I have now managed to get the film downloaded?
