CS6 Serial Number not valid on any Computer

Hey there! :-)
I hope that somebody here can help me with a little problem concerning the key of my CS6 Extended. Recently, I got a new PC, so I deinstalled cs6 on my old one (the version I have is only for 1 PC). I tried to install it on the new PC then. Unfortunately, the key was invalid. Afterwards I searched a solution for the problem. The Support site told me to reinstall cs6 on the old pc and deactivate it manually via the application itself (Help > Deactivate > Deactivate Serial Number on this Computer). I wanted to do this, but then the key was also invalid on the old computer. That means I'm not able to deactivate any Key.
So finally: The Serial Number I've got is invalid on both Computers! Now I can't use Ps Cs6 anymore. If some of you already know this problem, please let me know what I can do.

only an adobe employe can help you with a serial number problem. i can tell you that almost everyone that has a serial number problem reads the explanation in that message 1 link and just skips right past the answer to their problem.
for example, your serial may be correct but unless you're using cds to install and you only own one adobe product, you're probably using the wrong installation file(s). of course i don't know that's true and that's why you need to contact adobe.

I purchased Lightroom 5 in November 2013 and have a serial number that worked on a 64bit PC at that time. I just purchased a new 64bit PC and downloaded the current version of Lightroom 5 (64bit 5,7.1) using Creative Cloud. This started a 30 day trial that works fine. When I try to enter the serial number I received in Nov 2013 the message returned is: "The serial number you entered in invalid." What's wrong? (PS I still have the old PC that is in storage.)

Logic 9 Serial Number Not Valid

I recently backed up my computer and did a complete OS reinstall (starting from stratch and not using the old image due to old corruption files). I then decided to manualy copy over Logic Pro 9 files from the backup drive to the new image. I went to open Logic and it asked for my serial number. I typed it in and then it decided to crash on me. Well no big deal, I probably didn't copy all the files. So I deleted as many files as I could find and then proceded to reinstalling Logic 9 from my Logic Studio disc set. Entered name and the serial key during the beggining of the install and it says "Serial Number Not Valid" and asked me to type it again and gives me the same message. After 3 failed attempts, it closes the installation program. I have tripple checked my spelling in the key and have checked forums regarding this problem. I have already attempted to move the ID files in Library/Application Support/ProApps to the desktop; no change. Any input would be nice. Thank you.
I am running Mavericks 10.9.1 on a MacBook pro 2012.

Was your copy of Logic Studio 2.0 (the one containing LP9) a full version or an upgrade version?
If it was an upgrade version you need to enter your original LP8 serial first.... and then it will ask for your LP9 upgrade serial...
If it was the full version, contact Apple directly and ask for their assistance.

Note: Once you have successfully installed LP9.. you must upgrade LP9 to the latest version 9.1.8 before you run it, via software updates... as you are running Mavericks...

Serial Number Not Valid 2nd Install CS5.5

I'm trying to download CS5.5 Design Standard Student and Teacher on my Windows 8.1 machine and receive a "Serial Number Not Valid" notification. I have already downloaded the product on my Macbook Pro a few years ago, but was under the impression I was allowed to download it on 2 computers. Anything I can do???

the serial number for a mac installation is not the same as for a windows installation. and, in fact, cs5.5 is not a dual platform product so you cannot install it on a windows machine unless you have a windows license/serial number.
you could upgrade to creative cloud. the subscription apps (cs6, cc and cc 2014) are all dual platform.

The key is for Creative Suite 5 Design Premium the download is DesignPremium_CS5_5_LS1 and all associated files in the group.

J’ai acheté LR 4 il y a 1 an avec le n° de série sur la boite. J’ai acheté l’upgrade pour LR 5 et je n’ai jamais pu installer la version définitive avec ce n° de série.Ce n° de série n'est pas valide. La durée version d’essai est terminée et donc je dois retourner à LR 4 pour continuer à travailler ? Pourquoi cela ne fonctionne pas?

n° IEE2014000174985 mais je n'ai pas de trace d'un nouveau n° de série. Il n'est pas sur la facture, ni dans le logiciel?

HT1349 APPLE CARE SERIAL NUMBER NOT VALID

Alright so I know this is elsewhere in the forum but I recently purchased AppleCare for my iPhone 4 (I live in Canada) and I went to register the product and it's telling me the serial number is not valid.
I tried calling Apple but I keep getting in this enraging speak your problem loop that doesn't seem to pick up "AppleCare" as an item that I'm having issues with. What am I supposed to be saying to the prompter to get me to a service representative. It wants the serial number for my iPhone. That's not the issue, it's my APPLECARE that has the wrong serial number.
I have zero patience for teleprompts so I'd like someone to walk me through how to get to a REAL human being.
I just want to register my product that I paid 90 bucks for. And have it actually work. I'm not asking much

Also, to anyone else that may be having this issue: The serial number you're inputting is for your PHONE, not the one on the applecare box.
If any apple people are reading this, the form should read "DEVICE serial number", not everyone knows what hardware means (though in hindsight that makes sense but why not call it what it is and save potential client frustration, and save yourself a phone call). Or even make a drop-down list to select the device you're registering would be helpful. Then have the registration applet show "AppleCare Registration #" and "[device name: e.g. iPhone] serial #".

My 2.1.1 retail serial number not valid???

I have been using the demo version 2.1.2 for a couple of weeks now and just bought a full retail 2.1.1. Just to be sure, I first deleted the demo version with AppCleaner and only after that installed the full retail version. However, when I start the program, it identifies itself as a trial version and also shows the initials I used as a name when installing the demo version. As I try to authorize the program with the serial number from the sticker in my box (which one is it, the one below the bar code or below that? neither works), it says the number is not valid.
Any idea what's wrong and what to do?

Geez, I feel stupid.
The serial number was on a sheet of paper supplied and not on the box as I falsely thought. I have to say the Apple advice is a bit misleading as somewhere on Apple's website it tells to turn to your packaging for the serial number...

Upgraded from CS5 to CS6 - Serial number not for a qualifying product. Chat not available

I get a page saying "serial number not for a qualifying product. Please try another. " during install. I upgraded from Design Standard CS5 to Design Standard CS6 .
Also, Chat is never available to me. 6 tries to no avail so far.
Any help would be most appreciated or if someone knows how else I can contact Adobe as Chat is never available.

I attempted to reslove via CS chat but was unable to get assitance due to it being "outdated".
In so many words: That's BS. Only support can look into the customer database and they have to sort it out. Contact them again, escalate the case to the next level until you get someone qualified enough to resolve your issue.

Installer tells me serial number not valid photoshop elements 13

i'm trying to install photoshop elements 13 multiple languages mac that i downloaded tonight online. i purchased photoshop elements 13 and premiere elements 13 as a package a few days ago on line but it appears that what I purchased was for windows and not for mac. I have a serial number for each (photoshop elements 13 and premiere elements 13). The installer is not accepting the serial number as valid for some reason. I'm guessing that the problem was caused by the fact that what I bought was english windows and what i downloaded as mac -- which is what i need. help me please!

URGENT!!!! get the same message "serial number not valid for this product" and I am RE installing on the same computer that crashed last week...

I am attempting to RE install PSElements 11 on a computer where it WAS last week but had a hard drive crash. The message is wrong and the serial number is correct. URGENT as I am at the apple store trying to get help from apple people, and they DON'T want me to install a new version of Yosemite as it will make computer slower...

Please can anyone help - Ive had photoshop elements for 6 months, and last week my laptop went in for repair and has been toally wiped of any information. ive tried to re-install elements but it keeps saying my serial number is invalid... any ideas?

You will need help from Adobe Support to help you deactivate for you and then get you going with fresh installation.

Serial number not valid after computer move

I'd been using Photoshop CS4 Extended for some years on a PC. I recently bought a new PC and installed on it from the same disk. I entered the same serial number. It worked the first time, but subsequently it asked for the serial number each time, and each time said the number was invalid.
Do I need to purchase the product again in order to install it on another PC?

You'll need to call Adobe Customer Support to resolve licensing issues. We fellow users, on this user-user forum, can't access their database.
Describe what you've done, and that you didn't (or weren't able to) deactivate the software from your old system, and let them know how many computers you currently have it activated on. If they're being nice they'll reset your available activation count to allow you to continue to use your license on your new system.
They're known to try to blow people off and tell them to come to the forum. If they do that, inform them that users can't help other users with activation problems.
If all else fails, the Photoshop CC Photographer's Bundle is $9.99 a month...

CS2 Serial Number Not Valid

I recently got a new laptop, and I want to transfer the CS2 activation from my old desktop to my new laptop. I deactivated CS2 on my old computer, but when I try to activate it on my new laptop, I'm told that the serial number isn't valid.

Now, I have never done any trial of any Adobe software, so this might not be valid.
When installing any of my upgrades, I have never had to have the program installed. After the installer surveys my system, I have always been given the option of inserting the original program's installation disc, for verification. Now, I have been upgrading from 2.5 for all those versions. I have also never used any download, except for patches, etc.
It was not until I upgraded from PS to Production Studio, that I had a "full-version" of PS, between then and version 2.5. Everything else was an upgrade disc, purchased directly from the Adobe Store.
I would also think that if you are running the trial, it would not care what other Adobe programs you have, or had, but could be wrong on this.
I would only download any trial directly from Adobe, and no where else.
