I purchased CS6 student, i have gone through ll the processes of trying to get my serial number but havent been able to. i sent all the information they required but heard anything. no idea how long it will take. I have tried all scenarios they could want and not heard a dickie bird, help would be appreciated.

Need CS5 Student Edition Serial Number

I bought the PS CS5 Student/Teacher edition in 2011. I loaded it to my macbook at the time. I just purchased a new macbook yesterday and am trying to install it on the new computer. I have downloaded it and now need to enter the serial number. I do not have this. After a very long chat with Adobe they can not find this product under any email I have ever had. They say that since they can't find the email ID they can't give me the serial number. I have the original box with product code and I have the program on the old computer still. Is there ANY way I can get the serial number so I can install on my new computer? Or anyway to figure out which email address was used? is this info stored somewhere in CS5 files?

You probably only have one license, before you can enter the serial number on your new mac, first you have to deactivate Photoshop on your old mac (For help on that go to Activation & Deactivation Help). Also to determine what email your AdobeID was registered under would be to go to the create an account page, and enter all of your prior email addresses, when it says 'email already taken', you know that is your email. You can also change your password if you don't know that either by asking to send a verification code to your email address.

Obtaining Serial # for CS6 Student Edition?

I've just purchased CS6 Student Edition from Amazon.
I have all the needed documents to show eligibility as a student.
There is nothing on the box telling me how I need to obtain a serial number from Adobe, just that I must show eligibilty before installing.
Who do I need to contact to obtain a serial number prior to my installing CS6?
Any help would be appreciated.

Might be a good reason to buy the discounted versions directly from Adobe. I think the process is more integrated.

How do I find my "Product Code" for Photoshop Extended CS6 Student Edition?

My daughter bought the Photoshop Extended CS6 student edition, retrieved the serial number, downloaded and installed the software. Now it is asking us to register and wants a 19 digit "product code" before continuing with the resistration. The retailer claims it is the serial number but the registration utility will not accept that. The Adobe account is showing no registered products. Can this be fixed?

Photoshop CS6 students edition on 2 computers

I have bought the Photoshop CS6 students edition and installed it on my home pc. I remember reading that it is allowed to install it to 2 computers. I would now like to do that with my 2nd laptop. How do I have to proceed? Unfortunately I couldn't find any information on that on the adobe homepage.
Do I just install it on the second pc and insert the same serial number?

Yes, you just install it on the second machine and then activate it with the serial number you already have. If you ever need to put it on a different machine after this then you just need to deactivate on one of the current machines to free up an activation for use elsewhere.

Cs6 student edition

I recently brought photoshop CS6 student edition, i installed the software and sent off a photograph of my student ID to be verified. it has been nearly a month and i have received no email and my trial has nearly run out (which is not ideal as i am approaching a deadline for uni). when i log onto my adobe account it says no products have been registered even though i registred my serail number during installation????

vis. Your name, Photo, Date and year of the session /course etc.

Aperture 2 install - serial number problem

Disclaimer: I'm pretty good on a pc. Absolutely terrible on Mac, never had so many problems with tech :/
So...I have my serial number from the back of the Aperture 2 "Installing your software" booklet. Checked that I'm entering "I's" not "1's." Got dashed between the sequences. Capslock on etc. Searched forum, quite a few posts on serial number problems. None matched.
Enter serial number. Second window pops up stating I've entered an upgrade serial number (I only have the expired trial version of Aperture installed), and requesting my "serial number."
I'm lost now. Checked my original docs, there's nothing on Aperture trial version. Fired up the trial and I see what looks like a license key (to Apple, not me) on the launch screen. That's not accepted by Aperture 2.
Any thoughts on this appreciated.

There is a tiny label on the bottom edge of the box. Mine says "Aperture 2.0 Retail". The tiny label on my box for Final Cut Express 4 says "Final Cut Express 4.0 UPG". Does yours not say "UPG" on that little label? If not, you should be able to return it for the full version (plus pay the difference, of course). If it does say "UPG" you might be out of luck as most open software can't be returned.

I downloaded first the trial version of Photoshop, after 30 days finished but the icon still remained.
Now, when purchased a creative suite 4 Designe premium, installed, all programs are fine, just the photoshop not working, asking for serial number but when I type the right numbers, doesn`t accept.
What can I do? any idea?
to uninstall the photoshop and install again?
but if I have the other programs working and installed?

Audition CS6 requires a Serial number entry at every startup

Audition CS6 requires a serial number entry everytime I start the program. How do I fix this.? It is very annoying and If I get locked out of the program before I fix the dance recital music Its not going to go well for me here.

You don't say whether you are on Windows or not, but if so you might try running the program once as an Administrator. Once the serial has been accepted, then try running as a regular user.

Lost CS6 Design Standard Serial Number

I have lost the CS6 Design Standard serial number card. But the box still with me.
Information available at the box is only the bar code number and Part Number. How can i retrieve back my serial number ?

If you registered your software when you first installed it your serial number should be available thru your Adobe account online.

Help getting serial number for PS CS6 student edition

Last year I recieved the student edition for PS CS6 extended, and it has worked fine. But I bought a new computer today, and can't seem to find a way to get my photoshop moved over to my new computer as my mother threw away the most of the packaging that the program orignally came in. I still have the disk, and the outside box that says "SCAN TO ACTIVATE PRODUCT". Is there anyway for me to get the serial number off of my old version? I don't need it on my old computer, so is there a way for me to deactivate it and reactivate it on my new computer?
The only reason I bought this new computer is so that I could run photoshop and Sony Vegas more smoothly (my old computer was around 10 years old) and if I can't get this code I have basiclly wasted about $1000 on an alienware x51 >.>
tl;dr: How do I move PS CS6 from one computer to another, without having possesion of the original packaging.
I'm not sure if this helps, but my old computer ran on Windows 7 and my new one is on Windows 8. I've also had the product for 11 months.

Adobe Creative Suite CS3 Student Edition... Serial number problems!

Hey I was wondering if anyone could help me!
I purcahsed the Creative Suite CS3 Design Standard, Student Edition, about 8 months ago, and sent off a copy of proof of being in full time education to retrieve my serial number. I haven't recieved one as of yet, and I am a bit lost as to what to do next! As I'm sitting here with software that I cant even use! :(
Would anyone know who to contact about this?
Any help would be REALLY appreciated (as all my design coursework is slowly pilling up haha!)
