THIS IS SuYong, jeon. I have a problem with Adobe Photoshop CS6
It has font problem when I store bmp file
Before I had used Photoshop CS5.5 but now I`m using Photoshop cs6
When I modify output image of Photoshop CS5.5 on Photoshop CS6, I get different output
So I wanted to downgrade Photoshop CS6 with Photoshop CS5.5
But AdobeKorea doesn`t provide that service to my Photoshop vision
I want to get the same output image between Photoshop CS5.5 and Photoshop CS6.
Can I solve this problem??

Product identification, CS6 Version 13

I am "upgrading" from a PC to a Mac. I am transferring my CS6 to the Mac and was given a product download code for CS6 version 13. The Adobe helper kept telling me to click on the "full" version. I didn't see anything refering to a full version. Do you know if version 13 is the CC version or is it the straight CS6 version?

I put upgrading in quotations because I am not so sure it is an upgrade to go from PC to Mac, especially given all of the difficulty I am having getting the platform transferred over. I appreciate the input about version 13 and see that you are correct. Adobe is sending me a disc with the software on it. I was trying to download it from the internet so I could get going with my new computer and photoshop. However, every time I click on CS6 to download up comes CC. CC seems to be an extended version of CS6 so I am hessitant to download it. I was given the serial number to input re the program I ordered. Not sure what to do at this point other than wait for Fed Ex to deliver disc to me next week. Any sugggestions?
Further question: I downloaded and installed Lightroom 5. I am on Mac Book Pro 4. How do I activate the program? Every time I double click on the Lightroom icon the installation dialogue comes up. I read that I was to go to the download center, but I have no idea how to find it. Help!

Working with record album saved in a wave format, on a computer running windows 7
I break the album into individual songs using markers which I name the title of each song, I check the include metadata box when I export each marker to individual file. In the ID3 metadata I enter the artist , album name, recording date, and genre. In the xmp under riff I enter the album name under product. Before I save each marker to a separate file.
The information that shows up in windows explorer is the file name, album name, and contributing artists. Unless you enter a space after the information entered in the metadata columns, such as album name, windows cuts off the last letter. Is this a windows problem or a CS6 problem?
Is there somewhere in the metadata that you can enter the track no. so it will show up in windows explorer track no. column?
3.Is there anyway to have the marker names entered into the id3 title column and the xmp/rff name columns.?
After the markers have been saved as individual files , windows explorer has the file name, album name ,and artist. I then open each individual song file and copy the file name into the ID3 title column and the xmp/rff name column, add the track no. in the id3 track no column ,and hit file save . At this point windows explorer no longer shows any information but the file name. In order to get the title, album name, and artist to show up in windows I have to hit file “save as” and then save it again as the same file name. Why? Am I doing something wrong?
After I get the information in the metadata of the individual songs saved in a wave format. I then save a copy in the mp3 format . Even though the id3 information is in the meta data of the songs saved in a wave format when I save a copy in the mp3 format the information is no longer available, Why? Is there a way to convert a wave file with id3 information to an mp3 without having to re enter it all again?
Is there another low loss format that would handle the metadata better and allow it to show up when converted to mp3?

I've been doing some workflow rehearsals with Pl and Pr (Still more to try out) and I have shifted my thinking a bit on how to use these two programs together in the most useful way.
I have started thinking of Prelude as the "Turbocharged" version of Premiere's Project window, bins, browser and metadata panel. If you start to think of Pl as a break-out companion, and use the two in conjunction, I think it can make for a very powerful combo.
I know that it has been suggested to only flow in one direction - use Pl first and then switch over to Pr, but since Pl's capabilities for marking, adding and searching for metadata is stronger, i have been going back and forth a lot.
In your example above, you can mark your comment (marker) sections in Pl and send over the clips you are interested in. If you find you need more clips or a different "Answer1", pop back to Pl and do a search, find the clip, and send over to Pr. It's like going back to the well for more media only when you need it. The search is much better over at Pl (in my opinion)
There are still a lot of new features I would add to Pl to make it more robust, but for now it is working well as my Clip org and Search in place of the meager abilities in Pr.

I have several files that has been saved in a cc2014 version and I can't open them in my CS6 version of Indesign.
I don t have access to anyone who have the cc 2014 version to convert the file.
How can I do it from my cs6 version?

You can't do it from CS6.
You have to export to IDML from InDesign CC2014 (or whatever the version it was created in) and then open the IDML in the earlier versoin of InDesign.

Make sure that you are online
Click on license this software
Perpetual product owners: Log in with adobe ID and enter product serial number

Do the new CC versions replace CS6 versions?

Why does the Adobe CC Application manager show both CC and CS6 versions of some/most products? DW and FW, for example.
As part of the CC membership, should I remove CS6 then install CC, or keep both, or will installing the CC version update/replace the CS6 version.

if you don't have a specific need for the cs6 version, there's no reason for you to install it (or, keep it installed).

As Doug said, this entirely depends on your printer and its driver, not on any specific setting in AI. Naturally it helps to work to spec and use a suitable artboard size, but beyond that you can't influence this much in AI.

Cannot download AES 4.5 fopr Flash Builder CS6 version 4.6

I have Adobe Flash Builder CS6 version 4.6 on my Mac and it start and run fine
I try to download plug in for it from the Help-Software Update menu. Most plug ins were successfully downloaded and installed, except one from Adobe

The Adobe auto updater is pretty decent in CS6. Just go to the Photoshop Help menu > Updates.
You will be able to update ACR, Photoshop and Bridge right there, if there are in fact updates available.

It really will depend on which Adobe product or suite you are trying to install. In general though most of our Creative Suite 6 products require 10.6.8. Which Adobe product did you purchase? Besides your operating system is there other system requirements which you also are not currently able to fulfill?

I am a happy Creative Cloud subscriber and have been since Day 1.
That said, I was recently excited to see CC versions released, so I installed them all and removed the CS6 versions. Mistake. Currently, this is not Adobe's fault, but on Premiere Pro CS6, I use a Matrox MXO2 LE w/ MAX which REALLY accelerates render times. I forgot to check about CC support before uninstalling CS6, and in typical Matrox fashion, their drivers/support for CC are not ready.
So, I have a project to complete and need to go back to CS6.
I know that previous you could download and install the Creative Suite CS6 Trial for Master Collection and use your Adobe ID to log in and "activate" the trial as full version. I could not find CS6 Trial on Adobe's site and even the direct links from other sites were broken.
Fortunately, I actually did save a copy of the Trial from CS6's release so I was safe. But for others that need to revert, I suggest offering these links/download.

CS6 versions can also be installed one by one by clicking More Information below the CC version, changing the field for the product version on the product page and then using the Download button.
